Vl nik, должен быть на гарантии. Ничего не меняется. Через раз ошибка появляется, чаще после прогрузки логотипа HP белый экран без надписей. 0

КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ СТАРТКОПИ
Принтеры, копировальные аппараты, МФУ, факсы и другая офисная техника:
вопросы ремонта, обслуживания, заправки, выбора

Собственно вот. В трабле/репейре описания ошибки нет. Всё, что удалось найти на просторах — это «Printer does not complete startup sequence.» После включения — лого, затем белый экран и сообщение об ошибке. При этом энжин тест работает. Ни по усб, ни по сети не видится. В момент начала загрузки в диспетчере на мгновение появляются 2 устройства: HP LaserJet Pro M404-M405 (MTP NULL) и HP Printer(BDI). Штатный обновлятор принтер не видит. HP_LaserJet_Pro_M404_M405_Series_FW_002.2118A.dmg помещенный на усб флешку — тоже безрезультатно. H27U2G8F2DTR на колодку? И если да, то что в неё лить?

Аппарат перепилен? Ну или чип на колодке припаян?

Нет, оригинальный картридж.

Вкл с зажатыми кнопками? Бесполезно, дальше лого ничего. Либо просто черный экран.

Вредный (0): .dmg это эпловский формат, как exe в винде. Прошивка должна быть с расширением ful2 (типа HP_LaserJet_Pro_M304_M305_M404_M405_series_FW_002_2208A.ful2 или mogami_dist_002.2118A_nonassert_appsigned_lbi_rootfs_secure_signed.ful2)

Попробовал mogami_dist_002.2208A_nonassert_appsigned_lbi_rootfs_secure_signed.ful2 в усб флеш — бесполезно.

kgbeast (5): это эпловский формат С яблоками дел не имею. Совсем.
Отложил пока в сторонку, ждем донора.

да с usb разъёма дорожка прямо на этот резистор идет по 5в.

The printer will not go into «Ready» when powered on, the lights all keep blinking. I have tried every solution I have found online and it still doesn’t boot up. I got error code 0XB30581B9 periodically, which went away when I unplugged the power cable from the printer and restarted it that way

How do I fix this? It worked, then I set it up to my wifi, and then it stopped being able to boot up after being stuck in «detecting page size» for the test print

There have been a couple of other posts like this in the past but none of them show a resolution and that error code does not show up in the troubleshooting documentation. If your device is under warranty I suggest you immediately contact technical support to obtain warranty service. On other models, errors like this usually indicate a problem with the main board.

Что означает код ошибки лазерного принтера HP: как расшифровать код и исправить проблему

Спустя какое-то время любая оргтехника начинает сбоить во время работы. Это также касается лазерных принтеров и МФУ Hawlett-Packard (HP). К счастью, данные устройства оснащены средством самодиагностики, которое информирует потребителя о возникшей проблеме. Вывод информации может осуществляться различными способами: специфическим миганием светодиодных индикаторов, появлением специальных кодов на сегментном дисплее, отображением информационных сообщений с кодом и описанием ошибки, а также вывод кода ошибки на персональный компьютер. В этой статье мы представим самые популярные коды ошибок лазерных принтеров HP с их расшифровкой и рекомендациями по устранению.

Коды ошибок лазерных принтеров и МФУ HP

Первое, что нужно знать, так это то, что ошибки работы оргтехники делятся на несколько видов. Есть коды ошибок обычного информационного характера, которые просто показывают потребителю, что в данный момент делает печатающее устройство. Например, 00 READY ON LINE с кодом 10001 указывает лишь на то, что печатающее устройство готово к работе. В свою очередь, предупреждающие или сервисные коды ошибок HP, как правило, информируют о скором окончании онера, либо о том, что пора заменить какой-либо расходник. Страшнее всего, когда на дисплее принтера HP, появляется код критической ошибки. Возникновение подобного сообщения, обычно указывает на серьезную проблему с печатающим устройством (к примеру, поломка механизма протяжки бумаги, привода или блока лазера).

