Всем привет давненько я не писал в борт журнал, когда я покупал машину горела ошибка по SBC обратиться в сервис, никак руки не доходили, и тут в один день я решил исправить эту надоевшую ошибку, подключил сканер и начал ее насиловать в инженерном меню, но ничего не получалось пробовал и старом и абриком, не в какую, схарился что проиграл эту битву своему же мурзику, а до этого машин наверное 30 сделал, и сегодня нашел решение своей проблемы, скрывается все в инженерном в двух диджеях, Dj_setpmpcycle, Dj_setpmpcyclelnit
В этих двух параметрах ставим 0, выходим из sbc выключаем и включаем зажигание и все арбайтен!
А теперь ВНИМАНИЕ: данные действия с тормозным блоком вы делаете на свой страх и риск так как производитель рекомендует менять блок а не мудровать с ним, перед такими действиями нужно проверить щетки на моторчике и давление подпора, и быть готовым что если что тормоза могут ОТКАЗАТЬ так что дважды подумайте перед тем как что-то делать, всем удачи на дорогах !

Сброс SBC Ошибка C249F и C2498 Mercedes W211, W219, R230 / Обнуление Service Brake! Visit Workshop

Всем привет, друзья. Сегодня я вам покажу, как сбросить SBC блок, когда у вас висит ошибка сначала Service Brake! Visit Workshop!, а потом вообще уже красная ошибка Stop Reduced braking.

Многие просили показать, как убрать эту ошибку, и я хотел показать это через программу DAS, но опенпорт не может войти в блок SBC.

Поэтому я сейчас покажу, как это сделать вот с этим маленьким китайским устройством, которое вы также можете приобрести.

И есть еще такой нюанс: когда у вас висит эта ошибка, она должна быть из-за ошибки C249F.

Только в этом случае можно сбросить таким способом.

Итак, начальная стадия – это когда пишет просто Service Brake! Visit Workshop! А затем появляется надпись Stop Reduced braking.

И уже все – невозможно дальше передвигаться, невозможно переключить АКПП.

После сброса ошибки также рекомендуется проверить угольные щётки на моторчике SBC блока, потому что если угольные щетки закончатся, то автомобиль понимает, что SBC блок уже как бы новый и из-за этого могут внезапно отказать тормоза.

Итак, посмотрим, как сбросить ошибку через это устройство.

Напоминаю, таким способом делаем сброс ТОЛЬКО ЕСЛИ ЭТО ОШИБКА C249F.

Подключаем это устройство к диагностическому OBD разъему. И нажимаем на 50% желательно, больше не надо.

Подождем немного.

Все, процесс окончен и количество срабатываний SBC блока сброшено до 50%.

Заводим двигатель и видим, что уже у нас нет никаких ошибок.

    Hi guys i have a w211 270cdi and want to remove this fault C2498 from sbc unit .
    I have das developer and i tried to reset the times press the brake pedal.
    I see the first times press is about 500.000 and after reset with this instruction * is 1024 times press, i drive about 20 min the car, but the fault the still exist and i can’t erase the fault.
    Please does anyone know how I can erase the fault?

    then click F3

    then scroll down untill you see the line’s :

    Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen (DJ_CalcLiveTime)
    Parameter uINBR = 0
    then click F3

    Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen und schreiben (DJ_BuildAndWriteF)
    Parameter uINBR = 0
    then click F3

    Log out of SBC !!

    They did have a 100k warranty extension on SBC for this fault in the US. Maybe you already know this and this is why you highlited it, but maybe not. There are SBC tools for this.

    AVDI fixes this problem , you can with it read the eeprom by obd2 and then rest the module. Post your dump as told

    Did you try to reset this two?
    (DJ_SetLiveTimeNew) uINBR = 0
    (DJ_SetLiveTime) uINBR = 0

    SOLUTION IS TO READ DUMP FROM SBC MODULE TO RESSET IT AND AFTER YOU WILL WRITE A RESTED DUMP TO YOUR SBC MODULE TESTED 1000%

    How about «EEPROM» or «EEPROM Upper Page» function in developer mode?

