Solution
Check that the CE switch is closed with the bowl in the
top position
If the screen is opened while the tool is not rotating, the
error code will be eliminated when the screen is closed.
If the screen is opened while the tool is rotating, closing
the screen and pushing
Check that the bowl is positioned correctly – if the bowl
ring has three «ears», the middle ear must point in towards
the body of the mixer, otherwise the bowl must be lowered
again and turned to the correct position. (It is possible to
lower the bowl even if the error code is displayed.)
If/when the bowl is positioned correctly, push it right back
into the bowl arms, the inductive sensor will then be acti-
vated and you can lift the bowl.
If contact between the sensor and bowl is interrupted
again, the error code will appear in the display.
It is still possible to lift the bowl during the first 5 seconds
when the error code is shown, after this the lifting move-
ment will be deactivated.
Push the bowl right back into the bowl arms again so that
contact is re-established between the bowl and sensor. The
error code will disappear and you can lift the bowl again.
Reduce the quantity of ingredients in the bowl.
Check that the reed contacts, located on the outer tube
of the lifting motor spindle, have been activated (the
yellow diode on the contact illuminates) when the bowl
arms are at the top or bottom.
If the reed contacts do not activate, they must be replaced
Reduce the quantity of ingredients in the bowl
Check the connection.
Check the error log to ascertain the error code; see page 13
will eliminate the error code.

Миксер планетарный BEAR VARIMIXER RN20 VL2 пишет- error 4.
Ошибка не сбрасывается, миксер не запускается. Как починить?

Плату осматривал? На первых моделях не было радиатора охлаждения на плате. От перегрева микросхемы просто взрывались.

На днях разобрал Bear только Teddy, на плате красный светодиод моргал по 4 раза, если алгоритм у Bear одинаков, то Виктор прав. В моем случае сгорел выходной транзистор, транзисторы заказал, когда узнал сколько стоит эта несчастная плата. Прозвонить движок незабываем, если выложите фото-будет замечательно. Платы хоть похожи немного?

Сходство есть. Но у меня были «взорваны» две микросхеме. Предположил, что они программируемые и заказал плату. Цены конечно . . .
Когда пришла новая плата под микросхемами с другой стороны платы стоял большой алюминиевый радиатор. Больше миксер не ломался.

На програмируемые микросхемы радиаторы не ставят, скорее всего это были выходные(силовые) микросхемы, в моем случае pic контроллер(pic16f72)целый, я думаю разница должна быть только в выходных радиодеталях, т.к. мощность движка у teddy в 4 раза слабее чем у RN 20, а так конечно хочется увидеть фото платы

Миксер 2005 года.Двигатель прозванивал-все нормально.Плата, по внешнему виду -идеальная.При подаче напряжения,зеленый светодиод маргает 4 раза.В инструкции по эксплуатации сказано:ER:R4-в энергоснабжении периодически наблюдается низкое напряжение.

Пикконтроллер и драйвер( 28 ножек)вижу, а где силовые деталюшки? транзисторы? Плату надо проверить основательно(электронщику на стол), и главное выхода. Свет может так падает, но нижний конденсатор(большой бочонок) кажется вздутым, за 9 лет электролиты могли и высохнуть-отсюда и проблема в слаботочке, надо замерить ESR у них

Скорее всего плата измеряет именно вторичное напряжение на трансформаторах. И горят трансы без внешних изменений.

Насчет силовых деталей-с другой стороны платы стоит силовой модуль semitop3.Вторичное напряжение на трансформаторах:синий-9v,черный-6v-как и заявлено.Конденсатор-не вздутый.

Semitop3, это как раз и есть транзисторная сборка из 6 транзисторов, может какой нибудь из транзисторов и сгорел, надо мерить

Транзисторы прислали, заменил,все работает, значит 4 мигания на Теddy и есть проблема в силовых деталюшках. И менять надо желательно по паре на каждую из фаз, если сгорел третий-меняем третий и четвертый, и.т.д.

Уважаемые коллеги!Удалось сбросить Err4. Плата тестируеться- как и описано в руководстве по эксплуатации,то есть можно проверить работу символов управленя, концевиков защитной решетки и дежи, светодиодов уровня скорости.При тесте двигателя -он не запускаеться и на десплее пишет ОО.ОА. При включении рабочего режима показывает скорость и начинает работать таймер отсчета времени,но двигатель молчит. В руководстве советуют в таких случаях заменить преобразователь частоты. Что я и сделал!Но новая плата при включении питания не реагирует на управление.На передней панели загараються сразу все символы и все!Отключение питания с автомата(перезагрузка) ничего не дает.Плата не совсем такая ,но очень похожа!Все разьемы подходят!По логике новая плата или дефектная ,или не подходит конкретно к этой машине!Прежде чем возвращать плату преобразователя хочу на 100% убедиться что двигатель рабочий.Из двигателя выходят 5 проводов-2 из которых тепловое реле двигателя!Cопротивление между оставшимеся 3 -абсолютно одинаковое(измерял мультиметром)!Помогите разобраться, пожалуйста-что это за двигатель,как соединены обмотки и как еще его можно проверить! На шилдике двигателя написано: HFE 110 4p 3ф 230v 50/60 Hz output : 1,2 kw RN20-85.1 (думаю что это не буква ф ,а перечеркнутый кружок)

Надо на 3 проводах замерить напряжение, если нет, то движок не при чем. И преобразователь заказали именно на эту модель?