Быстрее всего узнать о возникшей проблеме можно по светодиодным индикаторам. В зависимости от их состояния можно приблизительно определить, что произошло с печатающим аппаратом. В частности, речь идет о следующем (пример взят из официального мануала HP LaserJet Pro M1132, M12a, M12w, P1102, P1102s, P1102w, P1106, P1108, P1109 и P1109w):

• Постоянно мигает индикатор Wi-Fi (беспроводной связи или локальной сети). Указывает на то, что принтер не может подключиться к сети. Нужно перенастроить параметры подключения, либо заменить модуль Wi-Fi.
• Постоянно мигает светодиод индикатора ошибки. Таким образом, устройство предупреждает о проблеме с тонер-картриджем. Также может указывать на то, что открыта верхняя крышка или на образования замятия бумаги/постороннего предмета.
• Постоянно горят два индикатора (обычно, это светодиод готовности и ошибки). Указывает на возникновение критической ошибки. Лучше всего не искать причину, а сразу обратиться в сервисный центр.

Кроме того, если после нажатия кнопки включения, ни один светодиод не загорается и принтер также не осуществляет пуск, то, скорее всего, возникли проблемы с блоком питания печатающего устройства. Далее представим таблицы с самыми популярными кодами ошибок принтеров HP.

На практике, вместо [X] и [Y] в коде будет указанно уникальное цифровое значение, соответствующее той или иной ошибке.

An extensive HP printer Error Code list!

Regardless of the model of HP printer or computer you own, you’ll find an easy step-by-step on how to fix each of the errors below. A lot of the error codes have the same troubleshooting behind them in order to get the printer or device working, so we’ve bunched those up together to lessen confusion and get you back to printing. So, let’s get to the bad guys keeping your papers hostage and your screen blue.

HP Error Code 49, also known as HP Error Code 49.4 c02

Let’s start with a common one, but a pesky nonetheless. The HP printer error code 49.4c02 will usually stick your printer in a loop, telling you to turn it off then on but keep reappearing. How to fix it? In a typical scenario, this pops up as an HP OfficeJet 4630 error code because something is messed up in your printer queue and you should clear it. If you’re worried about losing printing jobs, you can save them before you clear the queue, Regardless, this should fix the HP printer error code 49.4 c02 most of the time.

If it doesn’t, that means your printer needs a firmware upgrade, so you’ll have to go to the HP downloads section and get the latest firmware for your HP printer model, then restart the printer. If you’re still getting the HP error code 49.4c02 after this, one of the many hardware parts inside the printer has malfunctioned and needs to be replaced. (or the printer itself, if you prefer)

HP Smart Test Error Code 303

This is one nasty error to get. Why? Because, while some errors have a straightforward fix and are usually related to the printer, the 303 HP error code means that your hard drive is failing in some way. So, the good news is that the 303 is not a printer issue, but rather an issue with your computer’s hard drive. The bad news is that you’ll have to replace that hard drive, so we suggest you back up all the data on it as quickly as possible before it malfunctions even harder, and then get a new one.

HP Recovery Manager Failed Error Code FFFFFF 15, also known as HP Error Code 0xe0ef0003

You’ve backed up your files through the HP Recovery Manager and are now getting the FFFFFF 15 error. That means one of two things: either your hard drive doesn’t have enough space to recover the backed-up files or there is an issue with the hard disk on your computer.

First, try clearing up a few gigabytes of space on your hard drive in safe mode, restart the computer and see if you’re still getting the error. If you are, run Command Prompt, type Chkdsk /f, press Enter and restart the computer. This will do a sweep that will verify the integrity of your drive.

If this still didn’t help, it means a mismatch occurred when you were changing your operating systems between Windows 7/8/10. Here, you are pretty much in no man’s land and the old Recovery is most likely useless. Some call this the HP Envy Error Code: the user wasn’t satisfied with the manufacturer’s operating system and thought they could do with an upgrade (or downgrade).

More often than not, however, this error translates to a failing or malfunctioning hard drive.

HP Error Code 0x83c0000a, also known as HP Error Code oxc4eb827f

The same error code can also come as HP Printer Error Code 0x83c0000a, HP OfficeJet 4630 Error Code oxc4eb827f, HP Envy 4500 Error Code oxc4eb827f and HP Envy 4500 Error Code 0x83c0000a nos_loader_app. Yep. Lot of aliases for this bad guy.

