Franke a 200 коды ошибок

Добрый день! Владею Franke A200, приобретал новым у официалов. Подошел пробег 20000 чашек, на экране появилась ошибка E600 «Требуется техобслуживание». Насколько я понимаю, ТО подразумевает общий осмотр внутренностей и регламентную замену узлов. Осмотр внутренностей сделан, всё ок, течей нет. Запчасти по пробегу менять не планирую. Никаких калибровок в ней нет. Подскажите пожалуйста как убрать сообщение и сбросить счетчик ТО?

Добрый день Николай. Если у вас есть код доступа (техник) легко. При установке данной машины вам должны были его сообщить. Если нет, Напишите в личку.

Добрый день! Вопрос снят, но спасибо за совет. К сожалению в этой машине нет возможности доступа к расширенному сервисному меню через режим «техник». Все сервисные манипуляции производятся через ПО Franke, которое есть только у официальных сервисников

Вынужден вас расстроить. Эти пароли поставил кто-то самостоятельно. У модели А200 очень усечённое меню, по функционалу похожее на меню Flair. Здесь нет режима «техник», который открывает полноценный функционал меню как на Pura. Доступ «Владелец», «Техник», «Пользователь» устанавливается владельцем кофемашины для ограничения доступа к отдельным пунктам и так усечённого меню А200.
Сброс счётчика ТО возможен только с компьютера через официальное сервисное ПО Franke.
