It is possible that the changer reports less change than refilled: In this case the coin changer is set so that the tube counter readings are transmitted to the VMC without security stock (see separate configuration short reference guide).

Устранение неисправностей

В данном разделе описаны наиболее часто встречающиеся неисправности и методы их устранения.

Неисправности монетоприемника

Неправильно выдает сдачу
Для возобновления правильной работы монетоприемник нужно обнулить.

Порядок обнуления монетоприемника NRI CURRENZA:

Для обнуления счетчиков труб следует использовать встроенную клавиатуру (кнопки A, B, C, D, E, F). Чтобы имитировать выплату одной монеты из трубы, нажмите однократно соответствующую кнопку. Для обнуления счетчика трубы нажмите на кнопку и удерживайте ее не менее 4 секунд. Дождитесь окончания автоматической выплаты. Как только из трубы вылетела последняя монета, нажмите и удерживайте кнопку для включения холостого хода, дайте монетоприемнику прокрутить вхолостую 5–6 оборотов. Эту операцию произведите последовательно для каждой трубы монетоприемника.
Важно: кнопки «+», «MENU» не нажимать!

После обнуления перезагрузите весь автомат с помощью кнопки “ON/OFF” и, войдя в меню загрузки сдачи, загрузите монеты. В каждую трубу монетоприемника необходимо внести минимум по три монеты каждого номинала, только после этого он начнет отображать сумму сдачи на дисплее.
Не заполняет трубы до конца
Для возобновления правильной работы монетоприемник нужно обнулить.

Алгоритм обнуления монетоприемника подробно описан выше (пункт «Неправильно выдает сдачу»).

Монетоприемник не принимает монеты, горит (зеленый, желтый, красный) светодиод:
При отсутствии ошибки на автомате (состояние «Автомат не работает»), причинами могут быть: засорение монетоприемника, застревание монет в трубах, загрязнение датчиков, неисправность платы управления.

При частом застревании монет на входе в монетоприемник, необходимо отрегулировать положение монетопровода (1) над приемным конусом. Монеты должны попадать точно на наклонную площадку (2) внутри конуса (см. фото 1), не должны падать на бортик конуса или мимо. Монеты должны свободно проходить в щель на передней панели автомата, проверить на 10руб. монете.

При проталкивании в щель монет друг за другом или одной монеты другой приводит также к застреванию монет. Вывесьте баннер с просьбой вносить монеты по одной, дождавшись ее зачисления в кредит.

Застревание монет в трубе возможно при выдаче сдачи, если попадается искривленная монета, ее заклинивает в нижней части трубы. Несколько раз нажмите на кнопку выброса соответствующей трубы, если причина не устранилась, снимите бокс с монетами и снизу аккуратно удалите монету из трубы, помогает высыпание монет из бокса.

После устранения причины застревания необходимо обнулить монетоприемник, нажимая поочередно и удерживая кнопки A, B, C, D, E, F удалите ВСЕ монеты из труб, затем вновь загрузите сдачу, первые 3 монеты в каждой трубе в сдачу не засчитываются.

По свечению светодиодов можно определить в какой части устройства произошла ошибка (см. фото 2). Постоянное свечение зеленого светодиода указывает на исправность монетоприемника, мигание желтого и красного светодиодов указывает на неисправность, а количество миганий на место неисправности.

Монетоприемник, по мере загрязнения, необходимо протирать увлажненной салфеткой без использования моющих средств. Датчики (см. фото 3, 4, 5) чистятся мягкой кисточкой, отверстия, с большой ОСТОРОЖНОСТЬЮ очищаются ваткой, намотанной на заточенную спичку или пластиковый стержень.

При застревании монет на автоматах 2012г. выпуска проделайте следующие действия (см. фото). Подогните монетопровод, как указано, и расточите щель для приема монет.

При невозможности устранения неисправности самостоятельно обратитесь в службу тех. поддержки.
Не выдает монеты
Существует несколько возможных причин неисправности.
Для уточнения причины откройте денежный отсек и проверьте следующие параметры монетоприемника:

а) Если на монетоприемнике мигает красный диод, возможно, произошло засорение монетоприемника монетами.

Для устранения неисправности необходимо снять валидаторную головку монетоприемника (его верхнюю часть, через которую поступают монеты). Для этого на монетоприемнике NRI CURRENZA поднимите фиксатор, а затем снимите валидаторную головку движением на себя и в сторону.

