Lost Lands 6: Mistakes of the Past продолжает серию игр Затерянные земли. Адвенчура с поиском предметов и логическими задачами создана в фентезийном сеттинге и также обладает мини-играми, которые юзер проходит в процессе. Здесь геймер перемещается в прошлое, где ему предстоит предотвратить угрозу существования мира, исправив ошибки разных людей.
Пару веков тому многие восстали против Кассандры. Злая колдунья натворила много бед, за что женщину похоронили заживо. Спустя долгое время волшебница просыпается от многовекового сна. В ярости Кассандра отправляется к Маарону — своему бывшему ученику. Колдунья создает себе войско, состоящее из арахноидов — преданных слуг, что выполнят любую просьбу повелительницы. Армия волшебницы захватывает ее ученика. Героиня Затерянные земли 6. Ошибки прошлого путешествует назад во времени, чтобы изменить события. Задача — освободить Маарона, а тема самым — помочь его правнучке Фионе. Попав назад во времени, Сьюзен оказывается вовлечена в разные события, постепенно выясняя все подробности. Вскоре протагонистка узнает тайну неуязвимости Кассандры, которая спрятана в древности. В процессе пользователь узнает больше об игровой Вселенной, наблюдая за восстановлением мира, который бы пропал без героини. Всего в казуальной игре предложено 40 локаций, проходя которые персонаж пытается предотвратить захват мира армиями арахноидов во главе с волшебницей. Для этого пользователь проходит 40 мини-игр, ищет предметы на интерактивных сценах, собирает объекты, манускрипты и достижения.