На проводах напряжение не показывает!Подсоединил к одному из них фазу-два других отвечают тоже 220v.Преобразователь заказывал по деталировке-RN20-601. Получил RN20-552.2m. Внешне очень похожа,по разьемам подходит.

Это одна и та же фаза через обмотки движка проходит, я бы не экспериментировал так с движком, неизвесно на какое напряжение он расчитан, преобразователь как раз и нужен, что бы из одной фазы сделать три, раз все символы горят, что то не то, движок скорее всего целый судя по сопротивлению обмоток, проверьте защитные концовики

Двигатель на миксере 127/230 Вольт, Частотник даёт сдвиг через два контура LC (L1 — на прямую и 1-ю LC, L2 — с 1-й LC и на 2-ю LC, L3 — со 2-й LC) LC-контуры формируют сдвиг на 120 градусов что в итоге нам даёт 3 фазы. Данные контура включаются с момента подачи питания, сломать их сложно (запас хороший). Слабое место там только сам модуль IGBT состоящий из 6 силовых транзисторов. Если верить даташиту то он критичен к перепадам напряжения. Мы когда столкнулись с данной неисправностью, стали заставлять клиентов ставить стабилизаторы. И сейчас продаём данную модель только в комплекте со стабилизатором.
Собственно по частотнику. Проверить питание на входе раскачки, проверить питание после предохрана, проверить питание на выходе относительно землянного провода. ЗАЗАМЛЕНИЕ для данных аппаратов ВАЖНО.
В итоге если на входе есть питание, а на выходе нет — замена частотника.Для успокоения можно проверить питание управления частотника. Транс в муке плохо себя чувствует.

Спасибо огромное всем кто откликнулся!Питания на выходе нет!Проблема в том ,что у поставщика нет частотного преобразователя для миксера RN20-VL2 2005 года выпуска(говорят их уже не выпускают).Предлагают преобразователь RN20-552.2m,но чтобы он работал нужно к нему покупать также и плату управления и кабель их соединяющиий(140 eвро только кабель). Получается слишком дорого-70-80 тыс.руб. Если попробывать поменять IGBT-модуль( semitop3) или всунуть преобразователь Е2 мини S2L- как думаете получится? Вот только насчет E2 мини пока не знаю как подключать управление.

А не проще и дешевле поставить готовый частотник ( АВВ или любой другой). Управление частотником сделать выносное на переменный резистор. Резистор установить на переднюю панель. Кнопки пуск, стоп и аварийный стоп также вынести на переднюю панель. Получиться немного некрасиво, но дешево и практично.

Установил наконец-то частотник Е2 mini S2L и выносную панель управления к нему ( за все около 12 тыс.р). Все довольны! Благодарю всех за помощь! Хотя, думаю,что замена semitop тоже решило бы проблему!

The VL2 control will in case of certain errors show an error code in the display:
Too high temperature in the frequency converter.
Solution: Switch off the mixer and let it cool down.
Wrong voltage of power supply.
Solution: Compare the voltage indicated on the machine label with the power supply.
The motor has been constantly overloaded for a long period of time. The load has been between 100 — 150% of

Solution: The machine’s power supply must be inspected by a technician.

Solution: The frequency converter is defective and must be exchanged. See “Service Instructions” page 12 for access
to the frequency converter.

The servo motor block actuator (B) did not contact the minimum speed microswitch (A) after
the stop button was pushed or the programmed recipe completed.
The computer is programmed to slow the mixer down to low speed before shutting off. It will not do
this unless the microswitch is contacted by the block mounted on the speed adjustment shaft.
To correct this error:
1) Check the microswitch (A) to see if it is working by manually pushing it, when pushed, the “MIN”
light should energize on the control panel. If it does not, the microswitch is faulty.
2) The actuator (B) is not contacting the switch, adjust the switch up by loosening the screws (C).
3) The servo motor is not moving at all. check the fuses in the rear of the control , if blown, replace
,if not blown ,check the voltage (31 VDC) at the servo motor while the mixer is running. If voltage is
present, the servo is faulty.
