Please help
when I ever entered any Assembly identification number i got the bellow error In WinKFP

3000 Error Assembly identification number not fond in «xxfconf.da2»

You use the wrong/old DATA/gdaten for that specific module you want to program.

Сегодня расскажу вам, как жизнь меня заставила научиться пользоваться штатным софтом BMW для обновления/заливки прошивок — WinKFP.

А дело было так: многие знают что я занимаюсь изменением прошивок DDE4 и свою прошивку тоже постоянно модифицирую, что-то переделываю, изменяю, добавляю и т.д.
И тут в очередной раз поправив кое что в прошивке, выхожу вечером к машине, думаю залью прошивку — проверю свои изменения. Делаю всё как обычно, и тут в самом начале заливки прошивки галеттой — она выбрасывает ошибку на 1% заливки.
Ну что, пробую ещё раз — выскакивает ошибка. Прошивка не заливается и не читается. Ладно, открываю ИНПУ — блок не выходит на связь. Завожу машину — машина не заводится.

«Зашибись» — подумал я, и всё это в пятницу, в семь вечера, под подъездом у дома, и за 5 мин до отъезда в другой город за 200км.

До этого слышал, что блок DDE может не прошиться и надо его восстанавливать. Слышал я также, что с этим хорошо справляется DIS, но в моём DIS-e, пункт «кодирование/программирование» не активен. На крайняк, подумал я, пойду домой искать образ DIS-а с прогманом, чтоб можно было прошивки заливать.

Тут я вспоминаю, про штатную программу WinKFP. Октрываю её, захожу в Comfort Mode, выбираю версию калибровок(файл программы оно подтягивает само), ввожу VIN, нажимаю Program — фиг там, ошибка.
Пытаюсь тоже самое через Expert Mode — список для выбора прошивки пустой.

Быстренько погуглив с телефона, как в Expert Mode выбирать прошивки, приступил к делу, ну заодно и всем расскажу подробности.

Открываем папку WinKFP на диске, и дальше папку DATA (C:\EC-APPS\NFS\DATA). Это папка со всеми доступными прошивками, для всех блоков.
Создаем там папку DEVELOP и в неё нужно будет закинуть файл программы(0PA), и файл калибровки(0DA).

Штатные файлы прошивок берём из C:\EC-APPS\NFS\DATA\DDE40.
Файлы желательно выбрать специально под версию вашего блока. В основном у всех идёт версия ПО — «C0«. Это файл 7789376V.0PA. Дальше нужен файл с калибровками, их много, под разные машины, коробки передач и т.д. Берём самый последней для софта «C0» — N7789634.0DA — это E39 AT 142kW — EU3 Serie VC0.3 ab KW 38/01 (mit AGR-Kuehler).

Ну и далее:

— Открываем WinKFP
— Выбираем Expert Mode
— Выбираем PABD10DDE40.IPO
— Выбираем P-SGBD12DDE40.PRG
— Выбираем Data FileN7789634.0DA
— Выбираем Program File7789376V.0PA
— Нажимаем Done
— Вводим полный VIN (если попросит)
— И нажимаем «Prog. Data«. Именно Data, потому что у нас слетели калибровки, файл программы заливать не надо.
— Ждём пару минут пока зальётся прошивка, передёргиваем зажигание и заводим тачку :)

Дальше я опять галетой переписал только что залитый N7789634.0DA своими калибровками и поехал себе спокойно домой.

P.S. Если в Expert Mode все-равно вылазят ошибки(при выборе или заливке файла), нужно снять клему с акума, подождать пару мин и пробовать опять.

How to solve super ICOM WinKFP Error 300

Here’s the solution for how to fix WinKFP error 300: First HW interface could not be initialized, for bmw super icom v2015.8.

Complaint:
Just got super iCOM 2015.8V, but failed to open WinKFP. Didn’t know how to setting, without instruction on the screen.

And it pop up error 300: First HW interface could not be initialized!

Solutions:
Open “EDIABAS Configurat…”;

(icon on Desktop)
select ICOM,
ICOM-P
Get the IP to enter.

