I suggest you remove all the cartridges and put one cartridge and check which cartridge is causing the problem.

Make sure the carriage is moving freely.

I suggest you do a Hard Reset

(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.

(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.

(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.

Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I see that the printer is in an error state, follow the steps below-

Step 1: Reset the printer

Resetting the printer can sometimes resolve this error.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

note:

HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

If the error persists, continue to the next step.

Step 2: Remove, inspect, and then reseat the printheads

The printer might display an error if the printheads are not correctly installed. Perform the following steps only for the printhead indicated on the printer control panel.

Turn on the printer.
Make sure plain paper is loaded in the input tray.
Make sure all ink tanks are at least half full.
Open the front door, and then open the printhead access door.
Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
Make sure the printhead carriage latch is closed.
- If the printhead latch is closed, continue with these steps.
- If the printhead latch is open, push down on the latch to close it, close the front door, and then try to print. If the error persists, continue with these steps.
Push down on the carriage latch to unlock it.
Press down on the printhead to release it, pull it out of its slot, and then set it aside on a protected surface, such as a sheet of paper.

caution:

To prevent ink from leaking or transferring, hold the printhead by the sides and keep the printhead upright at all times.
Make sure the plugs on top of the printhead have been removed.
Make sure the tape from the printhead contacts has been removed.

caution:

Do not touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles. Do not replace the protective tape on the contacts. Handling these parts can result in clogs, ink failure, and bad electrical connections.
Slide the printhead at a slight upward angle into its slot, and then push up on the printhead until it snaps into place.
Repeat the previous steps for the other printhead, only if indicated by the Printhead icon or error message.
Close the carriage latch by pushing it down until it locks into place.
Close the front door.

If you still have issues, it could be a hardware failure.

HP printers are one of the most common printers in the market due to its affordable prices as well as wide range. A user may face some errors while using the HP printer. One of the most common errors in HP Envy 5055, 5020 is 0XC4EB8004. Here is the solution for 0XC4EB8004 hw_micci2_v12 error:

Clear jammed paper from the printer

The error can occur due to paper jams in multiple areas of the printer.

1. Tap OK to clear the paper jam automatically.

2. If the paper jam does not solve then try manually.

3. Disconnect the printer from any source.

4. Take out the output tray.

5. Open the input door and pull out to extend the input tray.

6. Use a flashlight to check paper inside the tray area.

7. Put the input try back in the printer.

8. Set the printer to its normal position.

Раз в неделю просит достать черный картридж. Проблема решается только вытащил картридж и обратно его засунул.

Еще проблема проявляется с копированием, почему-то нажимаешь «копия» сенсор едет до конца планшета и зависает, и так пока из розетки не выключишь (отмена задания не работает, завершение тоже)

Плюсы:	Просто отличные характеристики. Ранее была другая модель HP попроще, полностью устраивала. С ростом потребностей выбирал между этой моделью и EPSONами, но на них каждый второй жалуется, что надо постоянно печатать, чтобы не засохли головки, что у них плохой чёрный и они полосят, в итоге уверенно остановился на этой модели.
Минусы:	К качеству печати претензий нет. Пищит первые сутки после включения. При печати постоянно требует открыть и закрыть крышку чернил. После непродолжительного использования вылезла ошибка печатающих головок и сразу за ней на дисплее «HW_MICCI2_V1 2». Больше принтер не ожил, после включения сразу эта же ошибка, ничего не помогает. Что на англоязычных ресурсах, что в России пишут, что в случае такой ошибки принтер неремонтопригодный. Обидно, практически новый.
Отзыв:	Использовался достаточно редко, за всю жизнь отпечатал менее 1000 страниц. Сломался через полгода после приобретения, к сожалению, чек утерян:(

В течение гарантийного срока работал почти ОК (год), иногда появлялись проблемы с черным цветом, но решались очисткой головок.

Минусы:

За три для до истечения гарантии проблемы с печатью черным цветом стали уже очень заметными.

В первый вечер ухудшения самочувствия принтера снова помогла очистка головок программная. Но чем дальше, тем меньше она помогала, а гарантия истекла.

