Я не уверен, решили ли Вы это, но я столкнулся с теми же проблемами сегодня. Я пытался скопировать музыку в телефонную SD-карту своего Android, и я получил эту ошибку, когда имя файла песни, не тег, имело ‘недопустимые’ символы в нем. Я удалил апостроф и файл, скопированный. 05 До свидания 70’s.flac изменяются на 05 До свидания 70s.flac

Согласитесь с Geoffrey. Я врезался в ту же проблему с именем файла. Для меня ‘запрещенный символ был двоеточием ‘:’ символ. Именем файла, которое вызвало проблему, был ‘Диск 1 — 11 — Наркотический Комплект: 3 Kilos.ogg‘, переименовывая файл к ‘Диску 1 — 11 — Наркотический Комплект 3, Kilos.ogg‘ гарантировал, что файл мог быть скопирован.

Я использовал приложение ‘Файлов’, чтобы переименовать файл, щелкнуть правой кнопкой по имени файла и выбрать ‘переименовать’ опцию.

Thanks so much for all the feedback.

After rebooting mint i noticed there were no errors by connecting the phone but neither was it connected. I had a look at syslog and this is what was written:

I tried to solve the problem from the other end. I noticed that there’s an app called usb mass storage enabler for some samsung and sony phones. This worked but only mounted the removable sd card. I also found another app called airdroid but it seems a very restrictive program with transfer quotas and so forth.

Finally solved the problem thanks to the forums advice. My phone is samsung gt i9003 running a cynogenmod rom. I found that when plugging in the phone a small usb icon appears at the top of the phones screen, this allows the user to toggle between mtp, ptp and mass storage. After that the user needs to press turn on usb storage in a separate menu screen (on the phone).

By the way I’m sure that mtp worked flawlessly in Linux Mint Standard, hence the questions.

Fedora 17, GNOME 3, libmtp 1.1.5, kernel 3.6.6.
Galaxy Nexus, проявляется и на стоковой прошивке, и на CM10, USB Debug дела не меняет.
Подключаю как MTP Device — в системе определяется, выбираю его в наутилусе, но список директорий появляется только секунд через 10. Просматривать/копировать/удалять файлы не получается, наутилус вываливает ошибки вроде:
1. Error creating directory: -1: Unspecified error
2. Error getting file: -6: Not Supported

Однако удается создать пустой текстовый файл, изменить и сохранить его содержимое. Также удалось переместить и заменить один файл другим в пределах памяти телефона.
dmesg ничего интересного не выдает.

2) Attempt to copy some content to the root of the MTP folder

EXPECTED RESULT:
