Беда не приходит одна :(

Не так давно писал про течь рейки. А сегодня заморгал значок подушки, при повороте руля. Бл…слов нет :(

Это можно назвать везением. ну или проклятием…один из шлейфов (контуры подушки) оказался обломленным в 3-х местах…(как дкмалось, ну и собственно исправлялось)…на деле оказалось что разломов в дорожке чуть более 5-ти…в связи с чем, считаю нецелесообразным ремонт… придется заказывать новый. Спасибо за участие Парни

Либо clockspring целиком, но нужно учесть при заказе есть у вас esp или нет. Либо, ребята заказывают шлейф в инете, разбирают старый клокспринг и перематывают. Получается гораздо дешевле

вообщем, подтвердилось. Ошибка B1B02. попал на замену. Но, все таки вскрыл шлейф. Есть обрыв, но не в зоне контактной группы. Физических повреждений нет. Завтра буду искать, откуда ноги растут.

Если менять клокспринг, то да, выходит не очень дёшево.
Хотя всегда можно чуть сэкономить ;-)

я почитал Ваш пост о ремонте. Буду снимать, пробовать сделать. потому как финансами сейчас не богат.

Если клокспринг двухшлейфовый, то это довольно сложно, он очень тонкий, найти крайне сложно.
Лучше подкопить финансов и не заниматься колхозингом :-(

Антон, ничего страшного, поменяешь, сделаешь машину и дальше будешь кайфовать. Бывает такое с машинами, начинают капризничать, а как сделаешь и погонять хочется.

pal_nik1234, вам поскулить или решить проблему? Десятка отдаётся в залог за OBD. Возвращаете «голову» – получаете деньги обратно. Тратитесь только на пересылку и на помощь специалистов по удалёнке. Если что, Мопар и запчасть вышлет, и привяжет, всяко дешевле, чем эвакуатор к дилеру. Вам дали в руки готовое решение.

по реколлу Вам поменяет детали только ОД, никто больше… Но Вам ничего не мешает купить комплект и поставить его с помощью устройства от Мопар Плюс… Обычными средствами диагностики, я подозреваю, такие работы не выполнить… Не тот уровень

такого рода наборы стабильно пользуются спросом… в удаленных уголках нашей большой страны… я только за прошлый месяц штук 5 их разослал… других вариантов, если проблема в замке и ключах, практически нет

так что начинайте действоватьи все получится

pal_nik1234, производитель замка, его партномер и т.д.  написаны на замке, достаете и смотрите.

Просто при наличии сканера не надо все разбирать, это удобнее и быстрее.

С Днём Победы всех! Да, так и есть, Мопар отписался, что по реколам не работают. Но обрадовал наличием диагностики теперь и в Мурманске. НО! Так как я ремонт начал своими собственными силами, то по ходу уже не только в замке дело. Сейчас, при включении зажигания (нашёлся второй ключ, первый не пашет), приборка оживает, руль разблокируется, но на приборке не зажигается лампочка свечей накала (при тестировании должна) и мигает лампа сигнализации. Не запускается топливный насос в баке и стартер, при этом реле стартера щёлкает, предохранитель на насос живой, а вот реле насоса я не нашёл. Я вообще не нашёл салонный блок предохранителей, все подкладки отодрал с пассажирской стороны. Вопрос: как грамотно снять замок, ничего при этом не оторвав? Там всего 2 шурупа? И где заказать замок со сроком доставки, чем меньше, тем лучше? У ОД можно за деньги, или они не высылают?

horseus, у вас там сервисы умеют только читать номера ошибок? Расшифровку тяжело было на месте попросить, иначе за что вы отдали людям деньги?

Это обрыв на оба контура водительской подушки безопасности. Если вы не первый владелец, скиньте клемму, подождите 5 минут, снимите водительскую подушку и посмотрите на месте ли контакты, вдруг вместо них впаяны сопротивления. Если подушка не стреляла, следов вмешательства нет, с вероятностью 99% замена клокспринг. Так называется подрулевой шлейф.

Замена его не вызывает сложностей если есть тёплое место и минимум инструмента. При наличии в комплектации ЕСП нужно будет купить голый клокспринг и переставить на него датчик угла поворота руля. Можно отремонтировать шлейф за копейки, но вы должны понимать все риски.

P. S. Статья о Додж Калибр, но у вас узел аналогичен и процедура отличается минорно.

When Monitored:
With the ignition on.

Set Condition:
The Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) monitors the resistance of the Driver Squib 2 circuits. The ORC will
set this DTC if it detects an open or high resistance on the Driver Squib 2 circuits.

Possible Causes

(R63) DRIVER SQUIB 2 LINE 1 CIRCUIT OPEN

(R61) DRIVER SQUIB 2 LINE 2 CIRCUIT OPEN

Diagnostic Test

1.

