    Any combination of two film formats can be used “online”. Both input trays can be adjusted for all film formats. The input trays of the Drystar 5302 are equipped with an RF-tag reader, which automatically traces the films used in the printer and protects the printer when detecting non-identified media.

Any operation not corresponding to the specifications or intended use may result in hazards, which in turn may lead to serious injuries or fatal accidents (for example electric shocks).

Available film formats are 8×10”, 10×12”, 11×14”, 14×14” and 14×17”. The printer has 2 input trays. Both trays can handle all listed film types and formats.

    The Drystar 5302 can be loaded with 8×10”, 10×12”, 11×14”, 14×14” and 14×17” films. The Drystar 5302 can be loaded with new films in full daylight. Loading films is easy and can be done very quickly. Follow the procedures as described in this section.

If you do use an other film type, you are advised to change the label on the tray. You can put the film pack onto a table to make manipulation easier.

When a film job cannot be done because the tray to which the job is assigned is empty, then the printer will check if the films in the other tray can be used for this and other print jobs in the print queue.

Баркодридер читает, формат определяет, но при загрузке плёнки ругается и деактивирует лоток.

Расшифруй — изменить формат изображения или изменить размерность плёнки?
Плёнка тип — термографическая плёнка DRYSTAR DT2 B (голубая основа)?

да, да с нее восстанавливали, но дело в том, что принтер помнит все бар коды использованной пленки, а чтобы сбросить их нужен пароль сервисмена (пользователи навставляли листов с одной упаковки на баркод от другой, потом вообще потасовали их..), обидно что пропадает почти целая упаковка…

blush Дело в том , что эта информация находится не в принтере Агфа , а как раз в чипе, и не один сервисный код к принтеру чип не вылечит(даже если вставить отработанный чип с пленкой в другой принтер система скажет пленки -НЕТ). Единственное я слышал что чип знает не точное количество пленки, а имеющееся количество пленки в упаковке +10%,

Здравствуйте, коллеги.
Может кто подскажет где искать.
Принтер DRYSTAR 5302. Похожая неисправность, описанная выше: после очередной загрузки нового блока плёнки персоналом КТ-кабинета, принтер пишет: «ВЕРХНИЙ ОШИБКА МЕТКИ», далее: «ДЕАКТИВАЦИЯ», далее: «НИЖНИЙ ОШИБКА МЕТКИ» и тоже: «ДЕАКТИВАЦИЯ».
В обоих лотках новая упаковка плёнки. Ошибка при заправке маловероятна — персонал заправлял принтер много раз без проблем. Замена на другой блок не помогла, после загрузил его на другой принтер (AGFA с одним лотком) — работает.
Проверил настройки принтера: ТИП, ФОРМАТ — соответствует. Восстановление с карточки не делал — не думаю, что поможет.

Здравствуйте коллеги.
Поимел эту проблему 3-и месяца назад. Проблема связана исключительно с плёнкой из новых закупок. Проявилась одновременно на AGFA Drystar 5302 и Axis Позвонил в AGFA и получил ответ, что они меняют систему идентификации на плёнке и для продолжения работы нужно загрузить новый софт в аппарат. Получил ссылку на архив, скачал его, скопировал на CF. Сунул-вынул. Перезапустил. Всё заработало как надо. Старые плёнки из прежних поставок тоже считались. Сейчас поищу архив.

P.S. Кому сильно припёрло — напишите olegpСОБАКАnewmail.ru. Перешлю.

P.P.S. Инженер AGFA сказал, что после установки этой версии софта нельзя менять язык интерфейса. У меня после установки сразу встал русский, и менять ничего не пришлось. Поэтому прокомментировать это предостережение не могу. Я сразу ставил с CF, по сети, через Java, не пробовал.

Да, чуть опять не забыл. Перед установкой нового софта сохраните старую конфигурацию, на этой-же флэшке. Получится файл типа BAC_drystar5302_****.zip. Потом переписывайте содержимое архива в корень CF и далее по инструкции. После перезапуска все настройки будут из бэкапа.

