- Ошибка возникает при обновлении Android, необходимо попробовать откатиться обратно на старую версию Android и попробовать ещё раз. Если у вас получены root права, сделайте unroot, то есть лишите устройство root прав. После этого попробуйте опять обновиться;
- Если вариант первый не помог, сделайте сброс к заводским настройкам, это быстрое решение практически любой проблемы на Android.
Если ошибка не прошла рекомендую отнести смартфон в авторизованный сервис и заставить их решить вашу проблему, им за это деньги платят.

Same issue, could not update, at least via OTA.
LG is detecting that the phone was tampered with & will no longer be updated via OTA. I believe there is a method to restore your device to its out of the box state & be able to update via OTA, look around in the G3 All Things Root section or XDA-DEVELOPERS.
Until then,more than likely, you’ll have to use the LG Update Tool/PC Suite for the G3.

I cannot get my LG G2 to update OTA. It was rooted using IO root and I never did the hotspot hack. Is there any other issue that might be causing this problem?
Well, this is the reason why you are not getting the OTA update because you are rooted the vendor is not allowing your device to update I would say first unroot your device and then try updating over the OTA.

Honestly, this is the best way… this will wipe your device clean, back to out of box stock.

Try using LG PC Suite. I had the same problem. I then connected the G2 to my pc and PC Suite told me a new update was available. The update went without any errors, but the G2 is now unrooted, but that is, I suppose, to be expected. You will have to re-root Your device. I hav’nt done this yet, so I can’t tell if it will succeed.Henrik

I couldn’t upgrade my LG G2 mini 4.4.2 rooted to 5.0.2.
Although I unrooted the phone I still get error 0x1111004. With LG PC Suit it takes about 1 hour and now am I happy with my lollipop.

How to get rid of Err 0x1111004 on D800 OTA manual update
Those who are stucked at OTA manual lollipop update for D800 (for those who tried http://ift.tt/1DrcJiy and failed on the update screen (err 0x1111004) — credits to @Zero4 )
First you have to go back to D80020C and then to D80020Y and then to the lollipop
I made a silly mistake by not flashing D800Y and going straight from D80020C to lollipop. This way the OTA lollipop will work without err 1111004

Hi, I present you my latest work: CIKA aka Carliv Image Kitchen for Android . So, what is this? It’s a utility (tool) for unpacking and repacking boot and recovery images for many kind of android phones. I made two versions, one for windows users and one for linux users. The windows version works by dragging&dropping over the script you want to use, while the linux version will work with terminal commans (very simple commands though). What’s inside? For windows version the scripts are batch files and for linux bash files , but the names are the same and they do same thing: clear_all will clear the working folder deleting any unpacked boot/recovery folder, but not the boot or recovery files (original or repacked). image_info will print on screen all informations about the image you want to check (sizes, offsets, cmdline, etc.) and all these infos will be saved in a text file (which will be deleted when you clear the folder — see point 1).
