Sorry if this isn’t the right place to post this thread, I just registered to this forum.

Anyway, I’ve had a Switch since August 2020. I updated it once, in September 2020 (10.2.0, Atmo 0.14.4), and always leave it in rest mode. Yesterday, when I picked it up from the dock, I found the following error:

Failed to init sd!
Missing LPO (sleep mode) lib!
Missing or old Minerva lib!
Update bootloader folder!
Press any key…

Now when I enter RCM with fusee primary, I get this:

Error Code: 2002-4364 (0x221802)
Program: 010000000000000C
Firmware: 10.2.0 (atmosphere 0.14.4-master-fa0df994)

I can still restart my Switch and log into SysNAND. I checked the SD card on my PC, didn’t find any errors. Does anyone know what the problem is here?

is that a forwarder error? 2002-4364 (0x221802)

Delete or move the folder 010000000000000C to your pc, then try again.
Check the SD-card reader, the Hekate error (Missing LPO etc…) also appears when the files are missing from the SD card/the SD card itself is not present

No idea, I’m fairly new to all this. Is that important?

I don’t have a folder with that name on the SD card, but I do have the folder 0100000000000003C. I tried deleting it from the SD card and putting it back, but I still get the 2002-4364 error. I also noticed a bunch of crash reports and fatal reports on the SD card, here’s what they look like:

Should I try to upgrade Atmosphere to the latest version or reformat the SD card? Or is this more likely to be a hardware issue with a faulty SD card connector or something?

Errors on Nintendo Switch are rare events. The console is a very stable device and issues occur very rarely. However, when they do occur, things get complicated because fixing them is not an easy task.

So, if you’re getting error 2137 on your Nintendo Switch, we think we can help. In this article, we’ll list some of the best solutions that you can use to fix the most frequent error 2137 variations.

Fix 1 – Restart your console

As we’ve said it so many times before, restarting your device often works wonders. So, press the power button for about 5 seconds, go to Power Options and select Restart.

    Fix 2 – Change DNS

DNS issues may also cause this error code. Change DNS and set 8.8.8.8 as Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as Secondary DNS. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Go to System Settings > Internet Settings > Connection Settings
    2. Select the connection file > go to Change Settings
    3. Select the right arrow >go to DNS
    4. Select no for the ‘Auto-Obtain DNS’ option > select Detailed Setup.
    5. Select Primary DNS and delete the current value by holding the left arrow > enter 8.8.8.8 >OK
    6. Now, select Secondary DNS and enter 8.8.4.4

Fix 3 – Reduce the distance between the modem/router and the console

If you’re far away from the Wi-Fi router, this could generate signal strength issues. So, move the console closer to the wireless router.

Make sure that nothing is interfering with your Wi-Fi signal. If you’ve got any speakers, phones, microwave ovens or other similar items near your console, move them away.

    Fix 4 – Change Wi-Fi frequncy band

Try to connect to a different wireless band if your router supports this. For more information about the type of connection that your router supports, check out its user guide.

This is a simple error to fix — all you need to do it update your console. Go to System Settings > System > System Update and install the available updates.