This is a very general error that has various general fixes that may or may not work for you, although you should try each of them. Like we said in the title, while this can be an HP Envy 4500 Error Code 0x83c0000a, it just as often happens on different models of HP machines. The first thing you should do is turn off the printer, unplug the power cable and wait 60 seconds before plugging the cable back in and turning the printer on. If the HP Error Code ox83c0000a nos_loader_app persists, you can try unplugging and reconnecting the router, and if it still persists, you can try realigning the ink cartridge as the printer is turning on, or otherwise check that the cartridge is properly placed if you haven’t done so already. Usually, you get these when something went wrong with the initial printer setup.

If none of these solutions worked, the printer almost certainly malfunctioned and is in need of repairs or replacement.

HP Printer Error Code 79

You’ve switched from ink to laser because it seemed more modern, but sheesh, the errors are still coming. The HP Printer Error Code 79 is exclusive to laser printers and is very easy to solve. It’s nearly always caused by one of two things: a print job being corrupted or the firmware being updated.

So you don’t lose your print job, we recommend updating the printer’s firmware to the latest version, then restarting both the computer and the printer. In our experience, this has most often been an HP P2015 error code. If you’re still getting the error, you’ll have to clear your print queue as it’s difficult to tell which of the print jobs in it is corrupted.

HP Printer Error Code 30

Usually, this error code will tell you that the printer isn’t activated even if it’s connected to both the wall plug and the computer. The issue is straightforward: there is a problem with your drivers, and it’s best to do a clean sweep even if you already have them installed. If only all of the entries on our HP printer Error Code list were this easy to solve.

Go to your Control Panel and find your printer, then uninstall it. Then, find any HP drivers on the computer you might have and remove them as well. Disconnect the printer from the computer and connect it again, then go to HP’s official web page, find your printer model and download the full driver suite for it.

HP Error Code 0xc19a0003, also known as HP Error Code 0xc19a0013 and HP Error Code 0x61011bed

This one is a straightforward ink cartridge issue. The first step to do to try and fix the HP Printer Error Code 0xc19a0013 is to turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall cartridge and turn it back on. This will cause the printer to realign the cartridges.

If the HP printer Error Code 0xc19a0003 still persists, you might have installed the ink cartridge incorrectly and should check your HP printer manual in order to see you got that part right. Maybe getting HP Instant Ink could be a solution. If the cartridge is aligned properly, that means it’s either low on ink (which you can verify through your computer on either Windows or Mac) or the cartridge is damaged or faulty. Since this is purely an HP printer Error Code, we suggest you check our guide on why remanufactured HP Ink Cartridges can sometimes cause this.

There is a slight chance that updating your drivers might help in case they’re outdated, but don’t hold your breath. And, as a last resort, you can try cleaning or replacing the InkJet’s printhead, as it’s possible that an overly-dirty printer head can cause this issue. These errors also tend to pop up when the printheads are failing or broken down.

HP Printer Error Code 0x6100004a

Depending on your fortune, this is either caused by a paper jam, an ink cartridge, or a printer failure. Isn’t our HP printer Error Code list PDF mysterious? To keep things on the bright side, first, try removing all of the papers from the printer and then inserting a new one to see if you’re still getting the error. If you are, turn off the printer, remove the ink cartridges, turn it back on and perform a hard reset, then insert the cartridges and do a test print. While you’re there, check the HP ink cartridge to make sure it didn’t break down.

If you’re still getting the error, you can try all of the general solutions mentioned in our troubleshooting your HP printer section. If none of them help, there is a hardware malfunction going on. If the cartridges look okay, our first guess would be that the HP drum unit is failing you.

HP Error Code biohd-8, also known as HP Error Code biohd-2

The biohd-8 is a hardware failure issue, similar to the HP Smart Test Error Code 303. The reason we haven’t grouped this up with that one is that, while most cases of an HP Error Code biohd 8 mean that the hard drive is failing, certain users have also reported this to be a motherboard issue. Therefore, if you’re getting this error, it could either be the hard drive or the motherboard, as opposed to the HDD-specific 303. You can verify whether the HDD is failing through various diagnostic tests, like the one available in the system BIOS.

