Похожая ситуация бывает при снятом и висящим коробом, с установленым радаром, двери могут бесконечно работать. Если было бы препятствие, через сколько то циклов ушли бы в обслуживание, еррор. Других версий, кроме неправильно настроенного радара у меня пока нет…

короб не обязательно болтается (хотя не исключено), встречал случаи когда радар створки собственные видит… диагностировать достаточно просто, надо отключить радар и посмотреть что будет, можно загрубить настройку радара, но это сложнее для начинающих диагностов )

Это и имел ввиду, когда болтается на страховках, радар направлен на двери.

Приветствую! Датчиков(радаров) два, откидывал сначала один, потом другой. Обучается, и гоняют по кругу как обычно… Чувствительность ставил на 1ку. Тоже не помогло. Без двух сразу, понятное дело ошибка.

По теме самокатающихся дверей, в итоге там пролило крышу, двери выключены, электричества в тамбуре там нет, так что пока ничего делать там не буду. Пробую набрать блоков моторов датчиков. Буду дам все по кругу перекидывать.

Возможно непропай в энкодере мотора. На старых дверях они собирались с односторонней пайкой (Дорма, Тормакс). Регулярно у нас в Самаре с такой причиной сталкивался. Самое правильное все откинуть поставить перемычки и замыкая контакты радара проверить работоспособность блока, но сначала глянуть кодер. Большинство монтажников не знают про эту фишку.

Залатали крышу, позвонили, мол приезжай запускай) Приехал, откидываю крышку….а движка и блока нет))) спи…и подрядчики, по горячим следам выяснили кто, уехали наши железки в Курск

Всем привет! Оборудование вернули,подключили, собственно вот такие пироги

Сняли блок управления, поставили на работающую дверь, обучили, он работает отлично.
Мотор при подключении ведет себя одинаково. Е-5(энкодер). Протереть, пропаять пробовали.
Получается меняем двигатель?
И правда ли что Дорма продает только блок мини-драйв, т.е. мозги+мотор?

Насколько мне известно, то они продают отдельно мотор-редуктор от мозгов. Просто цена будет всего на 10-15 % меньше чем привод целиком(мозги, каретки, мотор)

Всем привет. Ребят выручайте.в дверях новичок. чтобы темы не плодить задам кучу вопросов здесь.
1. дорма ес 200 и дорма ес 200 изи ошибки одинаковые? т.е одинаковые показания индикатора на ошибки?
2.если аккум древний и его пришлось откинуть надо ли это прописывать в параметрах? т.е тупо откинул аккум исправная дверь будет работать ? или ошибку выдаст?
3, если отключить радары и барьеры (физически) дверь будет обучаться?
короче пляска такая: дорма ес 200. не работает. не открывается не закрывается, на переключатель режимов никак не реагирует. скидываю питание в надежде скинуть ошибки обучить и вуаля…не прокатывает. дверь живет своей жизнью. индикатор не показывает нормального обучения(сегменты по кругу не бегут.створки полуоткрыты кнопка нажата(сервис)).створки стоят. курю. минут через пять створки оживают.даже как то реагируют нак радар. но….открываются сантиметров на 30 всего и встают. закрываю переключателем-закрываются.открываю переключателем-открываются , но опять сантиметров на 30. и глюк…ни туда ни сюда. на роликах створки катаются свободно, т.е на ощупь ничего не чувствую(заедания и т.п). да……при открытии выскакивает ошибка.и контроллер хоть убей не показывает номер ошибки.все показания индикатора сводятся либо к ошибке (Е) либо нормальная работа (точка).ни селект ни сервис кнопка не выводят меня в список ошибок. что делать ??выручайте

как до него добраться? вроде двигатель не разборный? ( я конечно под микроскопом его не рассматривал…может и ошибаюсь) тоже мысли про энкодер были. тут вот в чем дело ,когда створки открываются такою ощущение что они чем то тормозятся, прям почти упираются. скинул ремень створки нормально катаются. мысли про механику движка. что там (я не знаю, то ли подшипник то ли втулка на валу..) типа рассыпался и клинит. расскажи как до энкодера добраться…хотя бы на пальцах.

Error message memory
There are ten error message memory locations, «E0» through
«E9».
To access error messages, briefly press
messages contained in E0 to E9 memory.
Latest error message is always stored in error message memory
«E0».
As soon as another error occurs, or after existing «E0» error
has been reset, the former «latest» error in «E0» will be moved
to error message memory location «E1».
A maximum of nine errors can therefore be stored in «E1»
through «E9» memory locations. Identical error messages
which occur one after the other are not saved again.
Example:
If error E 15 occurs, and it is the first error, it will be stored in
the current (latest) error memory location «E0».
By briefly press
, the first error to be displayed will be E 15.
If a second error occurs before first error has been «Reset «
(11.3):
E 04 has occured, as an example.
E 15 will be moved to error memory location «E1», and E 04
will be stored in current (latest) memory location «E0».
By briefly pressing

E 04 (the latest error), briefly pressing
the next message, E 15.
A maximum of nine errors can therefore be saved in E1 – E9
