Replaced code returned, this time noticed wastegate would move the second engine started. So pulled intake again and found the vacuum solenoid always bleeding vacuum. Now I did find the purge valve and vacuum valve is same connector and wiring, but there is obviously more slack for the vacuum valve unless not in its bracket you can’t mess it up. Only reason I checked is an old Honda got me once. But the info may be important. Now new vacuum valve all would work correctly with handheld pump and scan tool. All finally was well. Basically every one of these things, along with boost sensor which is also the baro sensor. Back pressure, intake leaks, faulty turbo. Can cause this code.
