Добрый день!

Купили термопринтер Honeywell PC42d, на склад для печати этикеток, подключили через USB. Специалист настраивал ПО удаленно, после всех манипуляций принтер при отправке в печать быстро моргает индикация, и ничего не происходит.
Печать делали из Bar Tender.
Спец который пытался настроить, сказал что возможно что-то с принтером.
Так как при попытке сделать тестовую печать с компа, только моргает индикатор.
Может в Балашихе есть специалисты.

Я сам впервые с этим сталкиваюсь.
Ищу того кто поможет или подскажет!

Дмитрий Му, сделайте следующее:
— удалить установленный драйвер
— отключить кабель USB
— выключить принтер
— установить этикетку
— нажать и удерживать клавишу feed
— включить принтер
— дождаться пока принтер распечатает Direct Protocol
— отпустить клавишу feed
— подключить кабель USB
— установить драйвер
— профит

Не могу найти процессы в диспетчере задач, которые с ним связаны…

Службу «Диспетчер очереди печати» попробуйте перезапустить.

Перезапускаю очередь печати, через секунду он запускается, и снова не дает. А если останавливаю, то он выдает такую ошибку (см скрин)

1) Удалите принтер в Панели управления — Устройства и принтеры.
2) Откройте Services.msc и остановите и перезапустите Диспетчер печати.
3) Откройте Управление печатью (откройте командную строку, введите printmanagement.msc или print management в строке поиска в меню Пуск).
4) В папке Настраиваемые фильтры выберите Все драйверы, нажмите правой кнопкой на драйвере принтера, который хотите удалить, и нажмите Удалить пакет драйвера.
5) Установите новый драйвер для принтера.

Solution

Printing has been stopped because a label is

obstructing the label taken sensor. Remove the

label to resume printing.

Lower the printhead.

Load ribbon in the printer.

Load media in the printer.

The diameter of the remaining roll of media is

lower than the specified value in the Ribbon Low

Diameter setting. Replace the ribbon.

The diameter of the remaining roll of media is

lower than the specified value in the Media Low

Diameter setting. Replace the media.

The printer is configured as a direct thermal printer

and thermal transfer ribbon is installed. Remove

the ribbon or configure the printer for thermal

transfer media.

A print job is paused from the front panel. Press

the Print button to resume printing.

A user entered a menu from the front panel. Press

the Menu/Home button to return to the Ready

screen.

(Fingerprint only.) An application breaks

uncontrolled.