Да меня больше удивляет позиция Agf-ы. Ни гу-гу, ни звука. Аппаратов-то продано не мало и по проекту и без. С каждым ведь есть договор, а в нём все реквизиты, включая е-майл. Неужели трудно позвонить. Хотя, может быть это задача региональных представителей, а это уже наши люди… Ладно, я в пару дней уложился со своими экспериментами с перекладкой пачек плёнки из старых и новых закупок из лотка в лоток и из одного аппарата в другой, а вы, я вижу, с января кувыркаетесь!!! Кстати, для AGFA Drystar 5300 такой проблемы нет, там 14х17 DRYSTAR DT2 B. По крайней мере, пока нет…

Уважаемые медтехники! Подкидываю новую головоломку по DryStar 5302 от AGFA !
1) Нет связи с рабочей станцией, врач не может отправить сделанный снимок на принтер.
2) Не изменяется формат плёнки.

Может дрова заново нужно установить?
Но вот, беда: их НЕТ вообще у врачей. Всё перелопатили, не нашли.
Если кому не жалко, скиньте! Буду приМНОГО благодарен.
А вообще, может ещё в чём дело?!

Выложил снова архив SW_2.1.0_C3_DS_Axys_5302_incl_doc 6.0.zip для AGFA DryStar 5302
Нашел таки место для хранения больших файлов с временем хранения 3 и более месяца и автоматическим продлением срока при закачке. Это сервис — «Яндекс.Народ». Не сочтите за рекламу, но в наше хранилище файл не влазит, депозит стирает его через месяц, а гонять регулярно по сети 85,5 Мб — так себе развлечение…

Есть firmware 4.2.0 для DryStar 5500 от Agfa. Не знаю в какую тему писать … Очень нужно 4-е прошивка на 5300 и 5302.

Всем привет!
Помогите советом, может кто уже сталкивался с такой проблемой на камере DS5302:
Сначала печатается снимок с томографа, а затем страница в шахматную клеточку с просьбой обратиться в представительство сервисной службы на 9 языках (включая на русском).
Прошивали новый биос, новые настройки с нуля — ничего не помогает (сервисная служба тоже в трансе — такую надпись видят впервые)
Пленка использовалась только AGFA DT 5000 B 100 NIF.

Ошибок в отчете не пишет

Страница в шахматную клетку с градациями серого это стандартный лист калибровки, если это конечно она….
Про надписи на 9-и языках не помню, но этот лист требуется печатать регулярно ( 1-2 раза в год). Делаем её на автомате, даже действий описать не могу, но там на дисплее что-то про неё пишет.
В меню тоже есть печать калибровки… Может вам её как-то принять надо ?

Да я сегодня тоже поглядел на свои калибровки — не то…
А почему вообще решили, что это камера своевольничает, может такое задание с КТ приходит ? Через ВЕБ-интерфейс поглядите задания на камере, может там по 2 листа идёт.
Или попробуйте не с КТ, а со второго рабочего места на камеру бросить что-нибудь…

DrysSar 5302 от Agfa. В нижнем лотке несколько раз застревала плёнка. В обоих случаях выдавалась «ошибка метки». При этом в верхнем лотке механизм захвата плёнки был в нижнем положении. Приходилось либо вручную крутить белый пластиковый шкив с фиксатором для поднятия механизма захвата плёнки (с двумя присосками) для его фиксации в верхнем положении, либо отключать и заново включать принтер. После застревания плёнки принтер отказывался использовать оставшуюся плёнку. Остался белый лист с чипом от демонстационной плёнки. Его и использовал вместо «родного». Работает — проверено!

Принтер DrysSar 5302 от Agfa подключен через hub. В web-браузере по IP-адресу имеется доступ к данному принтеру. Требуется печать снимков через программу eFilm_Workstation_v2.0.1.
В программе eFilm на вкладке DICOM Printer настроены: описание принтера, IP-адрес, порт принтера, параметры пленки. Однако не получается осуществить печать на указанный принтер, т.к. в сетевых установках принтера программы eFilm (меню Printer Setup) его не видно. Может необходима предварительная установка драйвера для принтера на компьютер?
Драйвер для DrysSar 5302 от Agfa отсутствует.

