Добрый день
Имею в арсенале tm-300 и ipf770
трехсотка прошел меньше 0.5л чернил и выдал ошибку EC21-2F53. До этого заправлял MBK, ощущение, что проблема в чернилах, но в сервис не заходит, требует новую голову и все.Чернила майинк пигмент
на 770 на водных чернилах на ПЗК похожая беда, но помогает прочистка из сервиса — пропадает вдруг черный
Понимаю, что похоже у майника беда с МБК. Может сталкивался кто. Ну и заодно как вылечить практически новую голову? И выслушаю советы по смене чернил

Came across an error condition tonight and could use some help / advice.
Summary:
Canon Pro-2000 printer. Getting a few hardware errors: EC21-2F53 and EC21-2F51. Got this after installing Canon PGY and a B PFI-1700 carts in the printer. Pulled and cleaned (gently) the head surface (a good bit of ink on the substrate plate holding the heads) and reinstalled. Still not budging. Did order a new PF-10, but hoping that there may be a few things to do in the mean time.
Detail:
Got a used Pro-2000 from a guy that was moving onto other hobbies. About 2000-ish prints (per the printer status panel). He had been using 3rd party ink refilling the PFI-1100 carts and telling the printer to ignore the chip warning. Did several sample prints and all seemed to be fine at the time. Moved the printer to my house, set it up, several 8.5×11 prints later (using the USB printing the PDI chart) showed that the printer was functional.
Weighing all the carts showed that there was some ink in all carts EXCEPT the CO tank. It was dry.
Over the past weeks I’ve been ordering and installing PFI-1700 Canon official inks and finally got the last two in today. I agitated the tanks before putting them in the printer, and loaded a 24” RC Luster roll in ready to start a few more tests (and to help flush out the old ink). That’s when the fun started.
Upon starting the printer, I got the EC21-2F51 error. So I did as instructed — printer off, waited for about 3 minutes, printer back on — same error. After a couple of other restarts, I tried to print another sample image from the USB stick and now I get the EC21-2F53 error.
I pulled the print head, gently cleaned the print head surface (not touching the print nozzle areas), inspected the metal contacts, reseated the print head and the 2F53 error now constantly appears.
Googling around and looking at the forums on DP Review, Luminous-Landscapes, and the JToolman FB group, I did not find similar hits or issues.
What I am thinking is this:
1) Did Air get in the lines from me agitating the ink and putting it in the printer and then trying to get a test print out quickly? (BTW, when I did select to “change the head”, it did an ink purge, and this did not reset the issue)
2) Given that there was non-OEM ink in the immediate reservoirs, would there have been some reactions (gelling, interactions) that may have interfered with the printhead?
3) is there any other “resuscitation” processes that I can to do clean the head, or further purge the lines?
4) is there any other service menu that I can get into that may help diagnose or reset the issue?
Any and all advice is welcomed!

Как войти в сервес меню на Canon TM-200
Прописываем таблетку от жадности: продажа пластиковой коробочки (mc-31) за почти 6тр. это вверх жадности со стороны Canon.
Просто сбрасываем уровень через меню, через 2-3 сброса, промываем коробку от остатков чернил.
1. Зажимаем нижнюю левую четверть экрана.
2. Не отпуская экран нажимаем и держим питание.
3. После появления надписи CANON, не отпуская кнопки питания, нажимаем по очереди внизу справа экрана — вверху слева экрана — вверху справа экрана и отпускаем кнопку питания.
4. Индикатор загорается оранжевым цветом — вы попали в сервисное меню..
Как сбросить «памперс» Canon TM-200
Эта инструкция для пользователей, кому нужна не залповая работа начальных A1 моделей от кэнон, а в приоритете сохранение работоспособности печатающей головки на срок 2-3 года. Стоить иметь в виду, что сбрасывая «памперс» через меню, или отключая слежение чернил, вы запускается отложенный процесс блокировки ПГ.
После отключения слежения, или программного сброса памперса, система пристально следит за встроенным тестом ПГ, и, при определённом пороговом значении, блокирует вполне рабочую печатающую головку.
Если у вас эпизодическая печать малых объёмов, используйте одноразовые чипы для памперса и картриджей. Наш опыт показывает, что принтеры IPF серии, которые использовались эпизодически, отлично печатали при использовании одноразовых чипов более 3 лет. И сразу же заблокировали вполне рабочие ПГ при смене чипов на пустые и отключении уровня чернил.

