Если датчик исправный, но обороты холостого хода не дают спокойно жить, то либо ищем нормального мастера (если самому лень или не страшно отдавать ремонтировать в чужие руки), либо читаем умную книжку по настройке этого датчика, и делаем всё так, как написано в этой книжке.