Чего то не хватает в вашем описании, чтобы зацепиться.
Например, когда были подобные проблемы с принтером на АРМ-врача с Vitrea, так там были свои тонкости с забиванием IP-адресов на принт-сервере. (т.е. адреса прописывались и со стороны Vitrea и со стороны мультиформатной камеры). Как кнопка — в Vitrea присутствовал и локальный принтер и сетевой, но вот сетевой как раз-таки не работал. У вас что-то подобное.
На мой взгляд, драйвер на принтер от AGFA не нужен. По крайней мере для принтера от Konica точно нет.

DS — это DryStar от AGFA?

И ещё, речь идёт о принтере, который ранее распечатывал из eFilm или нет?

Печатающее устройства под DICOM не обязательно параллельно прописывать.
На стороне принтера от AGFA: AE title, IP адрес, номер порта (у принтера DryStar 5302 от AGFA он стандартный).
На стороне Ефильма те же записанные как и на принтере тайтл, айпи и порт.
Кроме всего прочего размеры пленки, отступы, лоток подачи, тип заполнения края … и т.д.
Это всё.
P.S. Если что, то хост нейм и айпи адрес в ДайКоме одно и тоже.

Да, DS — это принтер DryStar от фирмы AGFA.
Полная ситуация следующая. DrysSar 5302 от AGFA используется для печати томографических снимков с консолей томографа Aquilion-16 или Vitrea. Все связи в данной сети работают нормально. Дополнительно требуется печать снимков при помощи принтера от AGFA c маммографа МАДИС. Для печати и записи на диск мамо-снимков планируется использовать программу eFilm. Настройки AE title, IP адрес, номер порта в принтере и программе eFilm одинаковые. Но, принтера в программе не видно! Из eFilm никогда не печатали, использовали только для записи результатов на диск.

DS5302, Aquilion-16, Vitrea и комп с eFilm должны быть в одной подсети. Иначе нужен не просто хаб, а полноценный маршрутизатор для подмены IP-адресов. Зачем? IMHO проще задать соответствующие IP-адреса на МАДИС-е и машине с eFilm-ом.

Спасибо всем за помощь в решении проблемы.
Компьютер с eFilm (со своим IP-адресом, но настроен в другой рабочей группе) был подключен в сеть с Aquilion, Vitrea, Agfa. Оказывается совсем не требовалось в меню File выбирать Print Setup. После настройки параметров принтера в eFilm (Свойства, вкладка DICOM Printer) достаточно было в меню File выбрать DICOM Print->Print и выполнить печать на Agfa. Все работает.

Собственно есть такой принтер. Установлена два лотка бумаги — 20х25см пленка и 35х43см.
Через программу ПО Электрона все правильно печатается на соответствующие размеры пленко.
А вот через программу «Интегрис», с аппаратом «Маммо-4МТ», которая идет снимки печатаются только на большом формате 35х43, хотя в настройках принтера выбран формат бумаги 8×10 дюймов (20х25см).

Лоток с большим форматом идет под номером 1 (верхний). Может быть какой-то косяк с ПО «Интегрис» и печать идет с форматом «по-умолчанию» из 1 лотка?

Подскажите че где исправить можно?

P.S. Изначально с оборудованием идет принтер FUJI Drypix 4000 где также есть два разных лотка. Там все четко отрабатывает при печати (правда, там разные лотки со своим AETitle-ом идут). Может быть Интегрис в принципе не умеет обращаться к разным лоткам по одному AETitle (хотя тот же софт Электрона делает это нормально)?

Принтер Agfa DS5302 сам выбирает лоток с заданным из пользовательской программы форматом пленки (у нас заданы разные AETitle для форматов), т.е. ему неважно в верхнем или нижнем лотке нужный формат. Например, верхний лоток — формат 14х17, а нижний 8х10. Можете поменять местами стопки с пленкой (естественно перенастроив направляющие в лотках) и принтер всеравно напечатает на выбранный формат. Очевидно, проблема в ПО Интегрис.

Как вариант: если Вам необходимо печатать через ПО Интегрис на принтере от AGFA только формат 8х10.
Поместите упаковку с пленкой 8х10 в верхний лоток, а 14х17 — в нижний. Для остального ПО — этот трюк не должен сказаться, а Интегрис, наверное, обратится к верхнему лотку. Только учтите, что при этих манипуляциях с плёнкой принтер DryStar 5302 (с настройками по умолчанию) проведёт новую калибровку плёнки.

О сём «фокусе» я уже подумывал — руки не дошли, но надо проверить.
