Ricoh sp 203sfnw ошибка 544

Ошибку 544 не могу скинуть т.к в сервисное меню вход заказан со всеми или почти всеми подсказками и рекомендациями про вход в меню.Если у кого то хоть раз получилось опишите по пунктам как вы это сделали в выше указанной модели .

SC544 — ошибка термистора. Чтобы до него добраться открываем переднюю крышку, откручиваем 1 болт.
Отсоединяем красный разъем.
Открываем правую крышку, отсоединяем правый нижний разъем, который идет на печку. Откручиваем 2 болта и достаем печку.
Вот мы и добрались до термистора, который крепится одним болтом.
Меняем его, ставим печку на место.
Осталось сбросить ошибку. Для этого входим в сервисный режим: нажимаем «Clear Modes» — 107 — «Clear/Stop» (необходимо удерживать 3-5 сек). Потом нажимаем: 1 — 5 — # — 810 — # — 1, нажать и удерживать «Original» (текст или фото) и неотпуская ее нажать «Start». Аппарат готов к работе.

Ricoh MP C5503 SC544-02 code
Ok , so we all know the following(for the MP C4502 series machines):
When the machines suffer a fuser overheat error, it is not possible to reset the error in SP5810 as it was with previous models: The reset fails when you try it because Ricoh added a fuse to the fixing unit — with this fuse the code can be reset on the C4502 series. The fuse is included with the fixing sleeve.
My question is this…………we have a MP C5503 copier with the SC-554 code. Does it use the same reset fuse as the 4502? Signed on to Ricoh TSRC and found nothing to clarify if that same reset fuse part works on the 5503. Comments appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for responding……………I see that some guys are wiring a push switch to rest the error…….pretty slick, but since the OEM fuse is available real cheaply from Prec Roller part # M026-4371 for the MP C4502/5502 series. Since you are sure that the same fuse works for the 5503 also…………I’ll order it and give it a try. The fuser is rated to last 400K and only has 100K on it and looks to be in good condition. No sense in charging the customer for a rebuild. I’ll also have to verify it has the latest firmware. Ricoh tech bulletin said it needs to be at least Ver 1.22.08 or better.

When the c5502 was new I used to run into the Sc544 a lot, but I haven’t seen it in years now.
Here’s a pub I think I got here on CTN that always worked for me. I still carry an old Tmistor in my bag, even though I don’t know when I last used it.

Ok, So based on the advice given here we went out with a new unit detect reset fuse for the MP C5502/4502 series and it does not work in the 5503’s. So disregard all the advice that was given in the above responses. I’ll figure it out and post what the real fix is.

The 5503/4503 fuser is different and there is no place to plug in the MP C4502 reset fuse. The connector for that reset fuse is available on the 4502 and 4503 series fuser only. If there is a pico fuse on this model……it must be in a different location. Couldn’t find it though.
Updating the machines firmware as per Ricoh tech bulletin and ordering an entire fuser.

this is a color machine and many if not most customers that have a color machine aren’t sticking to normal 5-6% coverage per color. your 100k could be 600k worth of copies/wear and tear if you check your logging data. with going with higher coverages different types and thickness of paper constantly being ran thru color machines makes making money on color MA’s a nightmare

Pico reset fuses Ricoh.JPGOK, To clear up the confusion I promised I would get back with the correct info for this issue…………….The pico fuses(see pic) are different for the MPC5503 series. Different size connector and the connector is not in the same location as the 5502/4502 series. The 4502 reset fuse is the smaller connector—-has a part number as seen in the pic and can be ordered separately. The 5503 reset fuse is taped inside the box when you purchase the fixing sleeve assembly Part#D150-4041 and is not yet sold by separately.
On the MPC4502/5502 series the reset fuse connector is on the back of the fuser to the right of the big blue plug connector. On the MPC4503/5503 series you have to take off the lower cover to see the reset plug.
Hope this info is helpful to someone in the future………………
P.S. …….really sucks that we need a reset fuse to accomplish what we could always do before just by going into service mode.

