  • Hello,
    I’ve installed windows 7 beta x64 a few minutes ago and I tried to activate it, but activation fails with the following error code: 0X8004FE2F

    From googling around, I found 1 person who had the same problem and that it might be related to an automatic proxy configuration script. Indeed, the PC is behind a corporate proxy and uses an automatic configuration script (.pac file) to access the internet. I tried several manual proxy configuration within IE or with «netsh winhttp set proxy» … but nothing helped … I keep getting this error, activation is impossible.

    As an additional info, we don’t use any authentication on our http proxies!

    1) Anyone an idea on how to resolve this issue?
    2) How can I submit bug reports for windows 7?

    The registration tool & the feedback tool (which didn’t work too) try to contact one of these servers below without «user agent» information:

    sls.microsoft.com
    wer.microsoft.com
    connect.microsoft.com

    Our proxies block traffic that does not contain user agent information, they had to allow these packets to the 3 sites.
    Now everything works.

Если при активации Windows 7 вы получаете сообщение с ошибкой 0x8004FE2F, то это ошибка скорее всего связана с настройками доступа в Интернет. Если у вас Интернет работает через прокси-сервер, то убедитесь, что в свойствах браузера прописан ip адрес и порт вашего прокси-сервера (смотрите рисунок 1 цифра 2). Для этого зайдите в «Панель управления», потом выберите «Свойства браузера». В «Свойства браузера» выберите вкладку «Подключения», нажмите кнопку «Настройка сети». В разделе «Автоматическая настройка» убедитесь, чтобы все опции были отключены (смотрите рисунок 1 цифра 1).

Так же в дополнительных настройках
брандмауэра необходимо включить все
правила для входящих и исходящих
подключений. Для этого зайдите в «Панель
управления», выберите «Брандмауэр
Windows», нажмите ссылку
«Дополнительные параметры».

Также можно
выполнить команду gpupdate /force
в командной
строке Windows
для принудительного
применения политик домена.

При активации Windows Server 2008 возникает ошибка 0x8007232B — DNS name does not exist. Причина может быть в том, что неправильно указаны сетевые настройки DNS, либо не прописан прокси-сервер (если выход в интернет производится через него). Настроив правильно DNS…

Получаем следующую ошибку 0x8004FE2F. По сути она говорит о том, что невозможно получить доступ к интернет-серверам для прохождения активации. Причины могут быть разные:

  • брандмауэр (firewall) блокирует эти сайты;
  • если выход осуществляется через прокси, то в Internet Explorer не указан прокси-сервер;
  • произошёл сбой в работе сети или кончился трафик (у меня такое было).

Несколько подробно об этих причинах.

Если брандмауэр блокирует доступ к этим сайтам, то их нужно внести в белый список. Проблема не в том, как это сделать, а какие сайты добавлять. В базе знаний в статье 921471 указаны эти адреса:

Если выход осуществляется через прокси-сервер. Если ваша редакция x64, то прописать прокси-сервер следует в обоих версиях (x86 и x64) Internet Explorer!

И если выше сказанное не помогает, то скорее всего проблема в работе сети. Необходимо напрямую в обозревателе (браузере) открыть вышеприведённые сайты и убедится, что к ним имеется доступ.

  • I have seen other threads about this topic, but with no working solution for me.

    With that said, I’m running Windows 7 and I’ve been using Office Professional Plus 2010 for many weeks now, and out of the blue… I was told that my product needed to be activated.

    Everytime I go to do so though, I get this error:

    I’ve used the original key that I got when I first installed, and I’ve also used the key found

    I’ve also tried fully restarting my computer, thinking that might help, but with no success.

    Has anybody else had an experience with this or know how to solve this?

  • Hi,

    Based on my research, this issue might be related to some third-party programs’ conflicts, or some proxy or IE settings.

    First, please disable the third-party firewall programs on your computer, such as McAfee, Norton.

    Second, please check the proxy settings in the IE: Click
    Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings.

Если у Вас уже был активировал Windows 7 каким-либо способом, к примеру был куплен ПК с уже лицензионной Windows, либо Вы сами активировали систему лицензионным ключом, или воспользовались программой-акиватором, кряком (Что мы настоятельно не рекомендуем делать! т.к это не законно, во вторых кряки не решат проблему с переодической поломкой активации).

Что будет если не активировать Windows 7?

— При включении компьютера и запуске системы у Вас появится окно с предложением активации, вручную закрыть его нельзя, нужно ждать 20 секунд, тогда оно закроется само.
— Фон рабочего стола станет черным с предупреждением в правом нижнем углу, что система не является подлинной. При смене фона рабочего стола — он снова будет меняться на черный через 20 минут.
— Периодически в случайном временном порядке будет выходить окно с просьбой активироваться, все другие окна и приложения при этом будут сворачиваться, либо будет отображаться поверх всех окон.
— Перезагрузка каждый час в редакциях Standard и Ultimate.

