Описание:
Двигатель запущен; при скорости менее 4000 об / мин, и PCM обнаружил, что сигнал датчика CMP находится в состоянии высокого напряжения, тогда как он должен был находиться в состоянии низкого напряжения в течение 1,5 секунд.
Причина:
- Сигнальная цепь датчика CMP разомкнута, закорочена на массу или на VREF.
- Колесо реактора распределительного вала повреждено или присутствует посторонний материал.
- Датчик CMP контактирует колесо реактора или повреждено
- PCM вышел из строя
Тип ошибки:
- CMP sensor signal circuit is open,shorted to ground or shorted to VREF
- Camshaft reluctor wheel is damaged or foreign material present
- CMP sensor is contacting the reluctor wheel or is damaged
- PCM has failed

Разьемы преды в моторном все просмотрел, BCM открывал, жгут возле левого крыла тоже просмотрел, силовые преды на аккуме тоже целые. Ничего криминального не нашел.
Да в машине ключевой запуск . Больше нет времени заниматься им, завтра скорее всего отдам машину в другой сервис. (скорее всего к дилерам, в Genser, обдерут её там)
Может есть кто сможет помочь в ремонте в Москве ЮГ или области, желательно Подольск.
Да и особо умных таких как @СаняЖД, прошу не высказываться. Кому охота просто высказаться 
прошу в курилку.

Ford Focus MK3 «reset all adaptation» function
Hi, I need some help
I own an european MK3 Ford Focus, year 2011, 1.6 diesel, 115hp
I have used FORScan with ELS27 (purchased from Russian friends), and performed the function «reset all adaptation».
After 40km the Focus is very bad, engine rpm not stable, loud rattle when I accelerate, at cold start is worse, it seems that is not doing the self learning. I have no visible errors on dash (only one for faulty headlight because of HID xenon kit, after tweaking with foCCCus, but lights are ok)
Other info: on my car the main radio , navigation unit and the rear camera are aftermarket, but I don’t think this is the issue. The fuel consumption was worse over the last few months.
Soon I will post the current DTC codes. I have cleared the DTC codes before the reset so we will see only newly created ones. Here THE OLD DTC CODES:

After 2 days, the engine was still bad. No improvement.
This evening, at cold start the engine was emitting thick smoke..
I connected again the ELS27 to check dtc with forscan:

I read this in the log message

so I decided to check BCM configuration with foCCCus. After readind BCM and IPC, the engine changed suddenly. Regular at low rpm and normal behaviour..
Strange, I dont know if the vehicle restored a previous copy from a backup, or if the self-learnig ended suddenly.. or the IPC reading restarted some module (all dash counters are resetted after IPC reading I think)
Now I have to deal with the current DTCs.

The problem is that it seems the Reset All Adaptations function in case of Focus 3 1.6 TDCi clears important data related to injection. These data must be re-initalized in order to have engine working properly.
Please do the following:
1. Download this new test build:

2. Uninstall old version, install this new one.
3. Execute Service function «Reset pilot injection quantity learned values»
4. Clear all DTCs using Reset DTC button.
5. Drive the vehicle for 8 km at least
6. Check again the errors.
Please email us results. It would be interesting to see what are Fuel Injector correction factors before and after the procedure (you can use service function Read Fuel Injector Correction Factors)

I will do the steps as soon as possible.
I suggest also to modify the software to WARN the owners of Focus 3 1.6 TDCi.
Also, I know at least another owner of Focus 3 1.6 TDCi, that have used this function without issues. Maybe the version of the original firmware is different.
I will write results.

Your complaint is the 3rd one we got on this issue, and all 3 are for Focus Mk3 1.6 TDCi (although this function implemented on many models). We don’t know how many Focus Mk3 1.6 TDCi users ran this function successfully, because people usually do not write us if everything is OK.
After analyzing this issue in the past we come to the conclusion this is not a normal PCM behaviour and most likely is a bug in PCM firmware. So, it is quite possible that in later (newer) calibration files this problem was fixed.
We actually think to remove this function for Focus Mk3 1.6 TDCi at all. Experience shows that warnings may not work (some people don’t read them). In the meantime, we can try to collect some information about vehicles that experience this probelm — calibration info etc. By the way, can you please email us the calibration data for your vehicle (Configuration Tab, data displayed under Vehicle and PCM sections)?

hey — i do have the same issue after «adaptation reset»
The new app did not solved the problem, however thank you appreciate your work. Engine is loud and consumption is …almost double. I drove the car for 12 km….but is still not the car i used to drive.
i am not able to upload new PCM calibration neither.

