Зерна не перемалываются и/или из аппарата идет только вода
Причина
Воронка для кофе забита молотым кофе.
Что делать?
Вытащите варочную группу. Возьмите чайную ложку и ее ручкой при помощи аккуратных круговых движений очистите воронку.
У моделей кофемашин Saeco со съемным контейнером для зерен нередко кофейные зерна застревают между двумя частями контейнера. Его необходимо вытащить, разобрать и удалить эти кофейные зерна.
Из кофемашины поступает лишь пару капель кофе
Причина
- Мусор и кофейные наслоения в варочном блоке;
- Забит носик подачи кофе;
- Засорен фильтр воды или он неправильно установлен.
Что делать?
Необходимо очистить носик при помощи обычной иголки, затем промыть варочный блок проточной водой и после того, как он просохнет, смазать все его движущиеся элементы.
Также потребуется извлечь фильтр из бункера для воды и приготовить кофе без него. Если все в порядке, то причина неисправности — засорившийся фильтр. Нужно заменить фильтр воды. Не помешает провести декальцинацию с использованием специальных таблеток для чистки кофемашины Saeco.
Под кофемашиной собирается вода
Причина
Переполнен поддон с водой.
Что делать?
Не забывайте опустошать поддон для капель, так как из него вода попадает под аппарат.
Кофемашина сама напомнит вам об этом, когда появится индикатор заполнения поддона.
Молочный кувшин не взбивает пену
Причина
- Засорились трубки капучинатора;
- Некорректно установлена трубка подачи молока к механизму взбивания пенки;
- Используется неподходящее молоко.
Что делать?
Для начала убедитесь, что носик полностью открыт и правильно подсоединена трубка подачи молока к механизму взбивания пенки.
Если поломка не устранена, разберите молочный кувшин и промойте его каждую деталь под струей теплой воды.
Старайтесь использовать полуобезжиренное и цельное коровье молоке, а также соевое и безлактозное молоко.
Высветился код ошибки «E01»
Причина
Засорена приемная воронка для кофе.
Что делать?
Выньте заварочное устройство и очистите воронку молотого кофе. При ее отсутствии необходимо вставить ручку ложку в трубку снизу.
Высветился код ошибки «E03»
Причина
- Засорен варочный механизм;
- Отсутствие смазки варочного блока.
Что делать?
Тщательно промойте варочный блок, дайте ему высохнуть и нанесите пищевую смазку в соответствии с указаниями из инструкции.
Высветился код ошибки «E04»
Причина
- Засорен варочный блок;
- Заварочный блок некорректно установлен.
Что делать?
Промойте и смажьте заварочное устройство. Заново установите его, убедившись в характерном щелчке фиксатора.0
Высветился код ошибки «E05/E14»
Причина
- Различные неисправности и ошибки;
- Перегрев аппарата.
Что делать?
Отключите кофемашину и дайте ей отдохнуть в течение 1 часа.

Причина
- Заблокирован варочный блок;
- Засорена воронка для кофе.
Что делать?
Очистите варочную группу и смажьте ее движущиеся механические детали.
Затем очистите воронку для кофе в той последовательности, как это было описано выше.
Не извлекается варочная группа
Причина
Заварочный блок находится в неправильном положении.
Что делать?
- Отключите аппарат и дождитесь его полного отключения (до 30 секунд).
- Включите аппарат, подождите 30 секунд и извлеките контейнер для кофейной гущи и поддон для капель.
- Еще раз попробуйте вытащить варочный блок.
