На сервере произошла загадочная ошибка 500 ea

Thank you, Dizzerio, this finally worked. I had to exit and launch for a second time. And I also did the thing with Menu -> Help -> App Recovery -> Clear Cache — the dedicated Unscramble Our Mess they provided — so who knows what would and would not work the day after tomorrow.

Here’s my feedback, EA: Every. Single. Time with these * game launchers, all the different kinds and from all the different companies. I don’t remember a single instance when Steam hid my entire game library, spouting cheerful and unhelpful error messages. The player is forced to spend more time trying to start a game and reading on the internet about how to finally do it than actually playing it. I am positively dreading this and I prefer buying elsewhere to avoid dealing with such a low rate of success in supporting a piece of software, and even then someone decides that it’s very important to launch their launcher on top of another launcher to see how’ve I been lately.

EA App Error Code 500

Many players have downloaded the EA games app to have better control of their EA games. There are many features that you get on the app like updates, EA events, and promotions, and it is also convenient to access the games this way.

However, there are several bugs in the app and this has made players really infuriated with the app.

One of these recurring issues is the EA app error 500.

This is an issue that shows up with no specific explanation only a prompt that says “Something Went Wrong”.

As you can understand, this is not very helpful in determining where the issue lies and what to do to get rid of the error code.

In the next section, we will discuss the different solutions that can help you get rid of the error code 500.

How to solve the EA app error 500?

When you do not have any idea about how you can solve a particular issue, it is difficult to start looking for issues that might be causing the error message to pop up.

This is the exact situation that players have been facing with the EA app error 500. However, there is no need to worry as we will present all the information you need about the issue in this section.

Here is how you can get rid of the different issues causing the error code 500.

Fix 1: Check your internet connection

The most important and easiest step to take care of is the internet connection speed and stability.

You need to make sure that you switch to a wired connection if you have been using a mobile network as there is no guarantee for the stability of the mobile network connection.

If you are already using a wired connection, check the speed of the internet connection through an internet speed meter.

You can find the internet speed meter through a simple Google search. This will generate a report for the upload and download speed of your connection.

If the speed of the connection is slow, you need to contact your internet service provider and ask for help.

Fix 2: Check the EA server

Another thing that you can easily check through a simple Google search is the status of the EA server.

If too many players log onto the app at the same time, it can cause issues with the server crashing. Also, if the developers are adding new features to the server or eliminating bugs, the server is temporarily shut down for maintenance.

Through a down detector website that can be easily found through a Google search, you can see the region-wise outage map of the EA server.

If the server is down in your area, you need to wait for this issue to get resolved.

Fix 3: Update the app

Another thing that you should take care of before you can eliminate the issue is that your app is updated to the latest version.

If you’re not sure about it, you cannot be sure that any error on your app is being caused due to any external issue.

Check for the latest updates on the app. If you find the latest version, then download it without any further delay.

No, re-launch the app and see if it solves your issue.

Fix 4: Update the device drivers for your network adapter as well as the graphic card

If your network adapter does not have an updated device driver, then it will cause problems for you to connect to the network.

And if the device does not have an updated graphics card driver, then it will cause issues during your gameplay.

When you start facing this error and you’re not sure why it is showing up, you need to check for updates on your graphics card driver as well as the network adapter driver.

If any of these have a newer version available and you have not downloaded red eared, there is your issue. Download the latest version and the issue should resolve itself.

Fix 5: Use the Task Manager

The most suggested fix on the user forums is making use of the Task Manager to end the task processes of the EA app.

Here is what you need to do.

  • Launch Task Manager.
  • Under the Processes tab, find EA App.
  • You will also see a separate column for EA background services.
  • End both of these processes.
  • Now Re-launch the app.

Many players on the user forum have reported that this solution has worked wonders for them. This solves the technical glitches on the app and therefore it is able to reduce the effects of the glitch on your ongoing gameplay.

Fix 6: Restart your device

There are many issues that can be solved by restarting your device. This is because different technical ridges on your device can show up on different programs that you’re running.

If these technical issues are taken care of these errors also go away.

A simple power cycling session on your device can cause the technical glitches to be resolved.

Fix 7: Take a look at the block list of your computer’s firewall or antivirus software

In some cases, the antivirus software and the network firewall on your device work overtime and cause blocks on websites that are not harmful.

They can also block the programs that you’re running on your device.

To take care of this issue, visit the antivirus software settings as well as the network firewall settings and check if the EA app is on the block list of any of this software.

You find it on the block list and remove it and also add it to the list of exceptions so that the next time it does not get blocked.

Fix 8: Clear the cache on the app

The temporary data that is associated with the app so that it can launch for so should be reduced and eliminated from the device from time to time.

If this is not the case, then it can cause problems due to the files getting corrupted.

When you face this error code, clear the cache on the app. You can do this by launching the app settings.

Now try to relaunch the app and see if your issue is resolved.

Fix 9: Contact the EA support team

We have suggested all the solutions that can help you get rid of the error code. These solutions were prepared after getting advice from the official support website as well as the player forums.

Unfortunately, if none of these solutions were able to help you, then you need to contact the EA support team. They will help you understand what the issue technically is and how you can resolve it with the help of simple steps.
