Проблема в следующем. Имеются две ДГУ C-18. При отключении одного из генераторов, начинает гореть (идёт дым) панель синхронизации DSE 8610. В чём может быть причина?

Надежда умирает последней! Это проблема возникла после переезда станций, возможно ошибки в монтаже, может кто то сталкивался?

Да там панель серьезная- синхронизация и управление до 32-х ДГ одновременно. Гадалка повесится. В сети есть сайты по этой проблеме, прямая дорога туда, тем паче- дым уже появился.

Кстати … а ты в общих чертах в курсе … как можно сихронизировать и фазы и обороты двух ДГУ?

Как там в данном случае с мотором Катерпиллер и х/з каким генератором- не скажу. А как это делается, точнее- делалось на судовых ДГ, которые могли работать в параллель с подобными, другими, или с внешней сетью, если надо было, немного представляю. Новых схем нет, давно не имею дела, но типовые судовые схемы есть в справочнике, сохранились, могу показать. Не просто все это.

Эти тупые просто так ничего не делают. Ну поставили вы один большооой генератор, сняли пиковую нагрузку, осталось 20%. что дальше? Почему на здоровенных контейнеровозах на 5000… контейнеров или танкеров 100000… тонн измещения стоит один здоровееенный дизель от Вяртсиля, например, на 100000 лысы, а на том же Кузнецове- 8 котлов? Дело в англосаксах, финнах с их саунами и салями, или чем-то еще?

В жизни все не так, как на самом деле…

Нагрузка непостоянная, меняется в зависимости от технологического процесса (от 200 до 800кВт), поэтому два генератора по 500 кВт. Когда с нагрузкой справляется один генератор, второй находиться в режиме ожидания.

Хотя и поздно, конечно. Но всё-таки. К этому контроллеру подключены генератор, шина и токовые трансформаторы. Питание постоянка от 9 до 35В. Нужно смотреть какие цепи горят. Сам по себе контроллер гореть вряд ли может, если только по постоянке прёт выше 35В.

Если автомат четырехполюсный и при отключении рвётся нейтраль, то при плохом заземлении генераторов единственная жилка уравнивающая их потенциалы — это экран линии MSC, межпанельной связи. Вот там и горит.Экран нужно с одной стороны вешать.
