Сегодня утром при минусовой температуре, запустился ДВС и загорелся чек. Машина ехала нормально. Посмотрел ошибки сканером — показало P059F. Вроде как, ошибка регулируемой шторки перед радиатором.. Открыл капот, подергал провода… Сбросил ошибку.. Все стало нормально..
Думаю, не могло там что то примерзнуть? Вечером было очень мокро.. вода из луж в разные стороны летела.. а ночью мороз градусов 10 (утром было -3).

Да. Жалюзи бывает подмерзают если попадает всякое на них.

Утром опять -3 и опять то же самое… Видно нужно туда лезть смотреть разъемы… Где этот разъем?? Может кто знает??

Чудеса… Днем стало тепло +10. Сбросил ошибку. Прогрел принудительно двигатель (открыл капот) до 80-90 градусов, потом поехал на удержании, чтобы двигатель включался.. и ни чего .. все работает.. ошибка не появляется…

Залез снизу на яме… проверил разъемы.. продул все воздухом из компрессора …Утром мороз -3..4.. все нормально.. Видно действительно где то подмерзала попавшая вода.. Защиты нет все летит туда.. Собираюсь днями ставить защиту.

Подскажи тоже выскочила ошибка! Какие разъёмы надо продуть? И как проверить шторка работает вообще??

Выглядит эта штука вот так:

Стоит впереди всех радиаторов, если просунуть руку в щель под бампером, можно определить положение шторок.. по идее, должна открываться, когда работает ДВС…
по середине у нее привод, снизу с ямы, я туда компрессором и дул
В теплом гараже проблема уходила сама, до следующей езды по лужам и резком похолодании. Ошибка сбрасывается простым сканером ELM.
После того, как поставил защиту картера, проблема ушла…

Какой у нее алгоритм работы, точно не скажу. Сделано для уменьшения лобового сопротивления. Когда надо, что то охлаждать, она открывается.
Если есть возможность, просуши машину в теплом гараже. Не поможет… тогда снимать и чистить смазывать, но это, наверное, надо снимать бампер..
А вообще, защиту картера надо ставить обязательно.. там много чего грязью и водой забрызгивается.. можно получить проблемы…

Cause
The cause of the condition may be road debris like small stones, or ice, may collect at the bottom of the front bumper lower shutter assembly and can prevent the louver from fully closing, causing the DTC’s to set.
Correction
Remove the front bumper lower shutter and complete the Lower Shutter Louver Modification Procedure below, to remove the lowest row of louvers from the shutter.
