При сбое во время печати или неисправности аппарата на экран выводится код
неисправности. Если на экране отображается код неисправности, которого нет в
таблице ниже, или неисправность не удается устранить, выполнив указанные далее
действия, обратитесь в сервисный центр Xerox. При отображении кода
неисправности сбрасываются все данные печати на аппарате, а также данные в
его встроенной памяти.

Устранение неисправностей
В лазерных устройствах печать обеспечивается с помощью специального элемента – фьюзера, который еще называют печкой, а также блоком или узлом термозакрепления. При необходимости его легко заменить, и в продаже всегда можно найти разные варианты, например, популярную модель 126k30553 от XEROX, использующуюся в распространенных устройствах этого производителя – compsch.com.
Фьюзер состоит из корпуса, в котором располагаются два валика – верхний и нижний. Верхний выполнен из алюминия и покрыт тефлоном, а внутри находится галогеновая лампа, благодаря которой тонер разогревается и закрепляется на листе бумаге. Нижний валик – прижимной, он вдавливает пигмент в поверхность.
Поломки и ошибки
Блок термозакрепления лазерных устройств XEROX, к сожалению, иногда подвергается поломкам и разнообразным ошибкам. Некоторые из них критичны – тогда элемент следует заменить новым. Но многие неполадки можно устранить, обратившись в сервисный центр или самостоятельно.
Наиболее часто пользователи XEROX встречаются с такими ошибками фьюзера:
- низкая температура или перегрев;
- открыта крышка фьюзера;
- бумага мнется или вообще не выходит;
- появление дефектов при печати.
Причиной низкой температуры (ошибка 10-327) может быть использование некачественных и несовместимых с устройством печек – тогда аппарат не может нагреть их. Но если вы используете оригинальный или качественный совместимый элемент, нужно выполнить сброс ошибки из сервисного режима.
Перегрев при первом включении возникает при отхождении силового предохранителя (его нужно поправить). При частом использовании такая ошибка может выдаваться из-за налипания тонера на термисторе (что решается очисткой), а также из-за неисправности термопредохранителя (тут нужна замена детали).
Если устройство сообщает, что открытка крышка, нужно убедиться, что она закрыта, и если все в порядке – выполнить сброс. Если лист сминается на выходе или застревает – возможны проблемы с термопленкой или верхним валом печки, в таком случае нужно произвести замену дефектного элемента.
При появлении дефектов на отпечатанном изображении (от вертикальных белых полос, белых точек на черном фоне до фонового ореола), нужно убедиться в отсутствии загрязнений валиков и неисправностей блока питания. Если ничего такого нет, возможно, потребуется ремонт или замена фьюзера.
Часто справиться с ошибками помогает сброс. Он заключается в нажатии определенной комбинации кнопок, а их последовательность зависит от вида и модели устройства.
Современные копировальные аппараты Xerox отличаются качество, надежностью и «быстрым» стартом. Также у них существует множество особенностей, которые отличают их от принтеров других производителей. Например, используется тефлоновый вал, а не термопленка.

010-334 Heat roll NC sensor temperature — heat roll thermistor temperature was detected at 90 (NVM) degrees or higher 10 consecutive times or more. Heat roll thermistor temperature – heat roll NC sensor temperature was detected at 70 (NVM) degrees or higher 10 consecutive times or more.
010-335 Fuser NC sensor compensation output AD value was detected below 130 degrees for 10 consecutive times or more. Fuser NC sensor detection output AD value was detected below 150 degrees for 10 consecutive times or more.
Procedure
WARNING: Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Switch off, then switch on the machine, GP 10.
2. Ensure that the fuser is installed correctly.
3. Check the drawer connector between the fuser and the main unit (DP612) for damage.
4. Check the connections and wiring between the heat roll sensor (P/J124) and the drive PWB (P/J416) for an open circuit, short circuit or poor contact.
5. If the fault persists, install new components as necessary:
• Fuser, PL 10.05 Item 2.
• Drive PWB, PL 1.10 Item 4.
• ESS PWB, PL 3.10 Item 6.

таблице ниже, или неисправность не удается устранить, выполнив указанные далее

Пришел Xerox Versalink B405 с кучей ошибок (просил переустановить черный картридж, не пускал в админку, ругался на открытую заднюю крышку). Установил новый блок фотобарабана + новый тонер картридж, отрегулировал лапку концевика задней крышки, сделал factory reset и восстановил доступ к админке. Но печатать так и не захотел, вернее застревает бумага не доходя до фьюзера, с ошибкой 010-105(После включения регистрационной муфты датчик выхода не активируется бумагой в течение указанного времени)
Может кто то сталкивался?

