If a fault is displayed, it is always practical to select operating line Faults > Faults current

and look for any pending fault status messages before starting to rectify faults. If an

extension module is faulty, that fault must always be rectified first because it may lead

to a number of subsequential fault status messages.

Only authorized staff are permitted to make diagnostics, to rectify faults and to restart the plant. 11  Выступы вставной части 

Составные части  

Контроллер отопления состоит из базы с клеммами и вставной части с печатными 
платами внутри. 
Контроллер может монтироваться на рейку согласно EN 60 715-TH 35-7.5 или 
напрямую на стену.  
Работа с контроллером осуществляется при помощи накладного или выносного 
пульта оператора (см. “Типы“).  

Замечания по подключению 

•  К контроллеру можно подключить максимум 4 модуля расширения 

•  Питание контроллера- AC 24 В. Рабочее питание должно соответствовать тре-

бованиям SELV / PELV  

•  Трансформаторы должны быть изолированы согласно EN 60 742 или EN 61 

558-2-6  

•  Предохранители, реле, заземление и проводка должны соответствовать мест-

ным правилам 

•  Провода от датчиков не должны прокладываться рядом с силовыми кабелями, 

которые питают вентиляторы, приводы, насосы и т.д. 

•  Для уточнения деталей и составлении схемы подключений для установки бу-

дет полезна следующая документация:

•  Комнатный датчик должен быть установлен в месте, которое остывает быстрее 

всего. В комнате не должно быть термостатических клапанов. 

Замечания по монтажу  

•  Контроллер и модули расширения предназначены для: 

–  Для монтажа на рейку DIN 43 880. 

–  Для монтажа  на стену при помощи шурупов. 

–  Заподлицо на дверцу щита управления. 

•  Не допускается монтаж в местах с повышенной влажностью. Должны быть со-

блюдены требования к окружающей среде 

•  Перед монтажом отсоедините питание контроллера 
•  Блок с микросхемами нельзя извлекать из базы! 
•  Модули расширения подключаются с правой стороны контроллера по порядку, 

согласно заданной конфигурации 

•  Модули расширения не требуют дополнительной проводки для коммуникации с 

контроллером; электрические подключения происходят автоматически при под-
соединении модулей. Если нет возможности подсоединить модуль напрямую к 
контроллеру, можно использовать модульный коннектор RMZ780. В этом случае 
общая длина кабеля не должна превышать 10 м

•  Клеммы с низким напряжением (датчики, шина данных) расположены в верхней 

части модуля, а силовые кабели подключаются к нижней части 

•  К каждой клемме можно подключить 1 одножильный или 1 многожильный ка-

бель, с зачищенным участком 7- 8 мм. Для подключения кабелей нужна шлице-
вая отвёртка.