Добрый день. Сегодня расскажем об ошибке «Прочистите печатающую головку. Если вы ещё видите это сообщение, то замените ее» на плоттерах Canon iPF.
Почему появляется это сообщение?
- неисправна печатающая головка
- неисправна оптопара
Плоттеры серии iPF определяют состояние головки с помощью оптопары в специальной камере, через которую при тестировании поочередно подаются чернила каждого цвета. Чернила перекрывают световой поток оптопары, фототранзистор «закрывается». Контроллер плоттера получает разрешающий сигнал для завершения тестирования остальных узлов. Если один из элементов оптопары (чаще фототранзистор) вышел из строя, такого сигнала плоттер не получит и будет думать, что чернила не проходят через дюзы печатающей головки.
Как узнать в чем проблема: в оптопаре или в головке?
Нужно войти в сервисный режим (в этом режиме отключается тестирование с помощью оптопары):
1. Выключаем плоттер.
2. Нажимаем и удерживаем кнопки [Load] и [Navigate], включаем плоттер.
3. В правом верхнем углу дисплея появится надпись «S«. Кнопки [Load] и [Navigate] можно отпустить.
4. С помощью стрелок выбираем «Set./Adj. Menu» и нажмаем [OK]. В списке меню появится «SERVICE MODE«.
5. С помощью стрелок выбираем «SERVICE MODE» и нажимаем [OK].
В сервисном режиме нужно задать опцию проверки дюз, сделать распечатку.
ADJUST -> PRINT PATTERN -> NOZZLE 1, NOZZLE 2, NOZZLE 3
Если печатают все дюзы — головка исправна, проблема в оптопаре.

- Causes: Unsupported JPEG format. The supported format is JPEG that complies with JFIF1.02.

- Description: JPEG decode error (support number: 3333, alarm code: -)
- Causes: Unsupported JPEG format. The supported format is JPEG that complies with JFIF1.02.
- Solutions: Print from PC.
- Code: 1906
- Description: PDF font error (support number: 3336, alarm code: -)
- Causes: Font substitution occurs because neither the font is set in the PDF file nor included in the installed font.

(200F) • Detection timing is at paper width detection for roll papers, and paper width detection and paper length detection for cut sheets.
- Solutions: Lift the lever up to release the error, then feed the supported size paper.
- Code: 202B
- Description: Roll end error (due to strong adhesion) (support number: 1024, alarm code: -)
- Causes: During paper feeding, paper end detection error (the abnormal amount of rotation drive in ACTIVE ROLL BRAKE UNIT control) occurs due to strong adhesive on the roll end. . This error is assuming that the roll paper end cannot be peeled off from the roll core during paper feeding or printing, or paper feeding is disabled due to the weight of the roll paper.
- Solutions: The roll paper run out. => Replace the roll paper. The roll paper has been loaded but feeding does not work. => Change print mode and print (change the amount of paper feeding.) => Replace the roll paper with less amount of windings. Not empty Replace the ink tank unit (replacement procedure for INK SUPPLY TANK UNIT L, for INK SUPPLY TANK UNIT R). Empty Replace the ink tank.

- Causes: Unset of GMT in RTC is detected at printer start-up in user mode.

- Description: RTC non-connection (support number: 6700) Memo: Remove the error in service mode when handling is completed.

- Description: Backup PCB EEPROM error (support number: 4801)
- Causes: Reading / writing to BACKUP PCB UNIT EEPROM is disabled.
- Solutions: 1 Check the cable connection. Proper connection Replace the BACKUP PCB UNIT. Improper connection Connect the cable.
- Code: FF0000 2E3F
- Description: Paper feeding failure (other) (support number: 1300)
- Causes: Paper jam error other than above cases occurs.
- Solutions: 1 Release the release lever. Reload the paper. (Check remained paper pieces and check the paper tip condition.) 2 Check other suspected cause. • Media related cause. (size, media type mismatch, turn-up at the tip of the paper) • Curly bottom tip of the roll paper. • Avoid the paper with strong stiffness or heavy roll paper.

Добрый день! На плоттере TM-300 выскочила ошибка Невозможно определить печатающую головку.Откройте верхнюю крышку и установите головку. Купили новую головку- установили- то же самое. Иногда выскакивает код ошибки- EC22-2F47. Прошу помочь советами.

Давайте про порядку. Проверьте чтобы стояла подходящая ПГ, а то приходили ко мне воткнув то что влезло. Потом проверьте состояние контактов на каретке, потом прижимные крышки, ну и наконец зайти в сервисное меню и посмотреть что он показывает о состоянии ПГ.

