Make sure the printer is connected directly to wall outlet. (don’t use a power hub or a surge protector)

I have included a document to do a power reset, clear any more jammed paper, check the carriage to see if it moves freely, how to check the posts in the cartridge parking area are not blocking the carriage.

решение:

  • Удалите драйверы
    принтера. (Желательно отключить принтер
    от сети и USB-кабеля от компьютера).
  • Пока принтер отсоединен
    от компьютера, скачайте драйверы принтера из Интернета и установите их снова.
  • Подключите кабель USB к
    принтеру снова . Проверьте, что компьютер
    распознает принтер, и повторите попытку
    печати.

Второе возможное
решение: (обнуление принтера)

  • При включенном принтере,
    отключите кабель USB.
  • Выньте струйные картриджи
    из принтера.
  • Подождите десять секунд
    и отключите кабель питания от принтера.
  • Пока принтер выключен,
    подождите около 60 секунд.
  • Подключите принтер к
    сети снова.
  • Если принтер не включился
    от подсоединения кабеля к сети, нажмите
    на кнопку питания на принтере.
  • Вставьте картриджи и
    закройте крышку, дающие доступ к ним.
  • Подключите кабель USB к
    принтеру снова.

Третье возможное решение
(обнуление настроек до заводского
состояния)

  • Перейдите в » СВОЙСТВА
    «, затем » ИНСТРУМЕНТЫ» и нажмите,
    когда появится «восстановить настройки
    принтера до заводского состояния».
  • Перезагрузите принтер

How to fix error code 0005fbb6 on HP printers

Solution 1 for error 0005fbb6:

  • Uninstall the printer driver
  • Disconnect the USB cable and the power from the printer
  • Donwload the last driver on the HP website
  • Install the driver
  • Reconnect the cables when the program tells to do.

Solution 2: reset the printer

  • Printer on, disconnect the USB cable.
  • Remove the cartridges
  • Wait for 10 seconds and disconnect the power cord
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord
  • If the printer do not turn on, press the power button.
  • Insert the cartridges and close the door.
  • Reconect the USB cable.

Solution 3:

  • Go to «Setup», then «Tools» and «Restore Factory Defaults»
  • Power off and on.

The error B204 could happen after a cartridge replacement. First of all, when installing, remove the cartridges from the plastic package, but do not drill any plastic membranes, as this will cause this error when placing the cartridge.   • When did this issue start?
  • Did you do any hardware or software changes?
  • How is the printer connected to computer, wired or wireless?

Meanwhile 

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  6. Turn on the printer

Hi I have just installed the printer so it started as soon as I installed it and it connected by the lead

Eager to know, did you get time to perform power reset in the printer.

If not, follow the below steps:

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

If the issue persists, Update the printer firmware.

To correct error 0x0005fbb6, try the following:

  • Uninstall the existing printer driver
  • Disconnect the USB cable and disconnect the power cable from your printer and the AC outlet
  • Download the latest driver on the HP website
  • Start the driver installation
  • Reconnect the cables when the installation process tells you to.

If the above procedure doesn’t do the trick, try the following:

  • With the Printer on, disconnect the USB cable.
  • Remove the ink cartridges
  • Wait about 10 seconds then disconnect the power cord from the printer and AC outlet
  • Wait approximately 1 minute then reconnect the power cord to the printer and the AC outlet
  • If the printer doesn’t  turn on, press the power button to turn it on.
  • Reinstall the ink cartridges and close the door.
  • Reconnect the USB cable.

If neither of thes two procedures work, then reset to factory defaults as follows:

  • Go to «Setup»
  • Select «Tools» 
  • Select «Restore Factory Defaults»
  • Power your printer down then turn it back on.
