P2526 ошибка мерседес vito

Помогите кто знает. С утра загорелся чек пропала тяга, на диагностике выдало две ошибки 2526(датчик наддува турбины) и 2514(нагревательный элемент системы вентиляции картера) Если с первой более менее ясно, хотя датчик вроде в норме. То 2514 полный ступор никто дупля не отстрелит! Помогите!:icon_question:

Постарайтесь помучать Star

….С утра загорелся чек пропала тяг….

Постарайтесь подключаться к Star с нормальным диагностом, а не с «информатором ошибок».
Окажется, скорее всего, EGR и его «приблуды».
Сделайте все хорошо и вопросы будут конкретнее или вообще пропадут —
это распространенная проблема дизелей, ищите специалиста.

стар подключите! проверьте вакуум и электрику управления турбиной, патрубки всасывающего коллектора на предмет негерметичности ,дачтчики давления нагнетаемого воздуха и температуры,все это проверяется старом!

Если не сама турбина(проверить состояние целостности лопаток,утечки масла и люфта), то остаётся эл.вак.клапан,что скорее всего. Замените электро-вакумный клапан управления турбиной.Находится у самой турбины справа.Удовольствие не из дешёвых,а замена за 10 минут.Подробно по этой теме отписывался ранее, посмотрите в архиве форума.:icon_e_smile:

ВСЕМ привет. подскажите следующее, в выходные на сервисе сказали нужно заменить клапан турбины (при старте с глушителя идет синий дым), есть номер запчасти и мануал по ее замене где она вообще находится, заранее всем спасибо за помощь.

    Hi friends

    I have a Mercedes Vito, model 639, 2007, 150 Cv, 115 Cdi.
    The vehicle, sometimes, lost power. By diagnostic it appears the following dtc trouble description:

    P2526 Vacuum Resevoir Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

    I have allready took off the turbo and it has been tested, including the Turbo Eletronic Actuator. It was ok, only needed to be clean.

    But the problem remains.

    What coulld it be?!

    Hi
    dont have understand why you have check the turbo if dtc are :
    P2526 Vacuum Resevoir Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

    check all that small hosses from vacuum ,can be from egr or in any other place something broken…also vacuum pump can be broken or maybe vacuum reservoir are broken/crashed
    first of all check the vacuum pump with vacumm tester…

    Thanks, but this car doesn’t work with vacuum, the turbo and egr are eletronic.
    Only the brake system uses vaccum.

    Proper code definition for that vehicle:

    P2526 Boost Pressure Servo Motor

    Because you say it sometimes loses power, it’s probably an intermittent internal fault in the servo motor, to replace it you have to get the whole turbo.

    Tug on each wire at the connector to make sure there are no broken or corroded wires.

    You might contact these guys.

Hi friends

I have a Mercedes Vito, model 639, 2007, 150 Cv, 115 Cdi.

Try the operation enabled buckle exhaust — this fault occurs due to blockage of the exhaust pipe

Hi friend

Sorry my english.
But what exactly does it mean buckle exhaust? Is it the gas recirculation system (egr) or the exhaust system clogged?!

No EGR — the exhaust system clogged
Release — disconnect the exhaust connection. The first part of the catalytic converter.

A customer’s journey of discovering Mercedes-Benz error codes!

As an owner of a Mercedes-Benz motor, you may be used to encountering various issues. 

Don’t get us wrong; there’s a reason why Mercedes-Benz are one of the most recognisable car brands on the planet, and to their credit, they create sleek and easy on the eye vehicles year after year consequently.

Remember, beauty is only skin deep, so when it comes to your Mercedes, be prepared to encounter issues under the bonnet, just as much as you could with any other car brand. 

A simple relaxing cruise around the countryside can suddenly turn into a nightmare situation and a costly one at that. It is possible that the issues encountered were caused whilst out on the road; however, it is also possible that the issues could have been there for a while and you just hadn’t realised. 

Unfortunately, this situation occurs far more often than it should do when it comes to many car brands, including Mercedes-Benz. 

After some time with his Mercedes-Benz CLS 320, our customer, Mr Cope, had noticed an issue. You would have thought after consulting several garages that the issue would have been fixed, right? Well, yes, you would expect so. After visiting two separate garages without success, Mr Cope made the wise decision to bring his Mercedes to us.

Diagnosing the problem

As Mercedes experts, our team here at Fitch Autos received the car and ran various tests, finally finding the issues causing pain to Mr Cope and his Mercedes. 

Unfortunately for the customer, the vehicle had several faults. 

What would you do in this situation? 

Sure, you may be concerned, but ultimately you’ll be relieved that your pride and joy is in the hands of our knowledgeable mechanics. It’s always worth reminding yourself that when hearing that your car has a number of issues, that it’s only temporary – you’ll be back on the road in no time when you bring your car to Fitch Autos.

After several cups of tea, biscuits, and a trip to the shop to replenish the empty tea bag jar, we fixed the issues, and Mr Cope was away, driving and loving life! 

Well, not quite that straightforward…

Let’s rewind a little and take a look at the issues that were diagnosed with the vehicle,

The problems that were diagnosed are as follows: 

  • Mercedes Fault Code P2626 – Soot Content of DPF too high
  • Mercedes Fault Code P2530 – Inlet port shutoff motor short to ground
  • Mercedes Fault Code P2527 – EGR positioner short to ground
  • Mercedes Fault Code P2514 – Vent line heater short to ground
  • Mercedes Fault Code P2526 – Charge pressure positioner short to ground
  • Mercedes Fault Code P2376 – Throttle valve actuator – voltage low

It is important to remember that knowing the fault code is simple; the art of diagnosing the issue and fixing it is to take the information and run the appropriate tests to pinpoint the root of the problem.

Let’s fix the problem!

Our technicians wasted no time in consulting the wiring diagram to find the components fused from the same fuse, which were then replaced, rectifying some of the fault codes affecting the vehicle. The remaining fault codes were solved by inspecting the turbocharger and discovered signs of impact to the impeller and oil leaking onto the actuator. 

The customer’s Mercedes-Benz CLS 320 was up the creek but at least we now had a paddle and directions!

After replacing the turbocharger, repairing the swirl flap and replacement rod, the swirl flap actuator and one fuse, the job was almost complete. 

You could actually see the smile slowly rise on Mr Cope’s face; well, you could have if he wasn’t at home waiting patiently as we were working tirelessly to fix the vehicle. But you know, he was definitely smiling; take our word for it. 

Did we stop there? No.