Whichever it is, you’ll want your data backed up on another drive as quickly as possible before either sending the computer for repairs or getting a replacement part yourself.

HP Error Code 601

The 601 is an issue with the battery on your HP laptop. Use the HP Battery Check tool to figure out what’s going on. It will either tell you that it’s functioning correctly but needs to be calibrated, or confirm that it’s failing and you need a replacement.

Before sending the battery or the laptop off, however, try uninstalling the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and delete the driver when it asks you to do so. Restart the computer and you will be asked to reinstall the laptop’s battery. If you’re still getting the error, it’s probably time for a replacement.

HP Error Code 3f0

This is another one of those general errors that are tough to figure out and are not related to the printer, but rather the computer. This ain’t no HP DesignJet error code: you aren’t being allowed to turn on the computer! Whenever you try to boot it, you get the nasty 3f0.

There is some good news here: it’s almost always related to your HP computer’s hard drive, so you’ll know what to look for.

The first thing you want to do is enter BIOS as the computer is booting and ensure that your hard drive is set as the primary booting device. If that doesn’t do it, you might want to reset all the BIOS settings to default. In general, the HP 3f0 error code error means that your hard drive can’t be found by the computer, so you could check that it’s properly connected manually (unless doing so will void your warranty). If you’re still getting the 3f0 after all this, it means you need a new hard drive.

HP Error Code 0xc0000225, also known as HP Error Code 0xc0000034 and HP Error Code 0xc000000f

This is a less common error that prevents your PC from loading up and tells you that it needs to be repaired. Don’t panic, though, as the repairing is usually done on the software instead of the hardware side. That’s right. Finally, something else other than an HP hard drive error code.

Depending on the Windows version you have, download the appropriate Windows repair tool and create a bootable USB drive with it on another computer. Turn off the computer that’s giving you the 0xc0000225 error, insert the USB drive and plug it back on, then enter BIOS as it’s loading and choose the USB drive as your primary booting device.

After the repairing process is done, you’ll need to reset the primary booting device in the BIOS back to your Windows hard drive. You can also create a bootable repair tool with a DVD and use the DVD drive as the primary bootable device for the repairing process, but really, who’s using DVDs nowadays?

HP Error Code 0xc000021a, also known as HP Error Code 0xc0000185

The 0xc000021a is similar to the error above, but not exactly the same. It’s generally indicative of a Windows issue, be it corruption or something else. Just to make sure, once you’ve been stuck with the 0xc000021a error, restart the PC and quickly tap the ESC button to go to an HP Startup Menu that offers a Diagnostics Tool. Use it to verify that all of the hardware is working. If it’s not, it’s repairs time.

If it is, reboot the computer and hit the ESC button again. Depending on how diligent you were before, you will either have the option to perform a recovery through HP’s Recovery Manager tool or Windows’ own System Restore. If you don’t have either recovery, you will have to boot the PC with the Windows installation media to try and fix the damage. If it can’t be fixed, it’s time for a fresh Windows install.

HP Error Code 0xc00000e9

Again similar to the above, but not exactly the same. This tends to happen due to an improperly removed flash drive or a poorly installed Windows update, especially when upgrading your Windows version. This means you’ll have to turn to Windows Recovery or the HP Management Tool again. We recommend the first option if possible, as Windows tends to create a Recovery Point before every update.

HP Printer Not Activated Error Code 30 Solution

The reason behind the 30 error is an issue with your printer’s drivers, in the sense that the printer needs to be updated. This issue can appear suddenly due to some registry issues. Fortunately, the solution to this error is quite simple.

To resolve this problem turn your printer off and then on again. On your Windows computer, go into the Device Manager section within your Control Panel and locate the printer on the list of hardware that appears. On Windows 10 and 11 you can simply type in “Device Manager” after opening the Start menu. Inside, locate the “Print queues” and expand it, as this is where all of your printers will be located. Select the printer you are having issues with, right-click on it and then click on Update Driver. On the following window select “Search automatically for drivers”, as this will allow your system to look for the latest driver online.

