Виктория 2 ошибка при запуске

OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit (Updates installed)

Soooo.. did a fresh install of Windows 8.1 today, and decided to install Victoria. I got vanilla Victoria 2 working perfectly, but A House Divided doesn’t start up. It first asked me for the «msvcp100.dll» and when I placed the .dll inside it’s folder now it’s giving me this error. I’ve done all the updates for my OS. I have .NET 3.5 and C++ Redistributable x64 installed

Does anyone know why this happes ? How do I fix it ?

EDIT: It’s fixed! For anyone who encounters the same error; follow these steps provided by u/mattyh1995;

1. Uninstall all C++ Redists using Add/Remove programs

2. Go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64

3. Delete msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll

4. Download and reinstall the latest redists from Microsoft’s website.

В этом меню кликните на «Click here» и выберите опцию «app can handle > 2 gb address space». Затем кликните ок, сохраните файл (File -> Save -> Ok или кликайте на значок дискеты и соглашайтесь на перезапись файла).

Эта операция позволит экзешнику игры обращаться к адресам в оперативной памяти, находящимся за пределом в 2гб (работает для x64 ОС).

Для x32 такое можно эффективно провернуть лишь при наличии минимум 3 Гб оперативной памяти и некоторых манипуляций с boot.ini:
