► Symptom

The temperature control of fuser unit is abnormal.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Turn the machine off. Re-install the fuser unit. Then turn the machine on. Is the error message is disappeared?

2) If the problem persists, turn the machine off and remove the fuser unit.

(Refer to 3.3.13)

a) Check if the fuser connector is connected properly.

b) Check if the input voltage is normal.

c) Check if the thermistor is twisted or contaminated; and is in contact with the Heat Roller.

3) After confirming continuity in the fuser connector and the problem still exists; order an SMPS/HVPS and Fuser

Unit and install as is necessary.

Исправен, исправен. На плате при подключенном печном разъеме — сколько Ом сопротивление? Напряжение питания на печь вообще подается? Потому как если Andrey THK (15): на плате по питанию прозванивается все — в этом есть сильные сомнения.

Нужно заменить чип на картридже или прошить, у нас данная услуга стоит 400р

Проблема в термоузле. Перегрев. Возможно датчик под замену.

проблема с чипом картриджа, либо считывателем, если же прошита, то чип необходимо извлечь и сделать сброс!

Нужно разбирать, смотреть, что намоталось на печку, цела ли термопленка и греется ли печка.

Всем привет! Принесли аппарат Samsung 3870dn с проблемой что ставят новый картридж а он печатает черные листы. Купили картридж от Xerox 3320 ставили с чипом, аппарат у них прошит, снял чип с картриджа, все равно печатает черные листы. Поставил картридж с такого же аппарата (стоит на ремонте с ошибкой выходной лоток полон). — печатает нормально —
Поставил опять новый картридж — направил на печать 5 листов. На третьем листе зажевал бумагу. Намотал на тефлон. Отключилаппарат достал лист. Проверил термостат чистый пластинка отщелкнута. Все собрал выходит в ошибку u1-2320 u1-2315 ошибка термофиксации.
Поменял термоблок — такая же ошибка, поменял плату высокого и плату питания — то же самое. Поменял плату форматтера с аппарата (стоит на ремонте с ошибкой выходной лоток полон) — стал выдавать ошибку — выходной лоток полон.
Поставил плату форматтера с ошибкой термофиксации в другой аппарат- та же ошибка термофиксации.

Прошил плату фикс прошивкой — ничего не изменилось.
Подскажите куда копать.

Что такое «сброс всех датчиков»?

на xerox 3320 стоит картридж аналог samsung mlt-205.
на твоем аппарате 203.
разница в местоположении чипа и щелью для лазера.
точно не помню: либо удалить планку в картридже над роликом заряда, либо ножичком увеличить размер щели под лазер.
а ошибки термофиксации — проверяй термопред, очисти датчик температуры и проверь контакты.

пока плотно им не занимался. на следующей неделе только засяду за него. Пока собираю информацию что делать.

(7) Действительно, был невнимателен, (0) не прочёл, сорри. На майне, который вы форматтером называете, есть по линии от термистора микросхемы (емнип, компараторы 393) либо схемка на транзисторах, иногда в ней проблема бывает. Но в любом случае — вам придётся хотя бы слегка разрисовать схемку, где задействованы линии от термодатчика, термистора, то бишь.

Почитайте темку, там в этих же цепях неопознанная микруха(т.к. другой, более новый аппарат), познавательно, м.б. вам легче будет ориентироваться, чего ждать.

наконец то добрался до сего агрегата.
подкинул плату форматтера с заведомо рабочего аппарата. — все работает.
начал поверхностный осмотр платы и выявил сгоревший компонент Y53T