HP Printer Error Code 41 Solution

The HP Error 41 indicates that there are stuck print jobs in the print queue. This is a rather common error with a fairly simple solution.

To fix this issue you will need to restart the Print Spooler service within your Windows’ active processes. To do this, click on your Start menu and type in Services. In the next window locate the Print Spooler service. You can easily do this by simply starting to type “Print Spooler” and you will see it highlighted. Right-click on the service and click on Stop, then right-click on it once again and click on Start. With this, you have effectively restarted your Print Spooler service, which is a common solution where your printer seems to be misbehaving. Restart your computer for a good measure and you should now have a working printer.

HP Printer Error Code 49 Solution

Also appears as 49.WX.YZ

Error 49 appears on HP printers that are having firmware issues; more precisely, the printer is unable to perform the task you requested, mostly because of software issues. This error as per design is not as common, since the firmware is always tested thoroughly across a wide range of devices before release. It is a common occurrence when using third-party plugins and other software not designed by HP, indicating incompatibility with the printer.

In order to resolve the 49 service error on an HP printer, it is first necessary to power cycle the device. This means that you need to turn your printer off and unplug the power cable from the printer. Let it sit like that for at least a minute and only then plug the power cable back in and power it on.

If the error is still there, you are dealing with a persistent error that requires a bit more of your effort to resolve. First, make sure that your printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet rather than into a surge protector. Also, check the data cable as it needs to be firmly connected. Reset your printer several times and check if the error still persists. If it does, you will most likely need to install the latest firmware which can be found on HP’s website. Fortunately, HP has made this process easy with its FutureSmart program. Simply find your printer model, locate the latest firmware and install it by following the on-site instructions.

HP Printer Error Code 49.4 Solution

Also manifests as 49.4C02

The 49.4 C02 Service Error is a common error on HP printers, indicating that there is an issue with an ongoing print job.

In order to resolve this problem, it is necessary to clear the printer’s queue. This is done by turning the printer off and unplugging both the power cord as well as the data cable. Let your printer stay in that state for at least a minute, which is enough time to clear the queue. After about a minute, plug the power and data cable back into the printer and try printing again.

If the issue persists your printer might need a firmware upgrade. Fortunately, HP’s FutureSmart program has made this easy. Follow the on-site instructions for your printer model to upgrade its firmware successfully.

HP Printer Error Code 50.2 Solution

Can also appear as 50.4, 50.5, 50.6, 50.7

The HP 50.2 fuser error appears when there is an apparent problem with the fuser and its inability to warm up fast enough. This is indeed one of the most common errors plaguing HP printers.

To solve this problem you will need to deal with the fuse itself, which is fortunately not a complex procedure. Fuses are consumables and there are many places online where you can source the part you need. The fuse replacement procedure is normally performed two to three times during the lifetime of the printer.

Start by turning your printer off and unplugging both the power and data cables from it. Check the manual for your device specifically to locate the position of the fuser. Remove it from its mount and put it back in. Check if the printer shows the 50.2 error still.

If you are still experiencing the issue, you will need to replace the fuser unit. Feel free to browse for your HP printer model’s fuser unit and purchase it. The replacement is done in the same way as reseating the old unit.

HP Printer Error Code 79 Solution

The HP 79 service error is a fairly benign problem, indicating a temporary issue either with the printer’s DIMM (Dual Inline Memory Module) or its firmware.

In order to solve this simple problem, it is necessary to simply turn the printer off, unplug all of the cables, including the data cable, and let it sit like that for at least a minute. Once this time has passed you can plug all of the cables back into the printer and test to see if the error has dispersed.

If the above solution did not work, you will need to try firmware reinstallation and/or DIMM replacement.

HP Printer Error Code 0x00829C98 Solution

Can also appear as ERROR CODE 0X00829C98 HW WATCHDOG C on your printer’s display.

The first plausible step in resolving the HP error code 0x00829C98 is to perform a hard reset of your printer. Turn your printer on and wait for it to finish any tasks in the queue. It should be idle for at least a minute. In this scenario, while your printer is still ON, unplug the power cord from the back of your printer and wait for a while.
