недавно столкнулся с такой штукой — при исходящем звонке выдает Call failed, и звонок сбрасывается — ничего не происходит.

Пользуюсь iphone 4g 04.10.02, 4.3.3, gevey sim бутерброд для работы с сетями — едж работает отлично, входящие звонки, смс — иногда приходят, аналогично но чаще с исходящими.

Почитал в сети — говорят эта проблема не гевея, а сетей и самого аппарата. Подскажите кто сталкивался, как решили?

У меня друг сталкивался с такой ситуацией, но у него 3 айфон. Говорил, что вычитал на американском форуме, что надо менять симку. Он так и сделал, после проблем не было.

Также, теоретически возможно, что проблемы с контактами для SIM-карты, а не с самой сим-картой.

Решил посмотреть сам буржуйские форумы. во многих местах пишут один и тот же алгоритм:

Шаг1. отключить 3G в настройках
Шаг2. Наслаждаться работающим телефоном. Если не помогло, движемся далее.
Шаг3. Идем в Settings > General > Date and Time. Там убираем галочку рядом с «Set Automatically», а после ставим вручную город, в котором находитесь.
Шаг4. Перезагружаемся. Если не помогло, движемся далее.
Шаг5. Идем в Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID и ставим в положение «Включено»
Шаг6. Наслаждаемся рабочим телефоном. Если не помогло, движемся далее.
Шаг7. Отключаем “Call Forwarding”, “Call Waiting”
Шаг8. С большой вероятностью после этих операций все должно работать.

Попробуйте это.

Смените временно терминал на заведомо рабочий. Если проблема сохраняется, то обратитесь к оператору. Если быть достаточно настойчивым, то переведут на вторую линию техподдержки, там скорее всего помогут.

You may just need to try some troubleshooting:

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings on your device

Note, incoming calls are normally the last to port over.

Previous accounts must be Active to be successful.

Outgoing calls from PC fail immediately with response «Call Failed»

Outgoing calls worked until 19 Feb 20

I am using Chrome on Win 10

I previously had this problem reported on 14 Feb. Resolved on 17 feb by reactivating opus codec.

last used successfully on 19 Feb

Please check if SIP ALG is enabled on the routers firewall.

I have reported the issue and await for it to be resolved. And before I even finished, it has been resolved. There was roll back done on the system and we needed to remove OPUS from your account and re-add it again

1. As the prompt message indicated that»Bill pool exceeds the threshold of the bill pool», so we suspect that U1960 gateway bill pool is full, use command show billpool state, 
It’s list the pool used 435000, out of the pool alarm threshold, [%eSpace U1960(config)]#show billpool state

Bill Server Pool State:

     Pool Used             :435000
     Pool Max              :480000
     Pool Alarm            :432000
     Bill Full Alarm State :NOT FULL

2. Use command show billserver state, and found U1960 lost connection with billserver.

3. Take out the conculsion : The outgoing call failed caused by U19 lost connection to billserver, and bill could not export to billserver normally, All the bill stored in U19 flash, and it’s exceed the bill pool threshold, and outcall will be failed
4. Use command config creatbill switch off,  stop U19 generate new bill , and outgoing call restored. [%eSpace U1960(config)]#config createbill switch off

5. Ping billser IP from U19, the network connection is well

6. Restart Bill server service from BMU server, but the billserver still disconnect with U19.

7. Suspect BMU windows default Firewall block the port for U19 connection, the billserver service port is TCP 2020.

8. Add new FW resule at BMU server side, open TCP 2020 port , U19 connect back to billserver, and export the bill from U19 manually, few seconds, U19 bill pool deleted the bill wihich exported to billserver automatically.

Tempory solution: stop U19 generate new bill.

Hello, sorry for the delay reply, I was quite busy last days.

I’m using the official last Linphone version from App Store, and here is my test result:
Step 1, initialize an outgoing call

Step2, fail with 408 request timeout, you can see the unread mark on call log tab, it wasn’t there before

Step3, check the call log you can see the log is mark as missed (the latest item)