Принтер используется дома, то есть они сохнут, это понятно. Но почему при наличии теоретической возможности заменить (или очистить) печатающие головки самостоятельно, это реализуемо только при получении системной ошибки о них? И как, черт возьми, ее получить наконец уже?) Куда хуже?))

Все настолько плохо, что фитча, где принтер должен сам распознать свои тестовые страницы и понимать где проблемы, не работает, потому что не находит какие-то заданные точки на сканируемом листе тестовой печати xDD

Сейчас, спустя полгода мучений и ожидания, когда же он сообразит, что пара бы выдать ошибку и дать нам возможность поменять детальки, он стал при цветной печати забывать использовать черный вообще. Получается крипово, пример тоже прикреплен.

Плюс принтер оказался очень капризен к качеству и толщине бумаги. После покупки дешевой бумаги (когда уже поняли, что это — барахало, а не принтер, и беречь его смысла нет) крайне часто стали получать ошибки о замятии, когда его не было. Или просто не может втянуть бумажку, пишет, что нет в лотке, после переподачи — находит.

Отзыв:

Очень дорого, для такой ерунды.

Ну и надо было внимательнее читать, что самообслуживание странно реализовано, каретка не выезжает в центр (то есть остается недоступна для обслуживания), если нет системной ошибки по головкам.

У автоматического податчика бумаги в приемном лотке нет выемки для того, чтобы поддеть отсканировавшуюся стопку бумаги.

Приемный лоток для бумаги после печати не очень уверенно ловит листы. Если печатать большую пачку, надо следить, чтобы часть листов не упала на пол. UPDATE: Оказывается, надо было просто лоток до конца вытянуть! ))) Лоток отличный, поймает всю пачку, которую загрузишь на печать.

Не скажу, что все вышеизложенное критично, скорее особенность, с которой надо считаться.

Upd после 8 месяцев: КРАЙНЕ НЕНАДЕЖНОЕ УСТРОЙСТВО. За 8 месяцев ломался 2 раза с одной и той дже проблемой. Ошибка каретки. Подробнее см. комментарии

Процесс выбора принтера в этот раз проходил не совсем просто. Выбирал между Epson или HP. Ранее у меня были принтера обеих этих марок, в принципе знал, чего ждать и от того, и от другого производителя. Посему и выбирал между и поэтому других производителей не рассматривал. Первоначально положил глаз на Epson L4160… И даже почти его и купил.Но. Почитав спецификации и отзывы на НР Smart Tank 615, решил остановить свой выбор именно на нем.

Первое и основное — это сменные печатающие головки. Принтер в домашнем использовании — это не постоянная печать. Если засохнет головка, то в ЭПСОНЕ это одно из самых дорогих комплектующих и ее замена — это поход в сервис и немалая сумма денег. В HP Smart Tank 615 печатающая головка — это расходник. Что-то сломалось — купил и поменял сам. В теории, не знаю пока, на сколько головки доступны…

Второе — интерфейс. Что ни говори, а сенсорный экран гораздо удобнее и лаконичнее, чем россыпь кнопок на ЭПСОНЕ. Еще по прошлым моделям это понял.

Третье. Автоматический податчик бумаги в сканер. Пусть и простой, но в этой ценовой категории, мне кажется, больше ни у кого нет.

Насчет качества и скорости печати. Печатает четко. К тексту вопросов нет. Фото… Ну, это не пятицветный принтер и это заметно. Но… В эпоху, когда все альбомы цифровые покупать принтер домой для печати фото как-то не разумно… А пару фото на стенку или фотки в свадебный альбом вполне можно и на этом четырехцветном напечатать. Моделью очень доволен.

