When I tried to register a COM DLL,
regsvr32 rpcrt4.dll
I get the following error message:
`The module «c:\windows\system 32\»rpcrt4.dll» was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0X80070006.
How do I fix this problem? Please help.

Open the start menu and type cmd into the search box
Hold Ctrl + Shift and press Enter
This runs the Command Prompt in Administrator mode.
Now type regsvr32 MyComobject.dll

Use following command should work on windows 7. don’t forget to enclose the dll name with full path in double quotations.
C:\Windows\SysWOW64>regsvr32 "c:\dll.name"

Это диагноз, но не все потеряно. Такое сообщение может «выскочить» ,
например — когда программа пытается подключить внешнее оборудование,
через внешнюю «не родную» библиотеку (специальную программу)
Подключение производится один раз на выбранном компьютере !
вот в данном примере : мы хотим получить изображение товара с web — камеры
Нажимаем «ДА» и видим это !!!!
Пере запускаем и снова видим ЭТО !!!
Почему это именно с вами ??? что за невезуха ? Ничего страшного не произошло, это не Windows ваша новая в этом виновата, может MAGAZKA виновата ???
Нужно срочно написать на форуме , что MAGAZKA отстой и ничего в ней не работает.
На самом деле все проще. У программы не хватило прав на регистрацию внешней библиотеки в системе
(простыми словами сработала защита вашей системы от вторжения из вне)
и это дело можно легко исправить
Открываем папку с каталогом программы , там должен быть файл Webcamera.ocx
вот это и есть внешняя библиотека и ее нужно зарегистрировать в Windows
есть несколько способов (можете выбрать любой)
1. Способ интерактивный
(странно не многие о нем знают)
кликаем правой кнопкой мышки по файлу
и выбираем пункт меню : «Открыть с помощью…«
переключаем на «Открыть файл в Windows«
Кнопка «Выбор программы…«
Кнопка «Обзор…«
И переходим по пути : C:\Windows\System32 находим файл regsvr32.exe выделяем его из списка , кнопка «Открыть»
Если все сделали правильно. в списке «навсегда» появиться ярлычок «Сервер регистрации,(с) Microsoft«
Кликаем по этому ярлычку и получаем вот такое радостное сообщение.
оно обозначает , что все успешно зарегистрировалось и успешно будет работать.
с чем вас я и поздравляю.
но в некоторых случаях можно получить и вот такое окно
тогда переходим ко второму варианту.
2. Вариант (регистрация через командную строку)
Меню — Пуск — вводим — CMD
правой кнопкой «Запуск от имени администратора«
появиться вот такой окно «командная строка»
вводим
C:\Windows\System32\regsvr32.exe C:\Users\yu.timofeev\Desktop\НужноЗапросы\MAG\MAGAZKANS82\WebCamera.ocx
(путь к библиотеке у вас будет отличаться от данного в примере)
и нажимаем клавишу «Enter«
вот теперь точно все зарегистрировано.
Путь к библиотеке указываете в английской раскладке :
C:\1CBASE\MAG\MAGAZKANS82 — так ПРАВИЛЬНО !
D:\Помойка\Дмитрий крутяк!!!\10-08-2016\Скачено с торента\классные кряки###\Попробовать\MAGAZKANS82 — так НЕ ПРАВИЛЬНО (русские символы, пробелы, знаки препинания,цифры , спец .символы)

I’ve been trying to install the trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS3 on my windows vista home premium 32bit system. I recieved the error code 2739, upon running the installer. Upon searching Adobe’s website for help with this issue I found the fix for it was.
On a 32-bit Windows Vista system:
- Choose Start > All Programs > Accessories.
- Right-click on Command Prompt, select Run As Administrator, and authenticate.
- If the prompt reads C:\Windows\System32>, proceed to Step 4. If not, type the following command exactly as it appears below, including the quotation marks, and then press Enter:
cd "%systemroot%\System32" - At the prompt, type
regsvr32 jscript.dlland press Enter. - When a dialog box with the message «DllRegisterServer in jscript.dll succeeded» appears, click OK.
However, upon pressing enter after the 4rth step, i get
RegSvr32 error : The module «jscript.dll» was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005. For more infromation about this problem, search online using the error code as a search term.
After searching through, what appears to be several pages of issues, all resulting from this error code. I stumbled on this and am hoping SOMEONE can help me. I would greatly appreciate it, since my computer manufacturer tells me to contact Adobe, and Adobe tells me to contact Microsoft. I hope here I wont be directed to contact someone else for more of a run around.

try the following steps:
- Run command prompt as Administrator
- Change folder by issuing the following command :
For Windows Vista 32-bit: cd C:\windows\System32
For Windows Vista 64-bit: cd C:\windows\SysWow64 - Type the following command and hit Enter:
regsvr32 jscript.dll
- Type the following command and hit Enter:
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
- Run the installer again.

Консольная утилита regsvr32 (Microsoft© Register Server) предназначена для регистрации и отмены регистрации элементов управления OLE в реестре. Если вкратце, то сначала загружается модуль и в нем запускается функция DLLSelfRegister(), в коде которой уже вызывается функция DllRegisterServer().
Рассмотрим случай, когда при регистрации через regsvr32.exe корректного *.dll или *.ocx модуля, совместимого с вашей версией Windows (x86 или x64) возникает ошибка 0x80004005. При этом в диалоговом окне ошибки указано нечто такое:
“The module “%1″ was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005. For more information about this problem, search online using the error code as a search term”.
Для устранения ошибки нужно разобраться с User Account Control (UAC). В Windows Vista и Windows 7 действия пользователей, даже имей они права администратора, проверяются этим пресловутым UAC, который и не позволяет нам запустить программу под администратором.
Решить проблему можно или отключив User Account Control: в Панели управления -> Учетные записи пользователей -> Включение или отключение контроля учетных записей. Но лучше этого не делать, т.к. это существенно понижает защиту вашей системы от вредоносных программ.
Более простой вариант – запустить консоль cmd.exe от Администратора, кликнув по её ярлыку правой кнопкой.