DETERMINE ACTIVE OR STORED DTC

NOTE: Ensure that the battery is fully charged.

NOTE: The scan tool, SRS Airbag Load Tool MRL 8443, and DVOM are required to perform the following
test.
Turn the ignition on.

Select ACTIVE or STORED DTC:

CHECK FOR OPEN SQUIB CIRCUITS IN DRIVER AIRBAG

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, turn the ignition off,
disconnect the battery and wait two minutes before proceeding.
Disconnect the Driver Airbag Squib connectors.

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, do not place an
intact undeployed airbag face down on a hard surface, the airbag
will propel into the air if accidentally deployed.

NOTE: Check connectors — Clean and repair as necessary.
Connect the 8443 Load Tool and 8443-1 Jumper to the Driver Airbag
Squib connectors.

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, turn the ignition on,
then reconnect the battery.
With the scan tool, read the active ORC DTCs.

Does the scan tool display: B1B06 DRIVER AIRBAG SQUIB 2
CIRCUIT OPEN?

Yes

>> Go To 3

No

>> Replace the Driver Airbag in accordance with the Service

Information.

Perform AIRBAG SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST — VER 1.

CHECK STEERING CONTROL MODULE (CLOCKSPRING) SQUIB CIRCUITS FOR AN OPEN

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, turn the ignition off,
disconnect the battery and wait two minutes before proceeding.
Disconnect the 8443 Load Tool and Jumper from the Driver Airbag
Squib connectors.

Disconnect the Steering Control Module C4 connector.

NOTE: Check connectors — Clean and repair as necessary.
Connect the 8443 Load Tool and appropriate 8443-19 Jumper to the
Steering Control Module C4 connector.

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, turn the ignition on,
then reconnect the battery.
With the scan tool, read the active ORC DTCs.

Does the scan tool display: B1B06 DRIVER AIRBAG SQUIB 2
CIRCUIT OPEN?

Yes

>> Go To 4

No

>> Replace the Steering Control Module in accordance with the

Service Information.

Perform AIRBAG SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST — VER 1.

4.

CHECK (R63) DRIVER SQUIB 2 LINE 1 CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, turn the ignition off,
disconnect the battery and wait two minutes before proceeding.
Disconnect the 8443 Load Tool and Jumper from the Steering Control
Module connector.

Disconnect the ORC connectors.

NOTE: Check connectors — Clean and repair as necessary.
Connect the 8443 Load Tool ORC 8443-25 Adaptor to the ORC con-
nectors.

Measure the resistance of the (R63) Driver Squib 2 Line 1 circuit
between the Steering Control Module C4 connector and the ORC Load
Tool 8443-25 Adaptor cavity 24-22.

Is the resistance below 1.0 ohm?

Yes

>> Go To 5

No

>> Repair the (R63) Driver Squib 2 Line 1 circuit for an open.

Perform AIRBAG SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST — VER 1.

5.

CHECK (R61) DRIVER SQUIB 2 LINE 2 CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN

Measure the resistance of the (R61) Driver Squib 2 Line 2 circuit
between the Steering Control Module C4 connector and the ORC Load
Tool 8443-25 Adaptor cavity 24-21.

Is the resistance below 1.0 ohm?

Yes

>>

WARNING: If the Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) is dropped
at any time, it must be replaced. Failure to take the proper precau-
tions can result in accidental airbag deployment and personal
injury or death.

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, turn the ignition off,
disconnect the battery and wait two minutes before proceeding.

Replace the ORC in accordance with Service Information.

Perform AIRBAG SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST — VER 1.

No

>> Repair the (R61) Driver Squib 2 Line 2 circuit for an open.

Perform AIRBAG SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST — VER 1.

6.

CHECKING STORED OR INTERMITTENT CODES

NOTE: Diagnose and repair all active codes before diagnosing stored codes. Refer to the Table of Contents
in this Section for a complete list of airbag system diagnostic procedures.
With the scan tool, record and erase all Airbag System Module DTCs.

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, turn the ignition off, disconnect the battery and wait two min-
utes before proceeding.
Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the related wiring and connectors for chafed, pierced,
pinched, and partially broken wires, and for broken, bent, pushed out, corroded, and contaminated terminals. Repair
as necessary.

Reconnect all disconnected components and harness connectors.

WARNING: To avoid personal injury or death, turn the ignition on, then reconnect the battery.
With the scan tool, monitor for active codes while performing the following:

Wiggle the wiring harness and connectors of the related airbag circuit.

Continue the test until either a code becomes active or the problem area is isolated.

In the previous steps you have attempted to recreate the conditions responsible for setting the DTC in question /
causing the intermittent condition.

Are any ACTIVE DTCs present?

Yes

>> Select the appropriate diagnostic procedure from the Table of Contents in this section.

No

>> No problem found at this time. Erase all codes before returning the vehicle to the customer.
