General Measures:
- Set program switch to AUTOMATIC – CLOSE – AUTOMATIC.
- Power off, wait for 20 seconds, power back on.
- Run automatic learning cycle
Above measures are general solutions, real cause can be various, need carefully checking on door panels and rail, make sure the movement is smooth, and all wire connections are steady, especially good contact at the control terminals.

Уважаемые коллеги, добрый день.
Не так давно начал заниматься обслуживанием автоматических дверей, столкнулся с такой вот проблемой:
Блок управления выходил в ошибку по аккумулятору, «пошаманили», все заработало. Но вчера сотрудник помещения нажал на стоповую кнопку, после разблокировки кнопки на блоке управления так и осталась висеть ошибка 8. Ошибку сбросили, запустили цикл обучения, все гуд все работает, но… Через минут 15 опять ошибка 8, кнопку отключили, сделали перемычку, все заработало, но…. минут через 15 опять та же ситуация, в данный момент не могу сказать какая ошибка там повисла, т.к. уехали с места работы. Но как говорят сотрудники, дверь отрабатывает некоторое время и остается в открытом положении, поворотом ключа сбрасывают ошибку и опять все по новой , несколько циклов и стоп.
Подскажите что можно сделать, и что может быть за причина, вызвавшая такой сбой.

Нашел несколько рекомендаций на просторах интернета, пока не знаю какая ошибка висит — все они актуальны:
- проверить сигнал с радара, проверить аккумулятор;
- проверить двигатель, редуктор и энкодер;
- щетки двигателя.
Господа, вопрос: может ли глючить энкодер, не отображая соответствующую ошибку?
Может хоть подскажет кто-нибудь как DORMA ES 200 Easy на заводские установки скинуть?

Поставьте вместо кнопки перемычку и понаблюдайте.

Перемычка уже стоит, со вчерашнего дня, толку нет! Двери встают отработав n-ое количество циклов.
Неужели никто не сталкивался с такой ситуацией? Поделитесь опытом. Сейчас любая информация поможет по теме.

Была похожая ситуация, но не на Дорме:
После некоторого времени работы двери останавливались в открытом положении. После перезагрузки вновь некоторое время двери работали нормально и вновь останавливались.
Причина оказалась в небольшом подклинивании одной из створок в открытом состоянии, причем при прокатке руками оно не ощущалось.
Обнаружили нехарактерные потертости на нижнем направляющем профиле.

Доброго всем дня, была ошибка аккумулятора, к тому же дверь была почему-то на заводских настройках. Отключили аккумулятор, выставили модель двигателя, пока работают, тьфу-тьфу-тьфу))) Всем спасибо за помощь))))

Прежде всего, хотелось бы сделать акцент на работе менеджера-консультанта. Он парень толковый, работает не по шаблону, умеет найти контакт с клиентом. Я считаю, что менеджер — это лицо компании, оно должно быть соответствующим, дабы произвести впечатление на покупателя. Помимо того, у магазина есть выставочный зал. То есть, можно придти и посмотреть на товар вживую, также неплохо проконсультироваться. Магазин мне понравился, поэтому возможно обращусь ещё раз.

Покупали весы Масса-к, модели МК и ТВ-S по несколько штук. Цены тут практически самые дешевые, да и к тому же все есть в наличии. Соответственно, все прошло очень быстро и без хлопот. Также, понравилось то, что фирма сама несет гарантийные обязательства — это важно.

Если честно, то от магазина не ожидал такой тактичности и организованность. От менеджера узнал много интересной и полезной информации, исходя из его советов смог определиться с выбором. Сразу видно, что магазин имеет налаженную курьерскую доставку. Сужу по тому, что курьер не опоздал, доставил заказ в назначенное время, к тому же перед приездом отзвонился мне. Директор набрал, действительно, квалифицированный персонал. SPB90 — это лучший магазин в своем сегменте рынка.

Заказывал влагозащитные весы МК-15.2-АВ11. Это редкая модель, но мне нужна была именно такая. Обзвонил много магазинов перед тем как найти (думаю,почти все). Только тут были в наличии. Приехал на следующий день с утра и забрал свой заказ. Из разговора с менеджером стало ясно, что 90% магазинов не держат хоть мало мальский склад, особенно по не очень ходовым позициям.

В счетчиках банкнот DORS можно часто столкнуться с такой проблемой, как «ошибка калибровки».
Это характерно для аппаратов, которые помимо просто пересчета денег, производят определением номинала и проверку денег. Для интеллектуальных счетчиков банкнот, выдающих результатом пересчета не просто количество банкнот, а сумму денег. И все эти деньги будут проверены.
Часто эта ошибка возникает у счетчиков банкнот

Кажется, как будто бы, данная ошибка специально запрограммирована производителем. Если использовать аппарат постоянно, то она появляется в течение 1-2 месяцев. Периодичность очень сильно зависит от условий работы и состояния пересчитываемых денег.
Интеллектуальные аппараты весьма чувствительны к отсутствию обслуживания.
Этому есть просто объяснение. Никакого заговора производителей нет – это нормальная работа аппарата. Дело в том, что помимо механической части счетчика, отвечающей за пересчет банкнот, эти устройства имеют серьёзный программно-аппаратный блок, производящий операции по определению номинала и проверке банкнот.
Этот блок состоит из значительного количества чувствительных элементов – датчиков, связанных программным обеспечением. Одних только датчиков детекции более 10шт. и все они должны работать как одна система.
Когда значения какого-то датчика начинают отличаться от номинальных на устройстве возникает сообщение «ошибка калибровки» или «ошибка сканера». Если отклонение достигает предела — аппарат выводит ошибку на экран и останавливает свою работу.
Для того чтобы вернуть устройство в рабочее состояние необходимо произвести плановые профилактические работы и калибровку устройства.
