Here in this post, I explain how to fix error E00000-00001, E000001-0000, E000002-0000 code in Canon ir2520, ir2525, ir2530, ir2535, and ir2540 series, The most common error code e00000, e000002, e000003 and 00004 are from power outages, sometimes the printer does not reboot properly after a crash, and can get stuck in an error message.

Meaning of the E00000 error code

The error code indicates that the machine doesn’t sense the temperature of the fuser getting hotter. Usually, this calls for the fixing film unit to be replaced because the thermistor has gone bad. The Fuser code needs to be reset in the service mode. It is easy to do.

How to fix the E00000 error code?

You need to go into service and clear the error then reset machine should work again. Follow the steps below:

Code reset:

Press the Additional Functions (*) button.
Press again the Additional Functions (*) button.
The service mode should appear on the screen. Search for “CLEAR” press OK once.
Then search for ENGINE and press Ok once on the screen.
search for ERRCLR and press OK
Turn off the machine from the main switch for about a minute and restart it.

If the fixing error code e00000 appears again, check your Fixing Assemble for jammed paper, or damage to the Fuser Film unit.

Check the fixing film connector.
Replace the fixing film unit.
Replace the DC controller PCB.

After you replace the parts, then you have to reset the machine in services mode COPIER.

Не так давно столкнулся с проблемой, что современные принтеры очень привередливы как к качеству бумаги или энергообеспечению, так и к многому другому. И все эти моменты тормозят рабочий процесс, а вызывать на каждую ошибку представителей сервис центров как минимум финансово не выгодно.
Проведя некоторое время в интернете нашел решения для некоторых ошибок, не скажу что они пропадают на вечно, но хотя бы на какой то промежуток времени рабочий процесс не останавливается.

Вот то что я проверил:

Модель: Canon imageRUNNER С1225

Ошибка: E021-0420

Метод решения:

заходим в service mode: Последовательно: Home (он же «домик») — 2 — 8 — Home (он же «домик»).
В показанном меню переходим:
COPIER->FUNCTION->CLEAR->ERR

Модель: Canon imageRUNNER 1435I

Ошибка: E002-0000

Метод решения:

заходим в service mode: Последовательно: *(она же «голова») — 2 — 8 — *(она же «голова»).
В показанном меню переходим:
COPIER->FUNCTION->CLEAR->ERR

именно такую ошибку и показывает?

если такую, то похоже, что ругается на отсутствие тонера.

Похоже, что все-таки на печку, после устранения неисправности (недогрев) сбрасываете ошибку из сервиса —
CLEAR >ENGIN > ERRCLR; после этого выключаете и включаете питание.
Вход в сервис:
* 2 8 *

CANON IR 2520 Showing Error code E000002.

Hi guys ihave the above machine am working on ,and showing the mentioned error.Ihave checked on the fixing unit and all is fine,have tried to clear the error all in vain.What could be the problem? Thanx.

What do you mean»all is fine»Did you Go through the following to clear the error:CLEAR >ENGIN > ERRCLR;turn OFF and then ON the power.
Check connection of the Connectors (Thermistor Connector and AC Connector).

Replace the Fixing Main Thermistor (Film Unit).
Replace the Fixing Assembly.
Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).

After afew days iwent back to revist the same machine,and went through the steps and the machine was reset.Thanx Zoraldinho for your assistance.
