First: Check if the sensor is still in place and fit.

You can check the calculated misalignment in the live data. Without redoing static calibration, it is try and error to realign the sensor with the screws in between +-3° horizontal and -1/+5° vertical. Having 0°horizontal and +2 vertical is best, but not needed.

Please be so kind to set your app’s language to English when posting screenshots and before trying out coding suggestions.
This will help everbody to understand and advise.

But we don’t see this screws. The mechanical of vw don’t know nothing of this.

And this screws can be touched without umpluged from the front grill?

MRRevo sensors do not need a strict static calibration routine.

They rely mostly on dynamic calibration in the background. That is why we couldn’t find alignment screws — there aren’t any.

For example, I exchanged my sensor without any calibration. Surely, you can do static calibration, but this is only needed in the prefacelift (and GTE) mounting position.

Things to do:
*Check correct placement of sensor / broken parts and VW-Logo
*Check misalignment in live data
*Enter manual alignment in adaption via engineering session.
*Test driving to see if alignment is detected and inside tolerance. Repeat steps until satisfied.

First of all, I apologize for bringing back a 2 year old thread back.  I have a 2019 GTI S 6MT(facelift GTI) and I’m also having this error recently and the dealer is asking for $700 to calibrate it and they told me it will not be covered under the warranty which is ridiculous that VW is doing this to their customers for something we have no control over.  So my question is, to manually enter the value in adaptation, do you need a paid subscription of VCDS?  OBDEleven does not have functional menu to enter these values.

Собственно, раз в неделю — две, отваливается активный круиз.
Выскакивают ошибки:
12032 — Датчик адаптивного круиза C1103 00 загорожен
88320 — Датчик адаптивного круиза C1103 00 загорожен
88064 — Датчик адаптивного круиза C1103 00 загорожен
Ошибки просто так не стираются…

Ладно, заходим в Право доступа, вбиваем код доступа 89531

Потом заходим в базовую установку, выбираем обнуление угла смещения, делаем обнуление.

Стираем ошибки, они стираются.
Адаптив работает. Тестируем — работает, проблем нет.

Все хорошо до следующего раза отключения при включении зажигания.
Можно десять дней кататься, включать — выключать, все работает, может быстро отвалиться.

Собственно, вопрос — что делать, кто сталкивался.

Не стоит пользоваться русским Васей, потому что эта ошибка говорит о том, что сенсор неправильно позиционирован, а не загорожен.

В кратце:
1. в каналах есть на какой градус ошибочно настроен сенсор, на это градус и надо его регулировать болтиками
2. Новые данные появляются после сброса ошибок адаптации в базовых настройках через некоторое пройденое растояние. Ошибки появятся через 300 км только. Поэтому стоит хотябы соточку проехать.

Почему-то автор этого труда настраивает только горизонтальные углы, а там есть и вертикальный угол.

Болтики крутятся изнутри торксом или снаружи отвёрткой для маленьких гаек если есть.

Я делал это, продаван сказал гнать на дилера и оплатил регулировку, так они мне нарегулировпли на 0.9, что ошибка вывалилась в vcds но круиз не отвалился.
Хочешь хорошо сделать — сделай сам.

2003 FORD WINDSTAR with 90000.0 miles

Purchased new in 2003. This vehicle has electrical problems and yet we are being told that we have to eat the financial bills instead of Ford. From sensors failing, to interior lights flashing at us, and the vehicle sputtering while we drive down the road. Ford knows that the 1999- 2003 Windstar have serious safety and electrical failures, yet they do not want to correct the problem at their cost. Ford would rather pass on their problems onto the consumer and at the consumer’s cost. 2013 at our cost of $1,000.00+ we replaced the coil assembly pack, egr system with brackets, oxygen sensors, spark plugs, and wires. Now we are replacing them again. The abs system, the traction control, and the cruise control all interwoven and all failed in 2009 and we were told that it is not important by the dealerships. We placed our obd scanner on our vehicle and this is what we pulled. P0302, P0305, P0316, C1235, C1185, C1198, C1194, C1254, C1246, C1250, C1242, C1214, C1210, C1103, C1410, C1404, B1318. We were told by many «service departments» a while back that these codes were not important. They cleared the codes every time. Their response to these codes were to clear them every time. Why are we having to replace the coil assembly packs, wires, egr system with brackets, oxygen sensors,and plugs so often, when we are being told that these platinum plugs and wires should last 150k? We honestly believe that Ford should have recalled this vehicle years ago. Ford should compensate us for our troubles, instead they increased our financial burden, and Ford should have placed us into a safer vehicle all at their cost. This is our only vehicle. When it fails, we have to pay thousands to get it repaired at our cost. Ford should take on the financial responsibility when they know that this vehicle has these issues. Major repairs= 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, and now 2015.

2003 FORD WINDSTAR with 175000. miles

After looking up all of the service reports on this vehicle, i am beginning to recognize that Ford has some explaining to do. We have a large amount of service reports on our vehicle alone that our dealership is not reporting. We have paid more for service repairs than we did paying for the vehicle. Our ac/heat just clicks w/o working, power windows front and rear do not work, power door locks, leaking roofs, leaking doors, abs lights on, engine lights on, traction control light on, engine sputters even after two complete old fashioned tune-ups, cowl broken, front and rear axles severely cracked, sub-frame cracked, rear wiper does not work properly, brakes need constant repairs, electrical shorts everywhere, head lights, fog lights, brake lights all need constant replacements, alternator was replaced 6 times in one day because they were all faulty, brake switch under brake pedal needs constant replacement, constant wheel alignments, wheel sensors missing or broken, power seat broke and the dealership told us that it was petty to have it fixed even with a height difference between drivers, control modules replaced, multiple expensive sensor failures, spark plugs with wires replaced at least twice, starter replaced, parking brake needs to be watched for slippage because it can’t hold on hills, interior lights blink in a pattern while driving, can’t haul it’s own tailgate, battery replaced multiple times by dealership, power mirror switch broke, many more expensive repairs have been done at our cost, P0302, P0305, P0316, C1235, C1185, C1198, C1194, C1254, C1246, C1250, C1242, C1214, C1210, C1103, C1410, C1404, B1318. We only have one vehicle and this is it. I am a mom w/children.

Hello everybody I need help and not for free.
I have an Audi A7 Cars and problem is changed Adaptive cruise control sensor and installed used one- after that component protection we decided with online solution and there is 3 DTC like
1) 003000 (C110300) Adaptive cruise control sensor misadjusted
2) 014300 (U111300) Function limitation due to received malfunction value
3) 019200 (U111200) Function limitation due to implausible message
Please who try it to adapt please help me. Im not a user of this car i just need to adapt it and take money from costumer so ready to give who can helpSmile
I have: VCP, Abrites, VCDS, VAS5054.
PS. Our country dont have VAG Dealler. One dealler from other country wrote me that need special mirror for that but maybe this error can be solved with other way.

Which tool use better for calibrating? in the link was written that VCDS higher than 08 version dont support calibration but i dont have that version. Who tryid with ODIS is it possible or not? And if installed used one does it need calibrate or enough reset calibration and drive the car. I didnt understand fully from the link.

Everything was done with help of gordonasp and Odis 2.2.4 and special board which i made by myself but from 3 errors in 13 Distronic 2 errors is still there like
2) 014300 (U111300) Function limitation due to received malfunction value
3) 019200 (U111200) Function limitation due to implausible message
only first error that misaligned is decided. Please suggest me what error it is(((
