Gpresult r ошибка invalid namespace

  • Question

  • On Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, I keep getting event id 1110 errors from Group Policy, indicating Windows cannot tell if the user and computer are in the same forest. I can’t find any obvious issue on the domain controllers. I can ping the DCs and nltest /server:<dcname> against the DCs returns no error. When I have a  user execute gpresult /H GPOResult.html as suggested in Technet, it hangs. Reboot fixes the issue, but I need to find a better solution for the production environment. I also notice that if I go to add a user or group to the local Administrators group, it does not display the domain as a location from which to add users, just the local computer and  «Entire Directory». Interestingly enough, if I select «Entire Directory» and enter a samid, it resolves it fine. Can someone point me in the right direction to resolve this issue?

    Thanks

Hi,
check that your DNS is configured properly «use NSLOOKUP» also verify that you don’t have issue in your network connection and check the event log if there is an error related
to this problem .Oussama Oueslati | System Engineer | vNext Consulting

Hello,
please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the DC/DNS server and the workstation with the error.
Is any GPO configured that may disable the processing on the domain machines?Best regards

From NSLOOKUP commandline it is clear that your DNS is misconfigured.
Please add the reverse record of your DNS server in Reverse lookup zone.
Regarding NSLOOKUp,
It is a tool which is used to check the DNS settings .
Refer below link to understand NSLOOKUP command line

if you are using dynamic addressing, configure your DHCP server/service to alocate for DNS ip address the IP for your Domain Controller/DNS.
Please post an ipconfig /all from domain controller/DNS as requested.MCTS — Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Seems it is a WMI issue, have you configured any script using GPO?. I suggest you try to
repair XP machine WMI once and check for the difference.

Ensure the Namespace in question actually exist and functional.

  1. Go to start-run and type in wmimgmt.msc.
  2. Right click on Local Wmi Control (Local)and select properties.
  3. On the general tab, if there is any failures noted on that box, that indicates a core WMI issue and most likely with the Cimv2 namespace.

Troubleshoot errors on client systems Patch Manager usually returns the Invalid namespace error for managed clients when they do not have the requisite WMI Providers installed. How to fix invalid namespace in Spiceworks?

Get answers from your peers along with millions of IT pros who visit Spiceworks. I have tried the WMI reset, but still cannot get past the invalid namespace error. I have seen some sites mention running CIMInstance first but I am unsure of the actual command as a whole.

I have a Windows 2008R2 domain with several hundred computers and users. I have had some problems with certain users that I originally thought was a problem with the computer network adapter. They are not getting group policy assignments and when I run GPRESULT, I get the message;

————————————-———-———-———-———-———-———-——

INFO: The user «Domain Name\User Name» does not have RSOP data. If I try to run RSOP.msc while logged in as this user, I get the following;

Group Policy Error
RSoP data is invalid. Likely causes are, data is corrupt, data has been deleted or data has never been created.

Details: Invalid namespace
————————————-———-———-———-———-———-———-——-

I can log in as my user account, which has domain admin rights, and GPRESULT and RSoP.msc both work.

If I log in to another computer using the problem user name, I get the same errors as listed above when I run GPRESULT and RSoP.msc

This was not always the case with the user; it all used to work correctly.

Obviously, the issue is with the user account in the domain but I am not sure where to start.

I don’t want to just delete and recreate the user unless that is the last result.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dave

image

Failed to initialize all required WMI classes.
Win32_Processor. WMI: Invalid namespace
Win32_WMISetting. WMI: Invalid namespace
Win32_OperationSystem. WMI: Invalid namespace

net stop Winmgmt & net start Winmgmt
winmgmt /salvagerepository

cd /d C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem
for /f %x in ('dir /b *.mof ^| findstr /v /i uninstall') do mofcomp %x

net stop Winmgmt
cd /d C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem
for /f %s in ('dir /b *.dll') do regsvr32 /s %s
move C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository Repository_BAD
net start Winmgmt