Сняв валидаторную головку, аккуратно очистите ее монетный тракт и монетный тракт основания с механизмом выплаты сдачи от монет и посторонних предметов. Монетный тракт основания с механизмом выплаты сдачи расположен у задней стенки справа.

б) Если на монетоприемнике мигает желтый светодиод, это означает, что постоянно нажат рычаг возврата монет.

Проверьте работу рычага возврата монет. При плавном нажатии и отпускании рычага должно быть слышно срабатывание микро-выключателя. Отрегулируйте нажимную пластину механизма кнопки возврата аппарата.

в) Если не наполняется одна или несколько труб, причиной может быть западание флажка оптического датчика заполнения соответствующей трубы.

Флажок расположен внутри трубы, в верхней ее части. Снимите головку монетоприемника и обеспечьте свободный ход соответствующего флажка, либо удалите его.

г) Если монеты в одной или нескольких трубах не выдаются на сдачу, возможно, произошло заклинивание монеты в механизме выплаты сдачи.

Для устранения заклинивания необходимо нажать на кнопку, соответствующую данной трубе и, не сильно постукивая по нижней части основания с механизмом выплаты сдачи, попробовать устранить заклинивание.
Застревают монеты
Застревание может быть связано с монетами, испачканными липким сиропом (монеты роняют на пол, они пачкаются в газировке, пролитой предыдущими пользователями, после этого монеты попадают в автомат).
Когда количество сиропа в монетопроводе и монетоприемнике достигает определенного уровня, монеты могут попросту прилипать или застревать на бугорках засохшего сиропа.
Поэтому нужно уделять особое внимание чистоте монетоприемника. Мы рекомендуем протирать монетопровод и монетоприемник раз в неделю.
Как чистить монетоприемник:

a) Отключите аппарат.

б) В верхней части монетоприемника отогните серую панель, закрывающую вход
для монет (с надписью NRI), вправо на 90 градусов.

должны быть чистыми.

г) Этой же салфеткой протрите внутреннюю часть монетопровода (находится
над монетоприемником).

д) После этого верните панель на место, обратите внимание — панель должна
плотно прилегать к корпусу монетоприемника.

Неисправности купюроприемника

Не принимает купюры
1. Необходимо проверить, не переполнен ли купюроприемник банкнотами, далее – надежно ли подключен купюроприемник (возможно, причиной ошибки является отсутствие контакта в разъеме).

2. Если все в порядке, проверьте, не застряла ли в механизме купюра или посторонний предмет. Купюроприемник состоит из двух основных частей: валидатора (устройство с датчиками для распознавания купюр) и стекера (контейнера для хранения купюр). Обе эти части аккуратно снимаются и проверяются на наличие застрявшей в них или между ними банкноты.

Вытягивайте замятую купюру очень медленно и осторожно, иначе оторвавшиеся кусочки бумаги могут остаться в купюроприемнике.

3. Частое зажевывание купюр и проблемы с их распознаванием могут быть вызваны загрязнением датчиков. Для их очистки пользуйтесь картинкой-схемой, приведенной в Инструкции пользователя (раздел «Устранение неполадок: Неисправность купюроприемника»).
Купюроприемник не принимает купюры, зеленые «глазки» спереди не светятся
При этом на дисплее появляется надпись «Нет сдачи» и «Платите монетами». Загрузите сдачу монетами в монетоприемник, вход через меню, пункт «Загрузить сдачу», при загрузке на счетчике отобразится сумма загруженной сдачи (должно быть не менее 150-200руб.). Первые три монеты в каждой трубе не считаются — особенность монетоприемника. После загрузки сдачи, и при отсутствии в автомате какой-либо ошибки (отсутствует надпись на дисплее «Автомат не работает»), купюроприемник включится в работу.

Если купюроприемник не включился в работу, обратите внимание на таблицу на денежном боксе и зеленый светодиод под ним. По миганию светодиода можно определить неисправность купюроприемника (см. «Значения сигналов информационного светодиода» ниже).

Для устранения замятия необходимо вынуть блок с датчиками (см. фото), снять бокс для купюр и аккуратно удалить застрявшую купюру.

При ошибке сенсоров возможно попадание посторонних предметов (монет, спичек, этикеток и т. п.) в приемную часть устройства. Сняв блок с датчиками, удалите все посторонние предметы. Возможно также загрязнение датчиков и направляющих, для очистки используйте мягкие, слегка увлажненные салфетки без моющих средств.

