Error 14003(1)

I am getting error 14003, «there was a problem downloading agreements».

I have tried changing regions, exiting the game, reopening the game and changing the region back.
I have changed my password. I also tried booting from my HD (I usually run D3 from a USB drive).

Any other suggestions?

Did you ever modify your Windows Hosts file in the past to resolve another issue? If so, you should revert it back to the Windows default.

In my case I had the Laptop with NVIDIA and Intel graphics. I followed the instructions on the Parsec Article https://support.parsecgaming.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003937292 , but it still wasn’t working and I still continued to receive the error.

However, I realized Parsec was still showing up under my NVIDIA GPU even after the above guidance was followed. I decided to take an extra step and also set «pservice.exe» to Intel graphics as well, rebooted Parsec and then the problem was resolved.

Hopefully, this will help someone else!

выдает вот такую ошибку. critical error error loading dll: game.dll error code 14003 , уазанная сборка не установлена в системе. поиск на форуме и гугл толкового результата не дал(( прошу помощи.
здравствуйте, антивирус настроен? я так понимаю вы совсем недавно нормально играли? ничего на компьютер недавно не устанавливали?

это проблема возникла не у меня., у знакомого , скачан клиент и запускатор с официальных источников. ошибка выскакивает при появлении экрана с надписью nssoft .

может ли это быть причиной того, что в системе установлена только одна утилита или как её обозвать . ( microsoft visual c++ ) и та за 2010 год. да и есчё , неполучается установить net framework непонятно какой версии. при попытке что то обновить нечего не получается. и есче если это поможет как то решить проблему. установленна игра линейдж 2 , и нормально запускается и играет все нормально.
может, попробуйте из папки с запускатром vcredist и dxwebsetup установить.
так же, можно скрины ошибок увидеть? папочку l10n перекачали?

так папочка l10n эта папочка стала весить чуть больше чем была. остольное в процессе установки. или попытки установить ))))))

а сама ошибка при запуске игры вот с таким текстом. ( critical error error loading dll: game.dll error code 14003 , указанная сборка не установлена в системе.)

Trying to sign up using the Captcha, it does not work

Try using VPN \ Different browse or Incognito mode

ERROR 3001

This error occurs when you try to change region in settings, we currently only have 1 game server in EU and changing settings only resets our client to Blizzards official IP address and makes you unable to connect.

1) Close Diablo III client.

2) Open D3ReflectionLauncher.exe.

3) Click update (if glowing) and then launch game.

ERROR 315300

Incorrect e-mail or password If you’re 110% sure neither of them are wrong, try resetting password on our website: https://d3reflection.org/resetpass.php

Please make sure to use only standard english letters (upper and lower case) and numbers.

Make sure that you’re not using any special characters in your password otherwise it may fail login (e.g @#£&)

ERROR 3007/8

Our server has been upgraded to patch 2.0.1 — This means you need to download our new 2.0.1 client to access the server. The old 1.0.4 client has been made redundant and is unable to connect.

Playing in a party

Playing in a party is still mostly in a less stable state. It is recommended to not go over 2 players currently in a party. A way to ensure maximum stability of party creation is to make the player who is the longest in the game invite the other using the game’s interface when both are in the main menu screen (character view). Invites from within a game session might not always work. Currently, a game-search feature is inactive, and partying requires manual invite.

Can’t play in windowed mode

Close Game First! Documents > Diablo III > D3RPrefs.txt

Change DisplayModeWindowedMode "0" to DisplayModeWindowedMode "2"

People trying to connect to Diablo 3 have experienced a few common error codes. This page documents both the error codes and bug fixes to get Diablo 3 working.

Diablo 3 Launch Errors

The following errors have appeared since Diablo 3’s launch on May 15, 2012.

Retrieving Hero List

Game hangs on retrieving a player’s hero list or authenticating the session. This is an authentication issue.

ERROR 3007

This error randomly boots the user from the game and forces them to re-login. To avoid this error, join the general chat as soon as you enter the hero select screen. To join the general chat, simply click the blue word [General] Which appears in the lower right corner of the screen.

This error occurs when the Servers are down for maintenance. You will be notified via General Chat when the servers will go down so you can log off beforehand.

Error 33 and 34200

When these errors are reported it means that the service is undergoing maintenance. Just hang tight and try again.

Error 37

This error indicates that the Diablo III server is full and is likely the result of high login traffic. If you receive this error message, please wait and try again.

Error 3005 and 3006

These are server time outs. If you receive either of these messages while playing, please wait and try again.

Error 14009 and 315300

We’re still looking into these issues, but a player workaround is available in the meantime. If you are experiencing either of these issues and are using Windows, create a new user account with administration powers (https://www.wintuts.com/Manage-User-Accounts). From there, log into Diablo III.

Error 317002

The message says: Unable to find all of the appropriate game configurations to create or join games. This error occurred during server maintenance.

Error 3003 — Servers Offline

Unable to connect to the service or the connection was interrupted.

This error is caused by the servers being offline, and not allowing players to connect to them until they are brought back up. There is no fix for this, but the current status of each of the three game servers can be found here:

Error 31024

This error usually occurs when the Auction House is offline, and says: «Cannot get your payment info.» This will usually fix itself within minutes, though can occur due to technical issues on the client’s side as well, and may require the game to be reset.

Error 12 — No license attached

People in Asian regions with a digital version of Diablo 3 have been receiving this code. Blizzard’s Game Masters can manually flag accounts to fix this. There is no other solution at this time.

Error 75 — Battle.net Outage

Battle.net is down and will not allow login to Diablo 3.

Error 24000

An error that occurs after log-in when attempting to start a game. Blizzard is working on a fix.

Unknown Errors

ERROR 395000

Unknown cause.

Error 316704

Unknown cause.
