третья степень износа. собсна, укатали. менять.

почему по гарантии на запчасть не обратились сразу?

В нашем регионе дилеров нет. Замена производилась в Москве. Проблема появилась примерно через месяц после замены уже тут, устранили на месте. Хозяин «забил» на ошибку и ездил так. Сейчас хочет продать авто и по этой причине есть желание избавиться от ошибки

Проверь по всем тестам, если проходит, сбрасывай все счетчики, обнуляются они спокойно. Только проверить и мотор надо, вдруг щёткам хана, не приятная вещь когда тормоза отказывают.

Все тесты блок проходит, по ресурсу около 70% ещё осталось. Dj все сбрасывал, не помогло

Делал. Работал. Это уже не первая машина с ошибкой с235с которая не уходит. Были ещё пара 211 на которых закончились щетки и блок отказывал. После замены щеток, ошибка с235с не уходила никак

По теме есть тоже самое
Ну там все печально тормоза закончились и машина ушла в дерево. Ковыряли SBC скинули через Devoloper счётчик но ничего не помогло. Просто для себя ковыряю. Задние колеса наглухо блокированы и педаль проваливается как заводишь. Сам блок работат по звуку жидкость ни где не течёт просто интересно.

Добрый день! Подскажите пожалуйста (можно в Л.С.) как бороться с C235C. Щетки и ресивер заменены. Давления в норме. Все DJ обнулял — осталась только вот эта ошибка. Или подскажите по какому адресу в EEprom что поменять.

You will need star diagnosis.

And follow the steps below.

Make sure engine is running !!!

In Developer mode you need to go to Entwickelingsdaten — > ansteueringen -> Gesamstliste aller Ansteuerungen

to see how many times brake has been pressed there is a line that says: Bremsenzahler (DJ_GetBrLive)

then 1 line down there you see Bremsenzahler aktualisieren und Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen -> click it !
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

1 line down Bremsenzahler auf beliebigen Wert setzen (DJ_SetNBr) -> click it
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

then scroll down untill you see the line’s :

Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen (DJ_CalcLiveTime)
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen und schreiben (DJ_BuildAndWriteF)
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

Log out of SBC !!
log out of verhicle !!

let engine run at least 10 minutes or drive at least 10 minutes

If no coils are damaged , SBC fault code is not AKTUEL nomore

this fault code can be reset i have posted about it before to see if anyone knows how and i have done some research but came back blank. people are advertising they can reset it on ebay.


also for the c249f fault i have followed reset as posted and had a few cars come back.
so i repeated reset procedure and also did this one below

Hi! but is possible reset this problem directly reading eeprom, change data and write eeprom? if is possible, is there information of bytes to change?

Друзья, всем здравствуйте, нужна ваша помощь! Как я писАл ранее, заменил всю подвеску, после этого остался грохот от передних суппортов, заказал я направляющие и резинки новые, езжу, кайфую. Жду… сегодня выезжаю по делам, ставлю D, а ничего не происходит, не едет машина после отпускания педали тормоза, ладно, надавил на газ, поехал, но не покидало чувство, что машину держат за пятую точку, дпже разгоняется как-то не так, проехал по городу ~10 км, в пробках заметил, что машина сама замедляется, как будто вклучен SBC H (так вроде этот помощник называется). Даже ступицы трогать выходил, передние горячие, задние теплые. И еще, еще перед заменой подвески начал замечать, что насос тормозной стал часто срабатывать, примерно каждое третье нажатие на педаль тормоза. Тормозуха в уровне, но темная, колодки и диски как новые передние, задние не смотрел.
И вот приезжаю вечером домой, за секунду до поворота ключа и выхода из машины, загорается SERVICE BRAKE VISIT WORKSHOP. (Белая надпись на ЧЕРНОМ ФОНЕ)
Я на панике беру лаунч и читаю ошибки, а там c235c и ошибка по заднему правому дмтчику абс.

Вот такие дела…
Что делать? Официалы примут не раньше чем через 4 дня, до профильного сервиса не дозвонился, завтра еще попытаюсь.

И САМЫЙ ГЛАВНЫЙ ВОПРОС, имеет ли значение номер блока, в том смысле любой ли блок подойдет мне или принципиально искать с номером как у меня или они взаимозаменяемы?

    Hi if anyone has the solution to this can you please PM.
    I have tried resetting all DJ functions to 0 and followed numerous online guides in DAS Developer mode but the grey service brake message remains and fault C235C still comes up on an SBS test through DAS. I havent managed to remove this at all so not sure if it would re-appear.

On checking the code it is Service Threshold Reached.

Pump brushes look very bad, going to decide over next day or two if it is to have a new pump.

Had the same on my wifes car. After a while (could be months) the message turns to red and you lose about 80% of the breaking assistance. People do recondition them as AMgeed said but I just had mine replaced at my indi at a cost of about £900 as I recall. Mercedes set the limit at about two thirds of the safety limit that Bosch set for the pump to be extra safe. There are some gadgets on ebay to reset the limit but a) no idea if they work and b) why would you risk your life!

Exactly, when I spoke to main dealer today about the price he just mentioned it was a «complicated part».
I simply said and, then pointed out that in the USA they would repair it free, he then said….»complicated part»……..

SBC pump removed ready for a clean up, plug the holes then send off for repair.

Fairly straight forward to remove the pump, disable this with Star then remove the brake lines, connector plug and pull the unit out.

I went round the 4 calipers first and confirmed that the bleed nipples could all be opened OK, bit of a clean up first and some penetrating fluid then they all opened OK.

Can be handy keeping various plugs and stops etc. that one gets with new gear.

Cleaned the pump up a bit and plugged the holes before packagaing it all up with lots and lots of bubble wrap and paper and then inside a very large box.