При ошибках двигателя, укладчика, как правило, выходят из строя ведущие шестерни (слышен громкий звук при работе). Возможна их замена, как самостоятельно, так и в тех. центре.

Значения сигналов информационного светодиода
Информационный светодиод расположен на задней панели купюроприемника.
Если светодиод горит ровно, это значит, что купюроприемник работает нормально. Если же светодиод мигает, то по количеству и последовательности миганий можно определить тип неисправности купюроприемника.

1 раз. В купюроприемнике застряла купюра.

2 раза. Работа купюроприемника заблокирована из-за ошибки аппарата (сообщение об ошибке выводится на дисплее).
Необходимо устранить ошибку, проверить настройки автомата, перезаперезапустить аппарат.

3 раза. Проблема с основным оптическим датчиком купюроприемника.

Извлеките блок оптических датчиков из купюроприемника, проверьте на присутствие посторонних предметов. Проведите профилактическую чистку купюроприемника. После этого верните блок датчиков на место и перезапустите аппарат.

3 раза + 1. Проблема с дополнительным оптическим датчиком купюроприемника.
Извлеките блок оптических датчиков из купюроприемника, проверьте на присутствие посторонних предметов. Проведите профилактическую чистку купюроприемника. После этого верните блок датчиков на место и перезапустите аппарат.

3 раза + 2. Неисправность устройства против несанкционирования изъятия купюры после ее введения в купюроприемник («нож против рыбаков»).
Необходимо осмотреть устройство на предмет повреждений или посторонних предметов, перезапустить аппарат.

4 раза. Сбой купюроприемника мог произойти при попытке вытащить купюру.
Необходимо перезапустить аппарат.

5 раз. Снята кассета купюроукладчика.
Необходимо установить кассету на место.

6 раз. Заполнение кассеты купюроукладчика, неполадки с двигателем купюроукладчика.
Необходимо изъять купюры из кассеты купюроукладчика и перезапустить аппарат.

7 раз. Неполадки основного двигателя.
Необходимо перезапустить аппарат.

Если информационный светодиод не горит, это свидетельствует об отсутсвии электропитания. В этом случае необходимо проверить подсоединение проводов купюроприемника, а также подключение автомата к электросети.

Проблемы с водой

Вода очень холодная или слишком теплая
Причина в неправильной настройке регулятора температуры охлаждающей жидкости. Для контроля температуры использовать погружной термометр, удобнее электронный. Рабочая температура охлаждающей жидкости — 4-5 градусов Цельсия.

Регулятор температуры находится сзади на правой боковой стенке. Для уменьшения температуры повернуть ручку по часовой стрелке, для уменьшения — против (см. фото). При включенном сатураторе, показания термометра изменятся в течение 3-5 минут.

Если вода комнатной температуры и регулировка не помогает, скорее всего неисправен компрессор системы охлаждения. Обратитесь в тех.поддержку для консультации.
Вода недостаточно газированная
Оптимальными условиями для газирования воды являются температура воды 4-5 градусов и давление углекислого газа 0.4-0,42МПа. При понижении температуры до 3 градусов и увеличении давления до 0,45МПа Вы получите максимальное газирование.

Использование разных видов сиропов может сильно влиять на остаточное газирование напитка в стакане (ослаблять), поскольку часть газа уходит на пенообразование. После включения автомата в работу (первый пуск, замена баллона), нормально газированные напитки будут выдаваться через 1-1,5 часа.
Мало воды наливается в стакан
Причиной может быть засорение дроссельной заслонки в канале подачи воды. Для очистки, достаточно повернуть регулировочный винт (см. фото) на один оборот против часовой стрелки, затем налить напиток.

Если стакан будет переливаться водой, верните регулировочный винт на прежнее место (один оборот по часовой стрелке). В противном случае, поверните регулировочный винт еще на несколько оборотов против часовой стрелки и налейте подряд несколько напитков. Затем настройте, вращением регулировочного винта, необходимый уровень налива напитка в стакане.
Вода течет постоянно, при отключении автомата от электросети течь прекращает
Отсутствие или некачественное заземление питающей розетки 220В. Выньте вилку питания автомата из розетки, разверните на 180градусов и вновь вставьте в розетку. Проверьте автомат, если течь не устранилась, позвоните в техподдержку.
Вода течет постоянно, при отключении автомата от электросети течь не прекращает
Причина — засорение или дефект клапана газированной воды. Для устранения неисправности, разъедините 3-х проводный разъем, выходящий (слева, сзади) из сатуратора (см. фото). Подключите к нему кабель для слива воды из карбонизатора (входит в комплектацию автомата). Несколько раз воткните вилку кабеля в розетку 220В для промывки клапана, если эти действия не помогли в решении проблемы, обратитесь в службу техподдержки. Возможное решение — снятие и разборка клапана.
Вода не течет, при наливе напитка выходит только газ
Причина — образование воздушной пробки в помпе высокого давления, отсутствие воды в карбонизаторе. Способ устранения см. выше.

