I just found out what causes this pestering Code 31 error and fixed it. (It only took me 90 days and countless formats, LOL.)
Most critically, this error disables your Nvidia GPU’s Dynamic Boost 2.0 and Whisper Mode 2.0 capabilities.
Apparently it is the «Memory Integrity» feature from the Windows Security. Just disable Memory Integrity and upon restart the issue will be resolved. I wish I had figured earlier that the fix was so easy, but better late than never I guess.

I have no idea what to do with this problem, i reinstalled Windows 3 times and then downloaded Windows 11, it helped maybe for few hours. After few hours it disappeared again and i cant find any information how to download this driver. I tried full reinstalling Nvidia drivers and still same thing. I have Lenovo Ideapad 3 with GTX 1650 if this can help.

Nvidia Platform Controllers and Framework/Code 31/Device Manager
When updating the Nvidia driver to latest one I keep getting the error Code 31 in Device Manager. My system is Windows 10 Home, fresh install and I install drivers cleanly. I googled and found the conflict could be related to Memory Integrity in Core Isolation (Windows Device Security settings), but I have it OFF. Any hints? thanks
UPDATE: In another WIndows 10 PC with the same Nvidia driver version installed
there are no conflicts in Device Manager, and additionally, there is no «Nvidia Platform Controllers and Framework» component under «Software Devices», so maybe I can just uninstall this conflicting device by right clicking/Uninstall without any harm? -

Прошивали какую версию, E16R6IMS.112 или E16R6IMS.308?
Если изначально у ноутбука была прошивка E16R6IMS.1XX то прошивать надо E16R6IMS.112
Если изначально у ноутбука была прошивка E16R6IMS.3XX то прошивать надо E16R6IMS.308
Перепутать нельзя, могут быть проблемы.

В MSI Center посмотреть версию BIOS, исходя из этого уже ставить ту которая нужна по номеру.

Изначально прям когда купил ноут у меня была версия e16r6ims.10b выходит что первый раз я когда ставил Я сделал всё правильно? И что будет если я допустим поставлю не ту версию Биоса?

При попытке прошить другую версию BIOS либо защита не даст прошить другой (если конечно такая штука есть), либо если прошьёт то будут разного рода проблемы поскольку версии BIOS для разных ревизий материнских плат видимо, может некорректно себя вести всё что угодно.