Итак, рассмотрим наконец причины почему слетела активация Windows 7 и как их исправить. Причин может быть несколько, рассмотрим их по порядку.

1) Проблема в установленном патче kb971033, полученным из центра обновления Windows, в центре загрузки обновлений он может называться WAT Update. Чтобы устранить данную проблему с этим патчем, необходимо удалить это обновление. Для этого нужно зайти в Панель управления => Программы и компоненты => В области слева найдите графу «Установленные обновления» => Найдите там kb971033, либо WAT Update — эти патчи нужно удалить. => Ок и дождитесь окончания удаления.

Либо это можно сделать через командную строку. Через поиск в пуске введите CMD => Запуск от имени администратора. В окне командной строки введите: wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:971033.

Перезагрузите ПК.

2) Второй способ разберем, если у Вас был уже OEM ключ(лицензия на наклейке), который поставлялся вместе с компьютером из завода. Или Вы приобретали Ваш ключ как-то отдельно, причиной может быть ошибка обновления 0x8004FE21. Данное решение так же может Вам помочь:

— Через поиск в пуске введите CMD => Запуск от имени администратора. (Далее после каждой введенной команды нажимайте Enter на клавиатуре)

— Введите команду Slmgr /rearm. Перезагрузку не делаем.
— Следующая команда: Wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:971033. Перезагрузку не делаем.
— Далее: Sfc /scannow. Перезагрузку не делаем.
— Далее: net stop sppsvc, если запросит подтверждение, вводим «Yes».
— Далее: cd %windir%ServiceProfilesNetworkServiceAppDataRoamingMicrosoftSoftwareProtectionPlatform
— Далее: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
— Далее: cd %windir%system32
— Далее: net start sppsvc

И уже после выполнения этих команд нужно перезагрузить компьютер. После перезагрузки активируйте систему заново, Вашим ключом, который у Вас есть в виде наклейки, или какого-либо другого носителя. Данная проблема может проявляться в системах, которые расположены в сетях защищенных Forefront TMG 2010, причем правило доступа требует аутентификации трафика. Активация Windows зависит от WinHTTP, причем по умолчанию WinHTTP трафик отправляется как трафик клиента SecureNAT. К сожалению клиенты SecureNAT не могут быть аутентифицированы, поэтому мы и получаем ошибки.

Для решения данной проблемы есть два пути решения. Во первых вы можете настроить WinHTTP непосредственно в Windows на явное использование прокси сервера. Для этого необходимо использовать такую команду:

netsh winhttp set proxy :

Однако данное изменение придется делать на каждой системе, которую вы желаете активировать.

Лучшим вариантом будет создать правило доступа для всех, которое будет пропускать HTTP и HTTPS трафик на ресурсы, необходимые для активации Windows. С помощью консоли управления Forefront TMG 2010 создайте правило доступа, разрешающее HTTP и HTTPS из Internal network в Domain Name Set который будет содержать следующие адреса для all users:

activation.sls.microsoft.com.nsatc.net
go.microsoft.com
*.sls.microsoft.com

Поместите данное правило перед любым другим правилом для HTTP или HTTPS, требующим аутентификацию.

The problem may occur for systems that are located on a network that is protected by a Forefront TMG 2010 firewall, and the access rule that allows the traffic requires authentication. The Windows activation process relies on WinHTTP and by default, WinHTTP communication is sent as SecureNAT client traffic. SecureNAT clients unfortunately cannot be authenticated, so the request fails.

There are two ways resolve this issue. The first is to configure WinHTTP on the Windows system you are trying to activate to use a proxy serverexplicitly. Open an elevated command prompt and enter the following command:

netsh winhttp set proxy <name or IP address of proxy server>:<port>

For example:

netsh winhttp set proxy tmg.richardhicks.net:8080

Instead of making this change to each system you want to activate, an alternative is to create an anonymous access rule on the Forefront TMG 2010 firewall that allows HTTP and HTTPS traffic to those destinations required to activate Windows. Using the Forefront TMG 2010 management console, create an access rule that allows HTTP and HTTPS from the Internal network to a Domain Name Set that contains the following destinations for all users:

activation.sls.microsoft.com.nsatc.net
go.microsoft.com
*.sls.microsoft.com

Make sure this rule is placed before any other rules for HTTP or HTTPS that require authentication.

Once configured, activating Windows should work without issue.