    You will get different dump if you read by Star Diag, or you read by manually. I don’t know how can you convert the dumps, maybe somebody know it?!

    By DAS developer you can’t write SBC, only read. But the file what you will get, is different what you read physically from the eeprom. The question is, what is the connection between this two files.

Всем привет!!!!
Возникла следующая проблема на приборке появилась сообщение на сером фоне service brake visit workshop….
***при подключении диогностического сканера (не спец диагностика) показала ошибку с2498 (насос заполнение аккумулятора давления Слишком продолж. общее время включ.)
***при подключении старухи показала ошибку с2498 ( Достигнуто пороговое значение техобслуживание……(актуальный и сохраненный) и предложила заменить блок sbc.
***тормозная жидкость со слов старта оч. давно не менялась.

ак я понимаю при выходе из строя должна гореть красная надпись и отключиться электроника тормозов но у меня все функции тормозной системы работают.

***К офицалам ездил сказали что надо идти к ним на диагностику за 7к и что ответ будет какой я написал выше так как программа у них таже самая.
***гарантийная замена блока будет отказана с вероятностью 99% так как машина старая 2002 года пробег 215000. нет сервисной книжки (без нее купил)
***Пытался сбросить значения циклов работы как при ошибке 249f (значение не было превышено) сбросили ошибка та также горит
***При визуальном осмотре тормозов нашел небольшую утечку в тормозном суппорте
вопрос:
1- что за это такая ошибка с2498
2- как можно ее исправить
3- поможет ли замена тормозной жидкости
4- возможно ли проблемма из за утечки

In Dev mode, you need to find actuation’s in the braking system, you can just set it back to 0. With the error you have it is actuation’s and not time to pressure. If the error is for time to pressure then you need the pump to be fixed.

WARNING!
If this does not make sense to you then I would recommend not attempting it as you can royally screw up your car.

Try this:

Make sure engine is running!

In Developer mode you need to go to Entwickelingsdaten — > ansteueringen -> Gesamstliste aller Ansteuerungen

to see how many times brake has been pressed there is a line that says: Bremsenzahler (DJ_GetBrLive)

then 1 line down there you see Bremsenzahler aktualisieren und Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen -> click it !
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

1 line down Bremsenzahler auf beliebigen Wert setzen (DJ_SetNBr) -> click it
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

then scroll down untill you see the line’s :

Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen (DJ_CalcLiveTime)
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen und schreiben (DJ_BuildAndWriteF)
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

Log out of SBC !!
log out of verhicle !!

let engine run at least 10 minutes or drive at least 10 minutes

If no coils are damaged , SBC fault code is not AKTUEL no more

RESET SBC SERVICE LIGHT:

Engine is running.

In SD Developer mode you need to go to:
Entwickelingsdaten (developer data) —> ansteueringen (control gear) —> Gesamstliste aller Ansteuerungen (complete list of all the control circuits).

To see how many times brake has been pressed there is a line that says: Bremsenzahler (DJ_GetBrLive) (brake payer (dj_getbrlive)).

Then 1 line down there you see:
Bremsenzahler aktualisieren und Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen (brake upgrade and lifetime payer payers recalculated f) -> click it.

Parameter uINBR = 0 then click F3.

1 line down you see (or search for this line):
Bremsenzahler auf beliebigen Wert setzen (DJ_SetNBr) -> click it.

Parameter uINBR = 0 then click F3 then scroll down until you see the line’s: Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen (DJ_CalcLiveTime).
Parameter uINBR = 0 then click F3.

Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen und schreiben (DJ_BuildAndWriteF).
Parameter uINBR = 0 then click F3.

Log out of SBC. Log out of vehicle. Let engine run at least 10 minutes.

Reset is only a temp fix to alloy you extra time for proper fix but should never rely on it as a permanent due to the brushes ware and the pressure cylinder or whatever its called possibly be at the end of their use

When the brushes or pump start to show signs of wear the system picks up that it is taking too long to reach the correct pressure and will warn you of such.

If it is just the number of cycles counter then it will allow you to reset it and carry on as normal, as the pump is working fine.

The system is self-testing and will warn you when it is struggling to keep up. Then it is time for a new pump.
