Всем привет! После 8 марта на работе выдалась спокойная атмосфера. Решил просеять девелопер от мусора в своем Xerox-7500. Заодно зафиксировать весь процесс для тех, кто окажется в такой же ситуации.
Для чего нужно просеивать девелопер из блока проявки? Если у вас при печати по ходу движения листа появились полосы и чистка лазерных линеек не помогает, то с вероятностью 99% у вас мусор в проявке.
Выглядит это примерно так. Фото не мое, но показательно.

Есть вариант чистить флажком на длинной палке, но мне этот способ помог лишь однажды, поэтому я предлагаю радикальный способ — вынуть блок проявки и просеять девелопер.
Лучше всего распечатать палитру СМИК, чтобы наглядно видеть, в каком цвете проблема. Я месяц назад просеивал Мадженту и Циан. С желтым решил повременить. Сегодня и до желтого руки дошли. ))
Начнем! Открываем переднюю крышку и откручиваем болты по периметру передней стенки. А так же снимаем рычаг и крышку, закрывающую фотобарабаны.

Тубы с тонером можно оставить на месте. Не забудьте вынуть блок очистки и картридж с отработкой.

Теперь снимаем металлическую пластину по центру и пластиковую планку, из которой нужно вынуть штеккеры.

Теперь нужно перекрыть подачу тонера пластиковой задвижкой и, аккуратно поддев тонкой отверткой, отсоединить пластиковую хреновину по которой идет тонер до блока проявки. )) На фото видно.

Теперь нужно открутить три болта, фиксирующие пластмассовый блок сбора отработки. Его можно не вынимать, просто сдвинуть. Он закрывает болты, фиксирующие желтый блок проявки.
Откручиваем два болтика.

И снимаем пластину крепления.

Теперь вынимаем блок проявки.

Отлично, полдела уже сделано. ))
Дальше нужно снять крышку блока. Ничего откручивать не нужно. Она держится на двух защелках по краям. Показал стрелками.

Теперь на чистый лист вытряхиваем все содержимое. Крутим шестерни, помогаем руками, постукиваем слегка по столу. Чем тщательней всё вытряхнем, тем лучше. Всё, что собрали на лист, просеиваем через капроновый чулок, надетый на чистую сухую банку.

Если капрон плотный и девелопер идет плохо, помогаем чайной ложкой.
Чистый девелопер засыпаем обратно в блок. Закрываем крышку и собираем принтер в обратной последовательности.
А это мусор, который я нашел в желтой проявке. Там и волосы и песчинки какие-то и даже кусочек пластмассы.

Это не удивительно, ведь тонер я пересыпаю из картриджей от Xerox c60/c70. Мусор попадает, как не старайся.
На весь процесс у меня ушло минут сорок. В первый раз, возможно, вы потратите больше времени, зато потом будете принтер с закрытыми глазами разбирать.

Всем привет! После 8 марта на работе выдалась спокойная атмосфера. Решил просеять девелопер от мусора в своем Xerox-7500. Заодно зафиксировать весь процесс для тех, кто окажется в такой же ситуации.
Для чего нужно просеивать девелопер из блока проявки? Если у вас при печати по ходу движения листа появились полосы и чистка лазерных линеек не помогает, то с вероятностью 99% у вас мусор в проявке.
Выглядит это примерно так. Фото не мое, но показательно.

Есть вариант чистить флажком на длинной палке, но мне этот способ помог лишь однажды, поэтому я предлагаю радикальный способ — вынуть блок проявки и просеять девелопер.
Лучше всего распечатать палитру СМИК, чтобы наглядно видеть, в каком цвете проблема. Я месяц назад просеивал Мадженту и Циан. С желтым решил повременить. Сегодня и до желтого руки дошли. ))
Начнем! Открываем переднюю крышку и откручиваем болты по периметру передней стенки. А так же снимаем рычаг и крышку, закрывающую фотобарабаны.

Тубы с тонером можно оставить на месте. Не забудьте вынуть блок очистки и картридж с отработкой.

Теперь снимаем металлическую пластину по центру и пластиковую планку, из которой нужно вынуть штеккеры.

Теперь нужно перекрыть подачу тонера пластиковой задвижкой и, аккуратно поддев тонкой отверткой, отсоединить пластиковую хреновину по которой идет тонер до блока проявки. )) На фото видно.

Теперь нужно открутить три болта, фиксирующие пластмассовый блок сбора отработки. Его можно не вынимать, просто сдвинуть. Он закрывает болты, фиксирующие желтый блок проявки.
Откручиваем два болтика.

И снимаем пластину крепления.

Теперь вынимаем блок проявки.

Отлично, полдела уже сделано. ))
Дальше нужно снять крышку блока. Ничего откручивать не нужно. Она держится на двух защелках по краям. Показал стрелками.

Теперь на чистый лист вытряхиваем все содержимое. Крутим шестерни, помогаем руками, постукиваем слегка по столу. Чем тщательней всё вытряхнем, тем лучше. Всё, что собрали на лист, просеиваем через капроновый чулок, надетый на чистую сухую банку.

Если капрон плотный и девелопер идет плохо, помогаем чайной ложкой.
Чистый девелопер засыпаем обратно в блок. Закрываем крышку и собираем принтер в обратной последовательности.
А это мусор, который я нашел в желтой проявке. Там и волосы и песчинки какие-то и даже кусочек пластмассы.

Это не удивительно, ведь тонер я пересыпаю из картриджей от Xerox c60/c70. Мусор попадает, как не старайся.
На весь процесс у меня ушло минут сорок. В первый раз, возможно, вы потратите больше времени, зато потом будете принтер с закрытыми глазами разбирать.

3. Install new components as necessary:
