Hello! After recent update of Armoury Crate, it is showing error that some service is not working after opening Armoury Crate. I was able to trace it and it seems that AsusLiveService.exe is crashing. I have tried to reinstall all software and drivers from asus.
+ I am not sure if it’s related but since reinstall of Armoury Crate, I am not able to turn on ECO mode while it’s connected to USB C external dock with monitor. Before it was working just fine, no issues.

I hope someone can help. I’m building a new PC, fresh install of Window 10, all latest drivers etc., but I can’t get Armoury Crate to install at all.
Every time the installer runs I get the following in my application log several times.

And that last message repeats several times until it gives up.
I’m using the latest installer download from the Asus website, I’ve tried everything from the uninstaller on the website to cleanup and install again, to clearing the cmos and installing again….every time it fails with the same error above.
Trying to manually start the ROGLiveService also gives the same error.
I’m guessing there is something the LED_DLL_forMB_x64.dll doesn’t like or is incompatible with…but no clues as to what.
I don’t know how to track the problem down, has anyone else had the same problem and can anyone from Asus help resolve this please.
Looked around to find if this issue had been resolved already. I figure the game has been out since October of 2019 so, I would like to think this came up already with a fix and I just couldn’t find where it was posted.
