XP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw error 0xc6fd0002
Dear experts, good day. We ran into a problem on XP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw. After numerous head cleanings, the device issued an error 0xc6fd0002 and did not give anything else, neither print nor clean the head. Tell me who has encountered such a problem.

Why change it if you can restore it? Hasn’t anyone tried to deal with the electrical part? What factors make the head go into error? Or are you so borates that you would change your head for $ 600 (for Russia, this is a lot of money).

You cannot repair the printhead. You must replace.

Maybe in North Korolina they completely change the node that is out of order, but in Russia they first try to find and replace the burnt element, and if it is not possible to replace the element, then they change the node. Toss it in the bin and go buy a new printer. This is a well documented issue on early pagewide products and not worth your time.

then please turn off the printer, disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet, wait for 30 seconds, connect the power cable to the wall outlet, turn on the printer and then check the results.
If the issue persits then it could be an issue with the printbar, either you can contact the HP Technicial Support or Authorized service center.

HP Officejet Pro X — серия струйных принтеров/МФУ с настолько широкой, что аж неподвижной печатающей головкой
0xc6fd0002. повреждена печатающая головка. обратитесь к HP.
сталкивался кто с таким?