Yes i did. I spent hours trying to learn the vehicle that i am the owner…. 
Immediately after servicing there was a lot of rattle and diesel specific crank. After 30km the noise decreased.. A new start and the noise was back.
During my tests noticed HUGE fuel consumption. Unfortunately is still the same the consumption. Apparently the noise eased. Can you please let me know about the «learning» process how long it usually takes? Still hoping the car coming back to silent run with a decent fuel consumption. This is not good -in these conditions i used to get under or somewhere arround 5l/100km.
If you have any guidance i would appreciate.

Штук 70-100 вложишь, и купишь все на разборе, торпеда 15 проводки 3-7 рублей и дальше по этапу что там надо

Отчёт о замене модуля ВСМ дорестайл на рестайл.
Вчера было свободное время и решил подкинуть рестайловый модуль ВСМ, купленный более месяца назад, чтобы проверить его работоспособность и что правильно переконфигурировал.
В итоге не светилась панель приборов, не работал модуль печки и весела ошибка на модуле RCM (нет связи с модулем ВСМ). Само-собой висела ошибка по PATS, но тут понятно.
Первая мысль, что купил неисправный модуль, но всё же решил всё перепроверить.
Прозвонил и выяснил, что питание приборки в модуле ВСМ F1DT… идёт ещё и через предохранитель F88 (соединены последовательно с F69), а не только F69, как в моём модуле ВСМ BV6N…
Вставил предохранитель (его почему то там не было а контакты есть, в отличии от дорестайлового модуля), приборка засветилась и пропала ошибка в модуле RCM.
Заработали кнопки регулировки яркости (т.к. софт приборки рестайловый).
Модуль печки тоже заработал, но не полностью. Заслонки заработали, а вентилятор печки нет, не подтягивается реле Er13. Возможно, в рестайловом модуле введена блокировка, пока не заведётся двигатель, реле не подтянется. Если это так, то нужная блокировка, но проверить пока нет возможности, без инициализации PATS машину не завести.
У кого есть список назначения предохранителей модуля F1DT… выложите пожалуйста.
Похоже предохранитель F88 общий для нескольких потребителей, не знаю какой номинал нужен.

Тему прочёл всю, но очень давно. Возможно, где-то это уже писали, но в памяти не отложилось, тогда не планировал менять. В шапке этого нет. Проще было самому разобраться.
И у меня нет понимания на сколько ампер нужно ставить предохранитель.
PS. Сейчас набрал в поисковике F88, ничего нужного не нашел. Только у одного человека, без этого предохранителя, через 20 минут одометр сбрасывался. У меня то вообще приборка не работала.

Спасибо! А схемы нет, понять что он ещё питает? Странно, что ошибка была в модуле безопасности, хотя он на связь выходил, значит питание на него подавалось. Почему модуль RCM не видел модуль ВСМ без этого предохранителя?
Прозвонкой определил, что с 88 предохранителя питание идёт на 67, 69, 71 и 79 предохранители.

Видимо на эти 4 предохранителя, в рестайловой машине, отдельно приходит питание через 8 контакт разъёма С6 (общая точка этих 4 предохранителей и F88 прозванивается на этот контакт). В дорестайле этого отдельного питания нет, поэтому нужно ставить предохранитель.
Возможно я не прав, через 8 контакт разъёма С6 уходит ещё куда-то питание. Но это не логично.
А вот почему возникает ошибка связи RCM и ВСМ без F88, до сих пор не понятно.

У меня без климат-контроля, ручное управление, с кондиционером. И повезло, машина-донор такая же. Проверял по вин номеру.
Интересно, у кого такая же комплектация, вентилятор печки работает при включении зажигания или нет?
Думаю нет, пока двигатель не заведётся.
Инициализацию делали у официалов?

У меня с климатом, потом переделывал в рестайл климат, так же проблем не возникло, у меня раньше был ключ, теперь от кнопки заводится

Как не странно, но у официалов пока самая низкая цена. Общался с разными ребятами. Продолжаю искать варианты, изучаю всё, что касается ВСМ.

2. если запись ключей в ВСМ ограничить двумя штуками, то не записать ключ.
но я думаю дело скорее в ключе, оборудовании и руках.

Подскажите плз, честно гуглил, но не нашел.
Собираюсь подключать датчик дождя и электрохромное зеркало к разъемам C2280H и F, нужно несколько пинов, кабель идет толщиной awg 22 (0,35 мм2). Вопрос простой — где взять пины, может есть финис или ссылка на чип-и-дип?
Мегакаталог разъемов видел, но так и не понял где там что: разъемов дохрена, а какой из них идет в BCM не понять.

Фокус3 дорест. У человека пропал ближний. Он купил бу бсм. Говорит подкидывали на авто — ближний появлялся.
Попросили меня «заменить» БСМ. Постольку варианта «подвязать бу» пока нет, перекинули проц из ориги в донор.
НО!!!
Висят ошибки, не стираются. Блок перезагружал. Свет не появился. Конфиг проверил,подгружал по вину.
