А приход делается не на основе Исходящей поставки ?

Если выполняется двухшаговая процедура, т. е. исходящая, потом входящая, то соответственно и настройки будут различными, т. к. используются различные типы позиций поставки. Чтобы не было этой ошибки, нужно установить в поле «ПринятоеКол» во входящей поставке на закладке «Приемка материала на склад» или же отключить релевантность приемки на склад (убрать галку в настройке типа позиции входящей поставки «Рел. приемке на склад»)

Скорее всего на этот склад подключена СУС и нужно комплектовать в LT03.

SPRO — Структура предприятия — присвоение — оперативная логистика — Присвоение номера склада — складу. Здесь отключить трехзначный склад от четырехзначного.

Но у меня там вроде все правильно стоит, объясню почему я так думаю: у меня есть склады которые работают, и у них все стоит точно так же.

Что стоит в Исходящей поставке на вкладке «Комплектование» в поле «Общий статус операций СУС» для правильного и неправильного склада? В стандартном САП, если складу присвоен номер склада, то нужно для комплектования создавать транспортный заказ.

Если стоит A, то нужен Транспортный заказ. Возможно для «правильного склада» он создается автоматически по какой-либо логике. Это логика может быть самописная, может быть стандартная в зависимости от вида движения.

SAP OSS Note 2053955 version 0001 contains details of a know issue related to Error message VL 609 for return delivery in VL60/BORGR . Note 2053955 Details:
When does this problem occur
For a material subject to the batch management requirement, you use
transaction VL60 or BORGR to create a return delivery for an inbou
nd delivery. You set the completed indicator
(BORGR_TWE_MDIFF-COMPL_MARK) and remove the "Via Delivery" flag in order
to create a mate
rial document for the return delivery. The system issues error message
VL 609 "Delivery has not yet been put away/picked (completely)"

Please import the corrections attached to this OSS note into your SAP system using SNOTE.

Check if SAP OSS note 2053955 has already been downloaded and is valid
To check if this note has already been download, what status it has and if it is valid for your system first execute t-code SNOTE and click on the SAP Note Browser icon
From here you can just enter the note number 2053955 and press execute. If the note already exists it’s details will be displayed. See here for full step by step instructions on how to check if an SAP note has been downloaded and is valid for your system.
If note 2053955 does not exist on your system you will receive the message «Unable to find SAP Note that meets specified criteria» 
If this is the case you will need to download the note to you SAP system also using transaction SNOTE. For further details see Download note using SNOTE. Even if it does exist you may still want to check if you have downloaded the latest version of the note.

- Partial delivery is not possible in vl02n
- Partial PGI for outbound delivery is not possible and results in VL609
- VL609 when idoc shpcon/whscon is posted with zero picking quantity