Доброго всем! Всех с предновогодней тяпницей! Такая же ситуация и у меня! Пробег аппарата чуть больше 155к. Поменял всё в печке ,ЗИП СЕТовский. Запустил отпечатал несколько листов нормально и двухсторонних тоже! Потом застрял,вытащил бумагу он отпечатал нормально.И после этого ни в какую! 
Тестируется при включении нормально,входит в готовность! Но при печати лист останавливается в печке,зайдя на 1 см.И получаем 010-105. Датчик выхода рабочий,если его заблокировать аппарат сразу вываливается в эту ошибку. Датчик регистрации тоже рабочий,проверил. Короче я в ступоре! Все флажки работают нормально! Печка останавливается как только лист в неё входит,ролики протяжки крутят и лист собирается перед печкой. Не весь, имеем пару гармошек и конец листа останавливается на флажке регистрации. Мысли кончились!

Уже раз пять разбирал собирал! И заливал всё смазкой аж текло, и на сухо вытирал и собирал, и старую тканевую накладку поставил ( она закрывает полностью планку , а СЕТовская не доходила до края 0,5 мм) ! Собрать по другому там не возможно , не встанет в пазы ничего — попробовал! Всё крутиться вручную отлично!!! Значит буду ждать донора!

Доброго! Ничего такого что там описано! В пятницу уже вечером догнал в чём дело! На холодную (вручную) печь тянет лист, ставишь в аппарат ,тестируется,но при печати сразу получаем остановку в печке! Вытащил печку горячую и стал крутить, лист стоит на месте!!!! Короче , сегодня подложил под пружины прокладки, увеличил растяжение пружин на 3 мм. На обум, меньше не получилось!!! И на те вам всё работает, прогнал уже 120 двухстронних и ни одного замятия!!! Скорее всего у меня брак самой печки ,а именно пружин! Хотя я их снимал/ставил раз 20-ть!!!

Ну не знаю как это называется, выше всё описал! На холодную всё ок, на горячую не крутит термоплёнку! Ничего другого не нашёл как подложить под пружины и всё заработало! Посмотрим сколько отработает!

Ошибка 016-910 на принтерах Xerox Versalink различных модификаций возникает по причине того, что в лотке отсутствует бумага, совместимая с заданными спецификациями печати.
Кастомизация включает следующие возможности:
Таким образом, бумага загруженная в лоток подачи должна соответствовать выбранным настройкам. Если принтер определит несоответствие, ошибка 016-910 появится вновь.
Проблема чтения PDF-файла
Слипшиеся листы
Выньте бумагу из лотка, оставьте в проветриваемом помещении на несколько часов с целью сушки. Затем возьмите стопку с одной стороны и несколько раз потрясите. Обсохнувшие носители верните в лоток, правильно отрегулировав направляющие длины и ширины.

Ничего не помогло…
Немного потыкав, видимо это у меня генетическое… нашел решение.
Заходим в принтеры, жмем на наш ксерокс, управление, далее свойство принтера
Находим вкладку порты, жмем добавить порт, далее, tcp/ip, прописываем адрес, в моем случае 192.168.1.41 — галочку на только что добавленном порте и применяем.

Пришел Xerox Versalink B405 с кучей ошибок (просил переустановить черный картридж, не пускал в админку, ругался на открытую заднюю крышку). Установил новый блок фотобарабана + новый тонер картридж, отрегулировал лапку концевика задней крышки, сделал factory reset и восстановил доступ к админке. Но печатать так и не захотел, вернее застревает бумага не доходя до фьюзера, с ошибкой 010-105(После включения регистрационной муфты датчик выхода не активируется бумагой в течение указанного времени)
Может кто то сталкивался?

Доброго всем! Всех с предновогодней тяпницей! Такая же ситуация и у меня! Пробег аппарата чуть больше 155к. Поменял всё в печке ,ЗИП СЕТовский. Запустил отпечатал несколько листов нормально и двухсторонних тоже! Потом застрял,вытащил бумагу он отпечатал нормально.И после этого ни в какую! Тестируется при включении нормально,входит в готовность! Но при печати лист останавливается в печке,зайдя на 1 см.И получаем 010-105. Датчик выхода рабочий,если его заблокировать аппарат сразу вываливается в эту ошибку. Датчик регистрации тоже рабочий,проверил. Короче я в ступоре! Все флажки работают нормально! Печка останавливается как только лист в неё входит,ролики протяжки крутят и лист собирается перед печкой. Не весь, имеем пару гармошек и конец листа останавливается на флажке регистрации. Мысли кончились! Помогайте, спасибо!