Пока тай аут- вчера прочистили датчик проверки сопел- был залит.Сегодня видимо высох полностью- и плоттер запустился..В данный момент выполняется калибровка головки..Головку перестал определять после того, как на старой промыли дюзы..И видимо жидкость попала на датчик.

Если в сервис- то просит выровнять головку- соглашаюсь- выбираю стандартное- рулон — ок и идет процесс..Но очень долго..Уже больше часа. Пробовал прервать- то же самое..Запустил еще раз. Должны какие то видимые ,слышимые процессы идти при калибровке? Тишина полная..Никаких звуков, сколько по времени должна идти калибровка?

Руководство читали.Контакты чистили..В сервисном режиме не ругается на головку..Долго калибровка ( выравнивание) идет.Вопрос- сколько по времени она должна калиброваться (выравниваться)?

При тестовой печати-горит надпись- тестовая печать и все..Самой печати нет. Промывка дюз- сняли головку, налили в пластик.крышку жидкости для промывки, где то миллиметров 4-5 . Положили дюзами вниз в эту жидкость и поместили в пластиковый пакет, для предотвращения испарения..Через 2 суток сняли. И сразу появилась ошибка, что не может определить головку.Хотя в сервис меню она видна, и ее серийний номер то же. Про датчик- да..Этот.

Калибровка минут 15 длится, может меньше даже. Там ещё в сервисе есть разные калибровки, что-то типа простая, стандартная и точная. Но если при этом ничего не печатается, то надо копать либо голову, либо контакты/связь с ней. Ну опять же модель головы уточнить, правильная ли — они, я читал, прошиваются даже.

ТС в первом сообщении пишет что иногда вываливается в ошибку EC22-2F47, потом была попытка промывки ПГ, потом замена. Думаю что начать надо с проверки сервисной станции, так как велика вероятность что это первопричина.

Вполне может быть. Только EC22-2F47 — это ошибка не сервисной же станции, а датчика проверки сопел. Хотя если там всё было грязно, то грязно может быть везде.. Пробег-то какой?

Пробег точно не скажу- но большой.пока пытаемся датчик снять…Не удобно прикручен- ничем не можем подлезть..

Датчик сняли- он чистый..Протерли светодиод-фотоприемник.. Грязи вообще не было…Видимо не в нем дело.

ХЗ. Она смачивает площадки куда паркуется головка, вероятно, чтоб сопла не засыхали.

WINDOS, на али все головы БУ, а на авито — лотерея.
Покупать нужно или у официалов или у проверенного человека. Не в смысле «всегда у него брали и было норм», а у человека, у которого есть выход на официалов, чтоб дергать с дисконтом именно оттуда или из новых аппаратов пущенных в разбор.

Дык ну с этого надо было начинать, что голова с Али )) Надо бы заведомо рабочую проверять.
Как вариант — попробовать прошить её — может что-то получиться, но это маловероятно. Очевидно головка определяется, и апп пытается печатать через неё, но сопла не фурычат — то ли дохлые, то ли забитые, то ли может в электронике головы проблема какая-то..
Ну ещё уточнить хорошо бы на всякий случай — чернила-то прокачались после установки головы? Может завоздушено где-то..

Отправили назад продавцу.Вставили старую- чудеса- началась прокачка- напечатал тест..И ушел в ошибку EC31-2F1E

Ругается на памперс..А буквально неделю назад установили новый памперс. По идее там чип стоит..Не понятно.

Существует много свидетельств того, что сбрасывая “памперс” таким образом (или отключая слежение чернил), вы запускается отложенный процесс блокировки ПГ, так как после этого ПЛОТТЕР ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЕЕ СЛЕДИТ ЗА ВСТРОЕННЫМ ТЕСТОМ ПГ. И ПРИ ОПРЕДЕЛЕННОМ ПОРОГОВОМ ЗНАЧЕНИИ БЛОКИРУЕТ ВПОЛНЕ РАБОЧУЮ ПГ. Если у вас эпизодическая печать малых объёмов, имеет смысл использовать одноразовые чипы для памперса и картриджей.
Если достаточно долго портить машину, она сломается. «Закон Шмидта»

как понимаешь прибыль не за устройства, а за расходку…
отсюда такие системы стоят в устройствах кенон, по этому лучше епсон..
там все проще…