Проблемы с углекислым газом

Быстро заканчивается газ в баллоне, слышно постороннее шипение
Заправленного 10л баллона с углекислым газом хватает, примерно, на газирование и налив 3000 стаканов. Если эта цифра значительно меньше, возможна утечка газа из системы. Для проверки системы понадобится влажная губка с пеной из любого моющего средства. Необходимо пройтись пеной по всем соединениям газовой магистрали, образование пузырей укажет на место утечки газа (см. фото).
Неприятный металлический привкус у напитков
Возможен из-за используемого газа. Углекислый газ производится двух видов — технический и пищевой (более очищенный). При заправке обращайте на это внимание. Так же привкус у напитков появляется, если автоматом редко пользуются. Газированная вода в карбонизаторе «застаивается», но после налива нескольких стаканов, эта проблема уходит.

Проблемы с рукой выдачи напитка

Автомат выключается из-за ошибки руки выдачи
Если рука остается в положении налива напитка, причиной может быть задевание за нишу выдачи напитка или сильное трение о верхнюю часть кронштейна крепления руки, при наличии там пыли, грязи, сиропов(см. фото поз.2,3), неисправность редуктора перемещения руки, неисправность концевых датчиков. В этом случае необходимо проверить, чтобы рука при движении вперед-назад двигалась свободно (в меню пункт «Устройства» вер. 2.00), очистить все поверхности от загрязнений, обратить внимание на зазор между металлической плоскостью кронштейна и пластиковой направляющей (должен быть 1-2мм), проверить зазор при входе руки в нишу выдачи напитка, попробовать налить напиток с открытой дверью, проследить за перемещением руки.

При остановке руки в одном из крайних положений с последующим отключением автомата по ошибке руки, необходимо проверить концевые выключатели. Снимите защитную крышку (см. фото поз.1), нажмите на лапку выключателя, должен быть слышен щелчок, проверьте клеммы с проводами — они должны быть подключены и сниматься с небольшим усилием.

Остановка руки в дежурном положении так же возможна при неправильном выпадении стакана из диспенсера выдачи стаканов и зажатии его рукой или при наличии постороннего предмета в нише выдачи напитка.

При наливе напитка, если рука встречает на своем пути препятствие, она останавливается, затем возвращается назад, далее делается еще 2 попытки, если они неудачны — выдается сдача и автомат переводится в состояние ошибки. В новой прошивке автомата версии 2.00, после такого цикла движений, автомат через определенное время будет включаться в работу. При следующей удачной попытке налива напитка, автомат продолжит работу, при 2 неудачных циклах — отключится.

Проблемы с диспенсером выдачи стаканов

Трубы со стаканами не крутятся, слышен скрежет, стаканы не зажаты
Возможная причина, это неисправность шестерен в мотор-редукторе, вращающем трубы со стаканами. Эта неисправность возникает при вращении труб руками для позиционирования диспенсера или после частого заклинивания стаканов в трубах.

Для нормальной работы диспенсера никогда не пытайтесь вращать трубы руками. Если, при загрузке стаканов, они сразу не попали в окно выдачи, оставьте их в таком положении — при включении автомата трубы начнут вращатся и встанут на место.

Проверьте, правильно ли расположены рычаги, удерживающие трубы (см. фото), 1 поз. должны почти касаться плоскости, 2 поз. должен обхватывать одну из труб, свободно отгибаться. Если нет, то приподнимите за нижнюю часть все трубы и установите вновь (см. фото).

Для решения этой проблемы необходимо заменить шестерни привода самостоятельно или обратиться в тех. поддержку.
Трубы со стаканами не крутятся, слышен скрежет, стаканы зажаты в трубе над окном выдачи
Основной причиной является несрабатывание датчика труб, который включается рычагом (см. фото). К этому приводит неправильная установка труб (описано выше), недостаточное заполнение труб стаканами (менее 30 шт.), установка автомата под наклоном от вертикали, сдвиг труб при резком закрывании двери и т. п.. Для устранения необходимо вынуть трубу, в которой застряли стаканы, убрать стаканы до освобождения механизма от заклинивания, перезапустить автомат. После включения, диспенсер автоматически установит трубы в правильное положение.

