I’m getting the above error message when I try visiting readwise.io in Safari 16.0 on macOS 12.6.

Disabling the 1Blocker Safari extension as well as my Bitdefender anti-virus didn’t help. I also ran a scan with Malwarebytes, but no malware was found!

Google Chrome displays the website without images!

Thank you for your help.

I entered safe mode, but the issue remained. Then I noticed that right-clicking on the reload icon in Safari’s address bar, I could reload a web page without any content blockers, as shown in the screenshot below:

When doing this, the web page rendered properly, so the next step was to find which extension was causing the trouble. In the end, it was Bitdefender’s Anti-tracking engine that turned out to be causing the trouble. When I disabled the extension, readwise.io would load properly. Enabling the extension would block the website.

Reproduced with Safari 10 on macOS Sierra with Adguard 2.5.3

@Bohdan-SUP cannot reproduce it in Safari version 10.0.2 (12602.3.10).

Which filters should I enable?

Checked with Safari 10.0.1 (12602.2.14.0.7) and Adguard 2.5.3 extension.
English filter is breaking it on my side.

I suppose the issue is fixed in the newer Safari version.

@Bohdan-SUP try Safari Technology preview, is it good?

Still a no go — the same webkit error in Safari Technology Preview Release 18 (Safari 10.1, WebKit 12603.1.12)

Although it is fixed in Mac Safari, but in iOS Safari with Safari filter updated to 1.0.1.81, issue is still there.

@jwchong it will be ok in the next iOS version (once we update converter version).

Solution for me:
Turns out I didn’t even have AdGuard installed on Safari. But I did have uBlock Origin 1.11.3.1 and Adblock Plus 1.12.4 installed. I had to whitelist the offending site ( theatlantic.com ) in both blockers. Now the page displays correctly.

The problem (not showing the Atlantic article) seems to correlate with the url having the word «advertising» in it.. I had the same problem on a website I am developing. For me it looks like a bug in AdBlock.

Hi friends. I can’t find what does Code 104 of CMErrorDomain means.

CMPedometer cathces this error on this place:

The 104 error code means Core Motion Activity is not available on the current device. I was seeing this on the simulator only, but did not see the error when I built to device. The sim does not have CoreMotion hardware capable to give the Core motion data.

Проблема (отсутствие показа статьи в Atlantic), похоже, коррелирует с URL-адресом, в котором есть слово «реклама». У меня была такая же проблема на веб-сайте, который я разрабатываю. Для меня это похоже на ошибку в AdBlock.
