Вощем начало банальное.
Пришло сие гуано, с диагнозом «Не работает» (как обычно сос слов клиента).
Включаю, ага вот оно: «Е» и «Встряхните картр. с тонером».
С такой хней встретился в первый раз… Погуглил… Нету… Второй раз погуглил.. На СК гонево про левый тонер и бла-бла-бла…
Похер начнем сами.
Открыл крышку драма… Опа… А бункер отработки где… Позвонил… к вечеру привезли…
18:00, пора домой…
Пришел утром… Поставил бункер..
Та же ошибка…
Снимает бункер тонера, тонер высыпаем, смотрим как работают мешалки, как шнек подачи подает тонер…
Высыпается из положенного отверстия.
Ога… Все обратно, снимаем узел ФБ…
Ой пля… А чей то он не крутится, все разбираем, смотрим, чистим… Ога поехало, обратно все собрать — поставить…
Плеат.. та же ошибка..
Снимем заднюю крышку, проверить как двигателя работают… Ога, черная хня которая закрывает полусектор привода шнека, не вращается, муфта проворачивается… Вот то место на фото..
Снимаю полностью привод (как все делал, не снял к сожалению, фото того что именнно надо смотреть ниже),
чищу, муфту полностью разбираю, промываю изопропанолом от смазки родной, чуть смазываю фьюзеркой риковской (я ее все мажу
), собираю, возвращаю все на место…
Уряяя, ошибка пропала…
При старте пишет что тонер неизвеснтый но выходит в готовность… Делаем копию… Плеан что это лист напротив ФБ встает в гармошку…
Ивоюж мать… Снимаю опять привод, и смотрю уже трехлепистковый привод уже ФБ…
Уже матов нету, он на валу провернулся…
Засверливаю вал… вставляю поперек вала в отверстие кусок проволоки, в самом приводе (пластмассовом делаю канавки, и все собираю на место… Уффф.
Все поехало… 50 листов… полет нормальный… 250 листов… Полет нормальный…
Делаю распечатку системы и копию… Чуть более 98 тыс. копий…
Да… так уговнякать аппарат миллионник надо уметь…
Ну что сказать люди с высшим юридическим не умеют думать… Мое мнение…
Короче как то таг… Сумбурно… Но может кому то поможет…

Также появляется сообщение необходимости обслуживания. После устранения проблемы, ошибку можно сбросить тумблером питания, выключив и включив аппарат.
При обнаружении неисправности дополнительного устройства (ошибки C8170, C8180, C8190, C8210)* производится частичная блокировка функциональности аппарата. После устранения неисправности ошибку можно сбросить в сервисном режиме U906.
Ошибки узла закрепления изображения (печные ошибки) C6###, после устранения неисправности и в целях безопасности, сбрасываются только в сервисном режиме U163.