PS. How to get ICOM IP:
Go to download ITOOL Radar;
WHEN ICOM state is free, need to reserve;
Connect ICOM via LAN;

Then click OK.

Note:
The software of super icom is greatly different from that of normal icom (icom a2). If you did something wrong on one module, it may cost more than a million and cause several modules broken at the same time. Thus, plaese learn as more as possible for preparation before using super icom.

Guys,

Every one of my ZUSB #’s say it’s not valid. I keep getting error 3000. I’ve updated my daten files using 50.2 E89 files. Any advice would be appreciated. I’ve gone through the coding forum and can’t find any help.

I want to update Kombi to gain the LCI sounds. I changed the values of HU_Verbaut_2 to _3_4 and it killed that nasty bell but now I have no audible tones. That is because the LCI gong is sent to HU from Kombi. I updated my daten files from the complet SP-Daten 50.2 pack. I used BMWTools to update the datens, so I couldn’t really mess that part up.

Yeah. I’ve never used WinKFP so I was aware it should auto recognize my Ecu’s. I’m good on INPA and NCSExpert but not WinKFP.

Start WinKFP.
Click «F1 Comfort Mode»
Click «F4 Enter Vin»
Click «F1 Enter ZUSB»
At this point none of my ZB#’s work. I’m using the numbers from my cars UIF file I grabbed with INPA.

If I click «F2 Choose ZUSB» it’s empty.
If I click «F3 Uodte ZUSB» it’s empty.
Here is a screen shot at this point.
I attached the error I get when I try any of my ZUSB numbers.

Unless you want a specific variant flash you need to do it like this:

1 — Start WinKFP, select COMFORT MODE and select F3:- Update ZUSB
2 — Select ECU family and the ECU will appear along with a list of part numbers. *DONT SELECT ANY NUMBER JUST ECU FAMILY — WINKFP CHOOSES CORRECT FILE*
3 — Select OK and the main menu will re-appear
4 — Select VIN and enter the cars VIN no. and select OK.
5 — Select Done
6 — Select Prog. ZB_update, you will be asked to confirm the update, Winkfp wil state the number of times the module can be re-programmed.

Your ECU family for KOMBI will probably by KOMB2 or something like that. Don’t worry WINKFP is clever, it’ll choose the correct one.

Also, make sure you code the KOMBI back to default in NCSexpert (expertmode profile) after the flash…

You won’t find your current UIF ZUSB number from UIF as they are old and not in your new SP-DATEN.

So I was able to update my Amp60 and my Rad2 but the MOST_GW is eluding me. Anyone know what the ECU family is for that? I figured it was part of RAD2 but it wasn’t.

Sensible_ and anyone else I really appreciate your help. I was able to update my ECU’s to reflect my VIN. I had a different VIN for my MOST gateway, my RAD2, both seat modules and my amp. Attatched is my UIF list. It looks great now thanx to you guys. Only thing I can’t do is update my Kombi. I have the daten file but it wont update. Attatched is the update attempt and the error. Any ideas?

Re KOMBI. I’m seeing this more and more recently. No fix as yet. I’m beginning to think it’s a fault with the daten files themselves. I’m researching this problem at the moment…

«Incorrect project number» is what the error is translated. Plus I don’t have the file 9283839 on my PC anywhere, so wonder why it’s even trying?

WinKFP/DME update Failure help plz n ty!!

Howdy and HELP!!!!
New to BMW and to forums for that matter. I have found the information gathered invaluable in working with this ultimate machine I’ve had the pleasure of owning for the last 3 yrs but lately the pleasure has become pain. In my efforts to relieve said pain I attempted to update my DME with WinKFP and the DME decided to stop communicating and I am at a loss on how to achieve said goal. Please help. And ur patience with my newbie status is most appreciated. My baby is a 2010 535i e60 that has never been updated according to uif and info in INPA and I’m using Bimmergeeks kdcan and software.

From the info you pasted I cannot tell what went wrong.
Really much more detail is needed (your settings, why you’re updating, at what point did it fail, did you use battery support…)
Have you retried to flash?

I can remote in and fix it for you, but unsure when I can get some free time.

Seems like central gateway module communication failure happened mid flash.
It’s repeatable at any random time, with communication loss.
