What is Native Error Code = 5701 error?
The Native Error Code = 5701 error is the Hexadecimal format of the error caused. This is common error code format used by windows and other windows compatible software and driver vendors.
This code is used by the vendor to identify the error caused. This Native Error Code = 5701 error code has a numeric error number and a technical description. In some cases the error may have more parameters in Native Error Code = 5701 format .This additional hexadecimal code are the address of the memory locations where the instruction(s) was loaded at the time of the error.
What causes Native Error Code = 5701 error?
The Native Error Code = 5701 error may be caused by windows system files damage. The corrupted system files entries can be a real threat to the well being of your computer.
There can be many events which may have resulted in the system files errors. An incomplete installation, an incomplete uninstall, improper deletion of applications or hardware. It can also be caused if your computer is recovered from a virus or adware/spyware
attack or by an improper shutdown of the computer. All the above actives
may result in the deletion or corruption of the entries in the windows
system files. This corrupted system file will lead to the missing and wrongly
linked information and files needed for the proper working of the
application.
How to easily fix Native Error Code = 5701 error?
There are two (2) ways to fix Native Error Code = 5701 Error:
Advanced Computer User Solution (manual update):
1) Start your computer and log on as an administrator.
2) Click the Start button then select All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then click System Restore.
3) In the new window, select «Restore my computer to an earlier time» option and then click Next.
4) Select the most recent system restore point from the «On this list, click a restore point» list, and then click Next.
5) Click Next on the confirmation window.
6) Restarts the computer when the restoration is finished.
Novice Computer User Solution (completely automated):
1) Download (Native Error Code = 5701) repair utility.
2) Install program and click Scan button.
3) Click the Fix Errors button when scan is completed.
4) Restart your computer.

Guys,
Hope you can help. I am getting an unknown error code :5701 and 5703 in my sft-server.log file (errorlevel 5).
The appv server is running fine.I checked and changed the loglevel to 5, because I got a message in the event viewer «Create record failed with error [1]». This prompted me to change to more detailed log view.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this error? I’ve checked with several other internet sources, but none offered a solution. I am now wondering if this was by design?

I believe that this is a fan problem.You must make sure that the fan is working.Should the fan be defective this is a part no to order.Fan RK2-4255-000.

That is a main fan failure, does the fan rotate? What did you discuss with Tech Support and what did they suggest you try?If the fan does not rotate then either the fan is bad or the DC controller is bad. Have you tried another fan? Part number RK2-8068-000CN

I appreciate the information. Your post was a big help in making a decision to return this NEW HP printer to the store. I will not be replacing any parts since it has only been in use at our office for a few weeks. Very disappointed in this product!!!

Had you stated that it was under warranty and that new I would have suggested returning it and not a repair option. We see the odd out of box failure, these devices are often shipped long distances and handling can be rough. We see very few out of box failures on printers.

1. Error code definition
Outside humidity sensor fault
2. Error definition and error detection method
Humidity sensor fault or built-in temperature sensor fault
3. Cause, check method and remedy
1) Check the connector CN22 on the circuit board for proper connection.
2) Check the outside humidity sensor and relay cable for proper connection.
3) Check the output voltage across 2P and 4P of the humidity sensor (CN22).
Conversion of relative humidity to humidity sensor output voltage
20%RH: 1. 2 V or below
40%RH: 1.7V
60%RH: 2.2V
80%RH: 2.7V
Replace the outside humidity sensor if there is a large discrepancy between ambient humidity and the humidity temperature
sensor output voltage.
4) Disconnect the connector CN22 on the circuit board, and check the resistance between 3P and 4P (thermistor resistance of
the built-in temperature sensor)
Conversion of temperature to sensor resistance
0°C: 169kΩ
20°C: 63kΩ
40°C:26kΩ
Replace the outside humidity sensor if there is a large discrepancy between ambient temperature and thermistor resistance.
→ If replacing the sensor does not resolve the problem, resolve the circuit board.

The life of the humidity sensor has expired, and humidity cannot be detected correctly.
3. Cause, check method and remedy
1) Replace the outside humidity sensor.
After replacing the outside humidity sensor, press and hold the maintenance reset switch (SW22) for 5 seconds or longer until
the maintenance reset indication LED2 (green) starts blinking.
→ If replacing the sensor does not resolve the problem, resolve the circuit board.

Detection of the disconnected float switch (open-phase condition) during operation
3. Cause, check method and remedy
(1) CN4F disconnection or contact failure
Check for disconnection of the connector (CN4F) on the indoor unit control board.