P.S. Итак, после 8 месяцев могу сказать следующее. Принтер крайне ненадежен. Я в итоге сдал в магазин по гарантии. Я не могу быть уверен, что при очередной печати какой-то важного документа он на остановится и не напишет, что «Все товарищ, у меня ошибка, больше я не печатаю»! И пипец. Тебе надо срочно документ везти, а принтера нет. И такое за 8 месяцев повторялось дважды. ОДНО И ТОЖЕ. Причем второй раз был новый принтер, замененный по гарантии после первого случая…

Плюсы:	Качество печати хорошее, разницы с остальными струйными принтерами HP практически нет. Расход чернил за месяц использования: цветных снижение не заметил, а вот черные — 20% минус. При этом напечатано 300 страниц.
Минусы:	Как и со всеми продуктами HP — потеря связи с МФУ при печати через компьютер, с телефона все работает всегда идеально. Проблема видимо во взаимодействии приложения для windows и драйверов для windows. Например приложение видит МФУ, а при печати из офисного приложения возникают проблемы — принтер не обнаружен. Способ исправления — переназначить на МФУ подключение к wi-fi при наличии двухдиапазонной связи — выбрать только 5.0 или только 2.4.

Менее через 2 месяца использования в один прекрасный рабочий день появилась надпись «ошибка картриджа», выньте его и вставьте снова, если ничего не измениться, то замените его. Ха ха, вам нужно работать, печатать, а тут нифига, замените некий картридж, который на языке производителя называется печатающей головкой и так быстро как хотелось бы его нигде не достать, самое раннее завтра, а печатать нужно сейчас.

Эти печатающие головки продаются в комплекте черная+цветная, цена от 1000 до 2000 на разных сайтах и получается, что если у тебя дома нет такой запасной штуки, то можешь в любой момент остаться без принтера. В общем заказала я комплект, завтра заменю, посмотрим что дальше и сколько новая прослужит. Та , которой пришел конец на втором месяце использования была в комплекте с новым принтером.

Объем печати у меня небольшой, несколько страниц в день, 30% черных чернил я израсходовала на нем, которые так же были в комплекте с принтером.

Плюсы:	Экономичный, простота настройки и подключения, невысокая цена
Минусы:	Дизайн на любителя. В течении всего срока использования (минимум раз в неделю) появлялась ошибка в неисправности черной печатающей головки, система просила вынуть её и снова вставить, иногда по несколько раз подряд. Обращался с этой проблемой к официалам, мне привезли новую печатающую головку, но система наотрез отказалась её принимать. Фотопечать поначалу была неплохой, но месяца через три пользования устройством цветопередача испортилась и фото выходили красноватыми. Заменил цветную головку на новую и проблема исчезла еще месяца на три. Через 1,5 года использования аппарат перестал работать. Все официальные сервисы отказались брать в ремонт МФУ, оказывается официалы занимаются только гарантийным ремонтом, а гарантия дается всего на 12 месяцев. В итоге нашел сервис, который занимается ремонтом МФУ HP, оказалось, что вышла из строя плата форматтера, которую приобрести невозможно.

Хороший дизайн, отличная печать текста, приемлемая цветопередача на обычной бумаге.

Минусы:

После печати нескольких фотографий формата А4 приходится чистить головки — постоянно «полосит». Сменил печатающую голову на новую (думал в ней проблема), но не помогло. Единственное что лечит — вынуть печатающую голову, поставить на 5 минут в дистиллированную воду, взять ватные палочки и самостоятельно прочистить. Тогда снова нормально печатает несколько фотографий подряд. Чернила использую родные, которые поставлялись с принтером.

Второй недостаток — периодически «глючит» на больших фотографиях, не допечатывает их до конца, а выплевывает напечатанные до половины и начинает печатать их по новой.

Минусы:	Скорость печати, пока включится, пока начн?т печатать, проходит минуты 3-4 , и ГЛАВНЫЙ МИНУС зачем ложить в комплект чернила чей срок годности истекает через несколько месяцев!? ( купил в конце марта, срок годности истекает в июле) И что мне делать с этой краской? Заливать? Так я е? даже при максимальной нагрузке в 1000 листов в месяц израсходовать не успею и это ещё не считая того что осталось две банки ч?рных чернил.

Perform a hard reset on the printer-

– With the printer turned on, remove the ink cartridges.
– Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
– Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
– Wait at least 15 seconds.
– Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
– Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
– Turn the printer on.
