— Нажмите Win+R (Win — клавиша с логотипом Windows в виде флажка);
— Наберите в открывшемся окне (без кавычек) «msconfig.exe»;
— В появившемся окне «Конфигурация системы» на вкладке «Общие» выберите параметр «Выборочный запуск» и снимите флажок с параметра «Загружать элементы автозагрузки»;
— На вкладки «Службы» поставьте галочку в параметре «Не отображать службы Майкрософт», затем нажмите кнопку «Отключить все»;
— Нажмите «Ок» и перезагрузите компьютер.
После этих действий запустите клиент игры.

The other reason for the error may be the corruption of the Easy AntiCheat Files. If this is the cause of the Rust error code 10011, the fix is quite simple. Navigate to the game install folder and look for the Easy AntiCheat folder. Open it and you should be able to identify the executable – the .exe file for Easy AntiCheat. Double-click on it and follow the wizard. Choose the option to Repair the software by clicking on the Repair Services button with the right game selected.

An outage of Easy AntiCheat service is not a common occurrence, but it does happen from time to time and that can very well result in the error code 10011 while playing Rust. If you have other games that use the Easy AntiCheat, try to run them and if multiple games fail to launch with one or the other Easy AntiCheat error, the cause may be a service outage and you need to wait it out to fix the error.

A lot of programs on your system use the Visual C++ Dependencies including the Easy AntiCheat and corruption in Visual C++ dependencies files can lead to issues with the software and the error code. Uninstall all the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio versions and re-download them from the official website.

Another possible reason could be that the EasyAntiCheat is set to manual, which is preventing it from starting when the game starts, you need to set it to automatic. To perform the fix, press Windows Key + R and type services.msc > locate Easy Anti-Cheat and set the Startup Type to Automatic. Once you have done this, reboot the system.

I have been having issues with Battlefield 2042 since yesterday (1-2 days so far) by having the game not launch anymore. It felt like it happened out of nowhere as I have not installed any software or updated anything at all in these last few days.

The issue may seem pretty common for a lot of users as I’ve seen on most forums for games that use EAC (EasyAntiCheat) and since then I have started troubleshooting this issue on my own to avoid bothering others to fix it for me.

As expected, I’ve come to request your help as no solution was useful for my problem.

Troubleshooting steps taken:

— BF2042.exe and BF2042_launcher.exe were changed to run as administrator
— Microsoft Visual C++ library has been fully deleted and reinstalled for 2015-2022
— Checked Antivirus (Kaspersky Internet Security) and whitelisted both folders and files to be fully free of any restriction
— Reinstalled the game via STEAM
— Reinstalled / Repaired EAC (EasyAntiCheat) 
— Allowed Origin to run as administrator
— Updated Windows and GPU driver to the latest of the latest updates.
— I’ve set EasyAntiCheat to run Automatically from Windows Services

PC Spec:
— NVIDIA AORUS MASTER RTX 3080
— AMD Ryzen 5900X
— 32 Gb RAM Corsair CL18 3600Hz
— 2 Tb SSD Samsung 980 Evo
— Asus ROG STRIX X570 Gaming-E
— 850W Corsair PSU

With all steps taken so far I have not been successful into getting back into the game… It is quite frustrating as I’ve never been judgmental about the game or bugs as I either haven’t encountered them or even if I did, was never too upset about it as I still could play the game the way I wanted.

Now that I find myself unable to at least get inside the game is quite frustrating as I’m not enjoying other FPS games at the moment.

Anyone that can help me out and stick with me until we can find a July 2022 solution to this problem is really welcomed <3

Every time I launch rust through steam, i get a EAC (Easy Anti Cheat) Bug report. The error code is Error 10011.

THINGS IVE TRIED: Set rust to always run as admin— Set EAC to always run as admin— Run steam as admin— Uninstall and reinstall EAC all while running as admin— Verify game cache— Uninstall and reinstall rust— Let rust and EAC through AVG antivirus— Let rust and EAC through AVG firewall— Let rust and EAC through windows firewall—

So far the only thing that has done anything, is running rust as an admin (through C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust) and that got me in, but when i join a server, i get the error «Disconnected : EAC: UserDisconnected» before i can fully load in.

Aside from the Error 10011, i also get a «Rust launcher error: FatalError — Failed to start the game.» if that matters at all.
