Коды неисправностей

При сбое во время печати или неисправности аппарата на экран выводится код
неисправности. Если на экране отображается код неисправности, которого нет в
таблице ниже, или неисправность не удается устранить, выполнив указанные далее
действия, обратитесь в сервисный центр Xerox. При отображении кода
неисправности сбрасываются все данные печати на аппарате, а также данные в
его встроенной памяти.

Устранение неисправностей

If an error caused the printing to end abnormally or a malfunction occurred in the printer, then

an error message code (***-***) is displayed.

Refer to the following table for error codes and information on how to rectify the problem. If an

error code not described in the following tables is displayed, or the problem persists even after

you have tried the following solutions, contact the Customer Support Center.

Tip

If an error code is displayed, all print data of the printer as well as print data stored in the built-

in memory of the machine is discarded.

Errors are divided into the following Categories:

Cause: Unable to process job template due to insufficient hard disk

space.

Remedy: Remove unnecessary data from the hard disk to increase

free disk space.

Cause: Unable to store any documents with 2 Sided Book Copy

feature.

Remedy: Check the 2 Sided Book Copy settings.

Refer to 2 Sided Book Copying on page 2-24.

Cause: The machine is unable to process size, because the specified

document area is too small.

Remedy: Increase resolution or scan area size.

Cause: The selected resolution was too large for scanning mixed

size originals using document feeder.

Remedy: Decrease Scan Resolution to 200dpi or less, and rescan.

Cause: An error occurred in the document scanner.

Remedy: Reprocess the job.

Cause: An error occurred in the document scanner.

Remedy: Reprocess the job.

Cause: An incompatible combination of features are specified in

the document scan conditions.

Remedy: Check the selected options.

Cause: The paper size of the tray selected for auto tray is different

from the paper size of the tray selected for Auto Repeat.

Remedy: Change the paper size for the tray, or change the

Paper Type Priority settings.

    Xerox 4595 Error code 010-315—HELP

    Hey everyone, hopefully someone can shed some further insight as to what to check. Xerox support site only tells me to check the fuser draw, duplexer tray and cycle power.. DOne all that simple stuff and nothing changed. Rebuilt the fuser section with a new fuser roller and heat roller..Still no change. Checked to make sure the main contact for the fuser drawer was clean and seated properly…What else should I be looking at??? This happened during an active run..Just stopped with this error and obviously wont go again..Thx

    Thx for the reply.. Yes this is where I started.. Did all this and no change.. I can go back over it all a third time and maybe look closer but I doubt the result will change

    Yes they all appear to be.. Everything seats nicely and the magnets are firmly planted in what looks like the proper position.. I will try to post pics from my phone..brb

    Sorry for the delay, it’s been busy. SO From what I see all the magnets and associated latchets appear to be straight and contact properly.