- Осмотрите провода на наличие физических повреждений. Кабель выполняет передачу данных между компьютером и принтером, поэтому важно, чтобы он не только был подключен, но и находился полностью в исправном состоянии.
- Кроме этого советуем проверить, не закончилась ли бумага или не зажевало ли ее внутри механизма оборудования. Вытащить лист А4 вам поможет инструкция, которая прилагается в комплекте с продукцией.

Если приведенные советы ничем не помогли, переходите к осуществлению следующих методов решения «Ошибка печати» при использовании периферии компании HP.
Способ 1: Проверка принтера
В первую очередь советуем проверить отображение и конфигурацию оборудования в меню «Устройства и принтеры». От вас потребуется произвести всего несколько действий:
- Через меню «Панель управления» и переместитесь в «Устройства и принтеры».
- Убедитесь, что устройство не подсвечивается серым цветом, после чего нажмите на нем ПКМ и кликните на пункт «Использовать по умолчанию».
- Кроме этого рекомендуется проверить параметры передачи данных. Зайдите в меню «Свойства принтера».
- Здесь вас интересует вкладка «Порты».
- Отметьте галочкой пункт «Разрешить двусторонний обмен данными» и не забудьте применить изменения.
По окончании процесса рекомендуется перезагрузить ПК и переподключить оборудование, чтобы все изменения точно стали активными.
Способ 2: Разблокирование процедуры печати
Иногда происходят скачки напряжения или различные системные сбои, вследствие чего периферия и ПК перестают нормально выполнять определенные функции. По таким причинам и может возникать ошибка печати. В таком случае вам следует проделать следующие манипуляции:
- Снова перейдите в «Устройства и принтеры», где правым кликом мыши на активном оборудовании выберите пункт «Просмотр очереди печати».
- Нажмите ПКМ на документ и укажите «Отменить». Повторите это со всеми присутствующими файлами. Если процесс по каким-либо причинам не отменяется, советуем ознакомиться с материалом по ссылке ниже, чтобы осуществить эту процедуру одним из других доступных методов.
- Вернитесь в «Панель управления».
- В ней откройте категорию «Администрирование».
- Здесь вас интересует строка «Службы».
- В списке отыщите «Диспетчер печати» и дважды нажмите на нем ЛКМ.
- В «Свойства» обратите внимание на вкладку «Общие», где убедитесь, что тип запуска стоит «Автоматический», после чего следует остановить службу и применить настройки.
- Закройте окно, запустите «Мой компьютер», переместитесь по следующему адресу:
C:WindowsSystem32SpoolPRINTERS
- Удалите все присутствующие файлы в папке.

Осталось только выключить продукт компании HP, отключить его от питания, дать так постоять примерно минуту. После этого перезагрузите ПК, соедините оборудование и повторите процесс печати.
Способ 3: Отключение брандмауэра Windows
Иногда защитник Windows блокирует отправленные данных с компьютера на устройство. Связано это может быть с некорректной работой брандмауэра или различными системными сбоями. Способ 4: Переключение учетной записи пользователя
Рассматриваемая проблема порой возникает тогда, когда попытка отправки в печать производится не с той учетной записи пользователя Windows, с которой происходило добавление периферии. Дело в том, что каждый профиль имеет свои привилегии и ограничения, что приводит к появлению подобного рода неполадок. Способ 5: Восстановление Windows
Часто случается, что ошибки печати связаны с определенными изменениями в операционной системе. Самостоятельно обнаружить их достаточно сложно, однако состояние ОС можно вернуть, откатив все изменения. Способ 6: Переустановка драйвера
Мы поставили этот способ последним, поскольку он требует от пользователя выполнения большого количества различных манипуляций, а также является достаточно сложным для новичков. If you have looked a DEXSQL.LOG file to see the communication between SQL Server and the Microsoft Dynamics GP application, you might have noticed messages with errors 5701 and 5703 being reported. See the example below:

You might wonder if these errors signify a problem. Well, you can relax as they are purely informational and can be ignored. The following comes from Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article 143339:
SQL Server always issues at least two informational messages on a successful connection from any ODBC or DB-library client: A 5701 message, indicating which database on the server the user has been logged into, and a 5703 message, indicating what language the server is using.
Applications can simply ignore these 5701 and 5703 messages, they are purely informational.
The default database and language settings are controlled by the Login Properties for the user. From Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, select the [Server] >> Security >> Logins >> [User], right click and select Properties. In the General page, you will find the Default database and Default language settings.
The default database can be overridden using the ODBC (Open DataBase Connectivity) DSN (Data Source Name) setting for Default Database. If a default database is defined at the ODBC level it must be either the DYNAMICS or master database. Using any other database can cause issues, especially if the user does not have access to the database.