Ricoh SP 3610SF MFP сброс ошибок, сервисное меню

Добрый день.
Столкнулся с проблемой на Ricoh SP 3610 SF MFP ошибка SC545-00 «Вызовите сервис»
на прошлом форуме нашёл описание входа в сервисное меню
нажать желтую кнопку (сброс), набрать на цифровой клавиатуре 806182, затем нажать и удерживать 5 сек кнопку «отмена» или «С» (красная).
для сброса ошибки печки при входе в сервисное меню
выбираем первый пункт 1 Copy Sp нажатием нужной цифры на клавиатуре справа
появится надпись 1.Feed нажимаем кнопку вправо
ищем 5. Mode подтверждаем выбор нажатием кнопки ОК
кнопкой вправо ищем пункт 5. 810 SC reset
подтверждаем выбор нажатием кнопки ОК
на экране должна появиться надпись 5.810.001 Fusing SC Reset
подтверждаем выбор нажатием кнопки ОК
Появится экран на котором надо нажать EXECUTE
нажимаем кнопку кнопку V под этой надписью
должна появиться надпись Complited
для выхода из сервисного меню много раз нажимаем кнопку назад
после чего выключаем принтер с помощью кнопки и включаем.
Смотрим помогло ли решить проблему с печкой (печку вынимал смотрел датчик с правого угла, налипшего тонера не на заметил.
также упоминалось что данная ошибка может возникать при нестабильном напряжении в сети.

Ricoh SP 3610SF MFP сброс ошибок, сервисное меню

На Ricoh SP 3610 SF MFP столкнулся с тем что счётчик нового оригинального барабана довольно быстро закончился. Визуально барабан целый печатает чётко, в связи с чем решил сделать сброс счётчика барабана для возобновления работы принтера.
Сброс барабана делал через сервисное меню
нажать желтую кнопку (сброс), набрать на цифровой клавиатуре 806182, затем нажать и удерживать 5 сек кнопку «отмена» или «С» (красная).
выбираем первый пункт 1 Copy Sp нажатием нужной цифры на клавиатуре справа
появится надпись 1.Feed нажимаем кнопку вправо
ищем 7. Data Log подтверждаем выбор нажатием кнопки ОК
нажимаем кнопку вправо
ищем 7.804 Reset PM Counter подтверждаем выбор нажатием кнопки ОК
далее нужно найти 7.804.002 PCDU подтверждаем выбор нажатием кнопки ОК
Появится экран на котором надо нажать EXECUTE с помощью кнопки V под этой надписью
должна появиться надпись Complited
у меня счётчик барабана сбросился без перезагрузки принтера (обновил Web страницу принтера)

Ricoh SP 3610 SF MFP
вчера вылезла ошибка SC542-01 Вызовите службу сервиса.
Подскажите что делать с данной проблемой? сбросил ошибку сегодня она опять вылезла… опять сбросил… но проблема явно где то есть…
проверил печатает без проблем.
открыл крышку вытащил печку
выкрутил датчик, налипшего тонера на нём не обнаружил вполне чистый…
печка после пробной печати по ощущениям нагрелась без проблем.
не особо понял чем отличается SC545-00 которую описывал в шапке темы и SC542-01 которая уже второй раз вылезла
SC545-00 больше не встречал после того сброса…

обе ошибки имеют одинаковые симптомы

Если тефлон оригинал, термистор нормально прижат, стоит на своем месте (а бывает можно и переместить), с разъемом термистора нет проблем, то логически путь это замена термистора.
Работаю за еду. Сисадмин в государственной конторе.

Всем привет.
Так как проблема опять вернулась, то по вашим советам хотел проверить сопротивление термистора(датчика температуры печки)
Вытащил печку открутил датчик начал смотреть куда идут от него провода чтобы отключить и замерить.
На фото слева видно датчик который я хотел проверить и на котором при первом появлении проблемы снял налипший тонер
и при повторных осмотрах он был чистый и внешних признаков неисправностей не выдавал.
Так как я видел, что все провода идут в сторону главного разъёма, то я начал разбирать всё что мешает его снять.
А когда снял крышку справа у этого разъёма, то там был ещё один такой датчик, но уже на металлической пластине (видимо для охлаждения)
Вот тут видно оба датчика на печке SP3610sf
ну и визуальный осмотр датчика показал налипший кусок тонера.
Так как судя по отзывам в интернете это самое частое решение проблемы, то глубже решил не лазить.
второй (правый) датчкик после снятия шмотка тонера.
Теперь думаю пока тонер снова не налипнет проблема с этим должна решиться пока понаблюдаю 
П.с. не знал что в печке стоит второй датчик поэтому чистил только левый.