В версии прошивки 2.00 проверить и установить диспенсер, выдать стакан, можно будет из меню, пункт «Устройства».
Диспенсер не выдает стаканы, выдает по два, заминает стаканы
Причина может быть в использовании нестандартных стаканов. Диспенсеры выдачи стаканов, стоящие в автоматах, рассчитаны на использование, так называемых, вендинговых стаканов (см. фото). Эти стаканы, в отличии от обычных пластиковых одноразовых, отличаются более плотным корпусом, наличием антистатического внутреннего покрытия и жестким верхним ободом, специально загнутым. При укладке в стопку, между стаканами остается расстояние, позволяющее устройствам выдачи, эффективно выдавать их по одному. Верхний диметр стакана — 70 — 70,3 мм. Стаканы производятся под брендом Flo, Dopla и др.

Если автомат в момент выдачи стакана, уходит в ошибку, не выдав стакан, причиной неисправности может быть выход из строя силовой платы. Для консультации обратитесь в службу тех. поддержки.

Проблемы при использовании сиропов

Плохо смешивается с водой
Причинами могут быть неправильная настройка напитка с этим сиропом, слишком холодная вода, высокая вязкость сиропа.

В настройках напитка есть параметр (вкл. сиропного насоса -2, -1, одновременно, +1, +2), который позволяет установить момент включение сиропного насоса по отношению к включению клапана газированной воды, раньше на 2сек., на 1сек., одновременно, позже на 1сек., на 2сек.. Этими настройками можно получить различные способы смешивания сиропа и воды.

Например, сначала сироп, потом вода; сироп и вода одновременно; сначала вода, потом сироп, далее опять вода.

Попробовав несколько способов, можно выбрать оптимальный.

При очень холодной воде (ниже 3 градусов) смешивание сиропа с водой ухудшается (см. пункт «Проблемы водой»).

Сиропы для оптимального смешивания должны иметь определенную вязкость, «густые» сиропы больше подходят для приготовления горячих напитков. Если же Вы решили использовать такой сироп для холодных напитков, его необходимо будет предварительно разбавить до нужной вязкости.
Образуется много пены
Причинами могут быть используемые сиропы (есть сиропы с большим пенообразованием, причем сиропы могут иметь одно название, но быть от разных производителей, соответственно одни будут пенится, другие нет), напиток наливается с большой скоростью, вода сильно газированная или автомат редко используется.

Регулировка скорости (потока) налива подробно описана в пункте «Мало воды наливается в стакан», только необходимо вращать регулятор на дросселе по часовой стрелке, тем самым уменьшая поток воды, затем в меню необходимо увеличить время налива напитка.

Газирование воды описано в пункте «Вода недостаточно газированная».

Если автомат долго простаивает без слива газированной воды, при наливе нескольких первых стаканов возможно обильное пенообразование.
Газированная вода подкрашивается цветом одного из сиропов
Для устранения данной проблемы, попробуйте увеличить время промывания системы налива напитков чистой газированной водой. Установите в меню (пункт «Напитки», подпункт «Время сиропа») включение сиропного насоса с задержкой 2секунды (поставить значение «-2»). Это позволит эффективнее удалять остатки сиропа из шлангов налива.

Не помогает установка для сиропного насоса, подогните подставку смесителя вверх (см. фото) как можно выше. Обратите внимание, при чрезмерном загибе возможно задевание смесителя за диспенсер выдачи стаканов при закрывании двери.

Если проблема не решилась, возможно поможет замена силиконовых шлангов подачи сиропа на жесткие пластиковые трубки. Обратитесь за консультацией в тех. поддержку.

