Приветствую! Обычно датчик 2 — это линейка, проверяете есть ли у вас линейка, лучше ее сфотать.

После определения зверя могут быть следующие варианты:

1. Перегнут кабель линейки, что способствует потери сигнала в динамике.

2. Загрязнение в линейке  — надо чистить слайдер и стекло линейки(скорей всего ваш случай)

3. Замена кабеля.(довольно часто)

4. Замена слайдера.(вероятно)

5. Замена линейки.(очень редко)

Связаться с авторизованным персоналом/сервисной службой. Устранить аппаратную

ошибку, при необходимости заменить датчик. Убедиться, что в случае абсолютных

датчиков EnDat или SSI имеется подходящая для этой функции плата управления.

П.П.С.Судя по вашему биту надо смотреть напругу в 24V

А можно по подробнее,как посмотреть номер бита? У меня линейка heidenhain lc481 (ML270).

У нас на шпинере, правда PD, подобные ошибки возникали хаотически, потом все чаше, чаще, чаше… Закончилось тем, что после включения проходило порядка 10 минут и станок вываливался с ошибкой. Перебрали абсолютно все, а дело оказалось в питании — окислилась, а затем почти отгорела одна из фаз. Чисто поржать, померяйте напряжение, которое приходит в станок, когда в следущий раз вылезет ошибка. Если с ошибками вылетают оба станка, похоже на напряжение