Уже раз пять разбирал собирал! И заливал всё смазкой аж текло, и на сухо вытирал и собирал, и старую тканевую накладку поставил ( она закрывает полностью планку , а СЕТовская не доходила до края 0,5 мм) ! Собрать по другому там не возможно , не встанет в пазы ничего — попробовал! Всё крутиться вручную отлично!!! Значит буду ждать донора!

Доброго! Ничего такого что там описано! В пятницу уже вечером догнал в чём дело! На холодную (вручную) печь тянет лист, ставишь в аппарат ,тестируется,но при печати сразу получаем остановку в печке! Вытащил печку горячую и стал крутить, лист стоит на месте!!!! Короче , сегодня подложил под пружины прокладки, увеличил растяжение пружин на 3 мм. На обум, меньше не получилось!!! И на те вам всё работает, прогнал уже 120 двухстронних и ни одного замятия!!! Скорее всего у меня брак самой печки ,а именно пружин! Хотя я их снимал/ставил раз 20-ть!!!

Ну не знаю как это называется, выше всё описал! На холодную всё ок, на горячую не крутит термоплёнку! Ничего другого не нашёл как подложить под пружины и всё заработало! Посмотрим сколько отработает!

Коды неисправностей
При сбое во время печати или неисправности аппарата на экран выводится код
неисправности. Если на экране отображается код неисправности, которого нет в
таблице ниже, или неисправность не удается устранить, выполнив указанные далее
действия, обратитесь в сервисный центр Xerox. При отображении кода

Запустил отпечатал несколько листов нормально и двухсторонних тоже! Потом застрял,вытащил бумагу он отпечатал нормально.И после этого ни в какую! Тестируется при включении нормально,входит в готовность! Но при печати лист останавливается в печке,зайдя на 1 см.И получаем 010-105. Датчик выхода рабочий,если его заблокировать аппарат сразу вываливается в эту ошибку. Датчик регистрации тоже рабочий,проверил. Короче я в ступоре! Все флажки работают нормально! Печка останавливается как только лист в неё входит,ролики протяжки крутят и лист собирается перед печкой. Не весь, имеем пару гармошек и конец листа останавливается на флажке регистрации. Мысли кончились! Помогайте, спасибо!

Уже раз пять разбирал собирал! И заливал всё смазкой аж текло, и на сухо вытирал и собирал, и старую тканевую накладку поставил ( она закрывает полностью планку , а СЕТовская не доходила до края 0,5 мм) ! Собрать по другому там не возможно , не встанет в пазы ничего — попробовал! Всё крутиться вручную отлично!!! Значит буду ждать донора!

Доброго! Ничего такого что там описано! В пятницу уже вечером догнал в чём дело! На холодную (вручную) печь тянет лист, ставишь в аппарат ,тестируется,но при печати сразу получаем остановку в печке! Вытащил печку горячую и стал крутить, лист стоит на месте!!!! Короче , сегодня подложил под пружины прокладки, увеличил растяжение пружин на 3 мм. На обум, меньше не получилось!!! И на те вам всё работает, прогнал уже 120 двухстронних и ни одного замятия!!! Скорее всего у меня брак самой печки ,а именно пружин! Хотя я их снимал/ставил раз 20-ть!!!

Ну не знаю как это называется, выше всё описал! На холодную всё ок, на горячую не крутит термоплёнку! Ничего другого не нашёл как подложить под пружины и всё заработало! Посмотрим сколько отработает!

BSD-ON: BSD 10.2 Fusing Heat Control (1 of 2)
010-334 Heat roll NC sensor temperature — heat roll thermistor temperature was detected at 90 (NVM) degrees or higher 10 consecutive times or more. Heat roll thermistor temperature – heat roll NC sensor temperature was detected at 70 (NVM) degrees or higher 10 consecutive times or more.
010-335 Fuser NC sensor compensation output AD value was detected below 130 degrees for 10 consecutive times or more. Fuser NC sensor detection output AD value was detected below 150 degrees for 10 consecutive times or more.
Procedure
WARNING: Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Refer to GP 10. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Perform the steps that follow:
1. Switch off, then switch on the machine, GP 10.
2. Ensure that the fuser is installed correctly.
3. Check the drawer connector between the fuser and the main unit (DP612) for damage.
4. Check the connections and wiring between the heat roll sensor (P/J124) and the drive PWB (P/J416) for an open circuit, short circuit or poor contact.
5. If the fault persists, install new components as necessary:
• Fuser, PL 10.05 Item 2.
• Drive PWB, PL 1.10 Item 4.
• ESS PWB, PL 3.10 Item 6.