Проблемы с селектором выбора бутылей

Cелектор не вращается, вода забирается только из одной бутыли или вообще не забирается ни из одной бутыли
Причина в неправильной установке параметра «Количество бутылей» в меню автомата. В данном пункте необходимо установить количество, используемых бутылей. При перезапуске аппарата автоматически выбирается первая бутыль для забора воды, далее, указанное в меню, количество.
Cелектор вращается, вода забирается не из всех бутылей
Причина в неправильной установке шлангов в бутыли (если Вы используете менее 4-х бутылей). При замене бутылей соблюдайте очередность установки всасывающих шлангов в бутыли с водой. Шланги используются разной длинны, короткий для 1-ой бутыли, средние — для 2-ой и 3-ей бутыли, длинный для 4-ой (см. фото).
Селектор вращается, вода в расходный бак не набирается
Причинами могут быть: перекручивание шлангов забора воды, подсасывание воздуха помпой подкачки воды из — за негерметичности прокладок в селекторе, неисправность помпы подкачки воды.

Необходимо проверить шланги, вставленные в бутыли, они не должны быть перегнуты или скручены. Проверить также соединительный шланг от селектора к помпе подкачки воды, для этого необходимо снять защитный кожух с селектора (см. фото).

При исправности шлангов подачи воды, подтяните регулировочный винт на селекторе, до упора по часовой стрелке. Если это не помогло, отверните регулировочный винт селектора до конца, снимите пружину и растяните ее по длине, затем установите все компоненты на место.

Для устранения негерметичности внутри селектора потребуется его разборка, для консультации обратитесь в службу тех. поддержки.

При отсутствии характерного звука работы помпы подкачки воды, убедитесь, что кроме ошибки «Нет воды» на аппарате нет каких-либо других ошибок. При наличии ошибок, «Переполнение ведра отходов», ошибок диспенсера выдачи стаканов и т.п., помпа подкачки воды может быть заблокирована автоматикой аппарата. Устраните все попутные ошибки, затем попробуйте перезапустить аппарат. При неудачной попытке обратитесь в службу тех. поддержки.

Как смазывать перистальческие насосы? Где взять смазку (название, производитель)?
Долговечная работа перистальтических сиропных насосов зависит от наличия смазки на движущихся частях – внутренней трубке и прижимных роликах.

Для того, чтобы смазать насос, нужно открыть его переднюю (прозрачную) панель, чтобы получить доступ к внутренней трубке. Она (панель), не прикручена и держится на клипсах.
Смазка наносится на внутреннюю трубку и ролики.

Для смазывания подойдет любая силиконовая смазка в виде жидкости или спрея. Спреем более удобно смазывать, и расход смазки меньше.
Воздух в помпе сатуратора
Данная проблема может возникать при неисправности помпы подкачки воды, датчика уровня воды, селектора выбора бутылей, перекручивания или передавливания шлангов подачи воды, а также из-за обрыва шлангов. При данной неисправности первоначально в стакан наливается сироп с большим количеством пены, в дальнейшем только сироп и будет слышно шипение выходящего углекислого газа. Это приводит к невозможности налива напитка.
Для устранения проблемы необходимо выполнить следующие действия:
1. Выключить аппарат, отключить все автоматы на 220 Вольт;
2. Перекрыть редуктором на баллоне с СО2 подачу газа в сатуратор;
3. Теперь необходимо стравить газ из системы;

a) первый способ: снять верхнюю крышку сатуратора (2 винта), найти на
карбонизаторе (см. фото ниже) кольцо
предохранительного клапана и, слегка потянув за него, стравить давление.

б) второй способ, не снимая верхнюю крышку: разъединить разъем на 3-х проводном кабеле, находящемся слева от сатуратора (см. фото) (ВАЖНО: будьте
внимательны, там 2 разъема, использовать надо только тот, в котором три
провода) и подключить к нему белый шнур с вилкой и разъемом на концах
(поставляется с аппаратом). Вилку необходимо вставить в розетку 220 Вольт.

У Вас включится клапан газ.воды, выльется часть воды и стравится
углекислый газ;

4. Включите автоматы на 220 Вольт №0, 2, 3, накачайте воду в расходный бачек до
отключения помпы подкачки воды;

5. Посмотрите на трубку подвода воды (дальняя с левой стороны сатуратора),
если она не заполнилась водой, выньте ее из фитинга, стравите воздух,
вставьте на место;

6. Включите автомат на 220 Вольт №1, у Вас включится помпа высокого давления,
затем помпа подкачки воды из бутыли. Контролируйте уровень воды в
расходном бачке. При минимальном уровне отключите автомат на 220 Вольт №1,
дождитесь, чтобы уровень в бачке поднялся. Включите автомат на 220 Вольт №1.

Возможно, потребуется провести эти действия несколько раз.

7. Eсли вода из расширительного бачка не будет убывать при работе помпы
высокого давления, повторите действия с начального пункта.
